Karmen is absolutely lovely and nice, she handles my curly hair beautifully and never cuts more than what I ask. The inside of the building is also very clean and comfortable feeling

Sydney is amazing! I’ve always had long hair and was nervous to cut it off. She made all my shoulder length dreams come true. She colored it for more of a lived in look which totally helped with it growing out and blended well with my gray!And she is a total sweetheart!!!

This place was AMAZING, Allison was AMAZING!!! I am very pleased with my haircut and will be returning again when it’s time for a haircut again. The staff was very friendly, my stylist Allison offered me something to drink, she was very kind. This salon is very clean, perfect location. I will definitely REFER friends to come here!!!

I had an eyelash lift and tint with Tina and she did such an amazing job! I absolutely love my new curl and the tint really enhances my eyes. Im very pleased and I will he returning again. Thanks for such a fine service :)

I never leave reviews but I was so unhappy with my daughters hair. I paid over $50 for her haircut. Her bangs were roughly 2 inches uneven so we went back, then the girl made the longer side shorter than the short side, so we had to go back in and get it done a THIRD TIME. And they’re still rough. Specifically went to a SALON because I thought they’d do a good job. Nope, would have been better off at great clips.

I am very happy with the cut I got at La Belle Vie Salon. It was a great balance of feeling relaxed while being faster than most all places Ive gone. The cut looks fantastic and I love it. Definitely hoping to give them more business in the future.

I love this place. I live in Boston and I wait for my Utah visits to get my hair done. I have only gone to Karmen and she is SO talented. Love this place and won’t go anywhere else.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HEREI would like to preface with my experience by saying that I booked earlier in the morning the same day I got my service so there is some grace for that.However. I have never in my life had my nails done so badly before. As you can see in the picture, not only were my cuticles not cut or tended to beyond some light tapping with a wooden stick, there was also no top coat added to these nails. They are so so so messy and so uneven that I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. The person who did my nails really did try their best and tried to clean up as they went but you can’t acetone away cured gel polish. The main person who did my nails told me she was unable to do the tip portion of my nails so another person came in to do the tip, which is fine. She apologized for the wait which was 15 minutes from my start time, which was a little annoying but in hind sight I should have just left. I want you to look at these pictures and tell me how much YOU would have paid for these $60 nails.I will be scraping them off and painting them myself instead 😬I edited my review to 3 stars because the owners reached out over the phone super politely and apologetically. They were very nice and gave me my refund.

We used the salon for my daughter’s wedding. Her updo by Morgan was gorgeous!!! She was so careful to listen to what we wanted. We did three mani/pedis as well. Had a little trouble with a gel manicure, but they were super quick to make it right! Great salon! I highly recommend it.

Booked an appointment online earlier this week for a haircut, and Sydney was AMAZING. They offer complimentary drinks and some nice chocolates to snack on during your appointment, which is a simple thing but such a nice touch! I’ll definitely be back to have a color service and cut done soon!

IF I COULD POST ZERO STARS I WOULD. Worst experience of my entire life. The stylist didn’t even talk to me the whole time. I tried to make conversation seemed like she did not care. I have been getting my hair highlights/babylights for 10 plus years. I wanted my hair toned to a more neutral color as long with some highlights. Literally made my hair gray/blue! Never had anything like that happen. When I said to her “doesn’t my hair look gray/blue?” She accumulated that to the walls of the salon being green so it made my hair look more gray/blue. DO NOT GO HERE. Very unprofessional.

They are very nice! Best customer service I have ever had. We came in to buy Christmas gift cards and they were very nice and professional. They gave us water and chocolate for coming in. I want to come here for myself after the great service we got!

La Belle Vie has been my hair salon for the last two years. The entire staff is friendly and truly cares for their clients. I appreciate the knowledge that each stylist has and that they’re more than happy to explain things to me. Leonna is the stylist I’ve been seeing for the last two years and I can’t ever say enough good things about her and the entire staff.

This salon has fantastic reviews for a reason…I have been to MANY salons in my life and this one is BY FAR the best one I’ve ever been to. They EVEN STAYED 3+ hours after closing for my “hair emergency.” THEY EVEN CALLED BACK AFTER THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE ANY APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE TONIGHT….to tell me to come on in, that they WANT to help me. They asked questions to ensure I was enjoying my hair and ok with the color that it was! It’s a happy and positive atmosphere. If you don’t choose this Salon….you’re missing out.

I am LATE to leave a written review, but here it is!My first visit didnt go as planned due to a misunderstanding on my part, but La Belle Vie Salon and Spa was kind enough to provide a free service to correct the misunderstanding. This second visit was what I expected and more for the first visit, so I am beyond thankful to leave a positive review. My girl, Tina, did a great job. I was exhausted when I came in and being introverted dont talk much in this state; however, Tina made it easy to have conversation and it wasnt stressful. Shes a joy to listen to and very resourceful when it comes to any questions a person like me would have. Thank you, Tina, for making my experience a good one. ❤️

Karmen was my stylist for a haircut. She listened carefully to what I wanted and gave some great suggestions. I went in for a trim, needed to cut off the rest of my ombré coloring, and she did a fabulous job. She’s very skilled, she’s professional, and she’s personable. I originally gave this business a 1 star review due to some ambiguity on their website which led to disappointment on my wifes birthday, but I have now changed my review from 1 to 5 stars because they made it right. They refunded our money and are giving my wife a free pedicure since she didnt get the pedicure she thought she was getting originally. They also took a suggestion she made about the facilities. I am very impressed by the follow-up actions of this business and would definitely recommend it now.

The stylists are unwilling to speak to clients. The scheduling is absurd, they required 4 hours for a simple color. I will not schedule with them againAs a licensed professional I spoke to salon coordinators on multiple occasions and told them I was licensed and expressed my intentions. Due to a lack of willingness from the stylist to speak to me I am writing this review. I understand not all staff are trained in cosmetology but I expected more out of the stylists. With the knowledge of me being licensed I also would have appreciated the stylist taking that into consideration. A root touch up and color brightening should not take any licensed professional 4 hours

Tina Morelli is an amazing esthetician! She is professional, kind, and very relaxing to be around. She makes every experience very comfortable and pampering. Her facials are so relaxing. She is very knowledgeable about skin, and skincare. Tina explains everything she is doing, and teaches you along the way. She shares her extensive knowledge of skincare, and offers suggestions, and treatments for all of your skincare needs. I would highly recommend her.The salon is beautiful, clean, and professional. They offer high quality products and customer service. I will definitely be returning many more times.

I am obsessed with La Belle Vie. I get my lashes, hair, facials, and massages done here. My lashes always turn out how I want and never burn. I got a fashion color that hasn’t faded moonths later!!! The esthetician’s here have genuinely changed my life and my relationship with my skin forever. It’s a night and day difference. Everyone here is amazing ♥️♥️♥️ 10/10

I wanted to get a lash fill, so online I scheduled an appointment and entered my card information to secure the appointment. I received a message from the website telling me I was all booked. On my way to the salon, I got a phone call telling me that they couldn’t find any lash stylists available so my appointment had to be canceled.This was misleading and I advise all prospective clients to call them and ask when they have lash stylists available so you don’t waste your gas and time making an appointment they will just cancel.

The place was clean, the stylist that did my hair was very nice. My daughter s stylist wasnt social with my daughter. It will help if the stylist talks or maintains a conversation with the costumer even if the costumer is young. Overall the first experience went well, Ill try to get an appointment with someone that likes kids next time.

Ive only gone here for hair services so far, but I am in LOVE with Leonnas work! She always listens to what you want exactly and shes determined to do it! And my favorite is she does it right and really takes care of you. I am like a dirty dark blonde naturally and wanted an ash color at my roots to silver/ gray balayage.. it came out perfect! and still soo healthy! I highly recommend Leonna for hair! The overall experience was great too! Everyone around is so friendly.

Caitlin is amazing - owner and talented hair stylist, her salon offers top of the line services (hair, nails, waxing, face, massageand the best service providers! Great product line for hair, body, and face, and all very reasonably priced! I drive 60 miles round trip to go here - highly recommend!!

Staff are always welcoming! Love getting chocolates and water offered to me while waiting. Also - Ashley McCann is the BEST! 5 stars for her. I thought getting a Brazilian wax would be so scary and painful but she made it the best experience ever! I go to her regularly now for those! I even go to her for nails, too. She is just the sweetest and so good at what she does. Will continue going to this salon as long as she is working here! 😍

This was my first time coming to this salon. I tried the Olaplex treatment for the first time. Alyssa did a fantastic job! She explained how the whole process worked and what each step does. She styled my hair so cute afterward. The ambiance was super fun and boutiquey. The whole system for scheduling an appointment was super easy and convenient.

I loved my experience here! This was my first visit to La Belle Vie Salon so I wasnt sure what to expect. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. I got a Olapex conditioning and hair cut by Karmen and I loved how my hair turned out! Karmen was so nice and friendly. I will definitely come back!

This is such a great salon! Everyone working there is so nice, and its clean and beautifully kept. I went in to an appointment with Mo to get my eyebrows waxed and she did a great job cleaning them up and making sure I liked the finished product. Definitely worth the short trip from Provo!

La Belle Vie is AMAZING!!!! Every time I go in to get taken care of with the Man Plan I leave feeling relaxed and ready to go. Sometimes I just need a quick trim, some times a straight razor shave of my beard. Each time I am treated like I’m the only one in the salon. If you haven’t tried getting a massage here it is worth it, the staff will take great care of you!

Today I went in for a perm. I was able to book online which was great and they had plenty of availability. This was my first time here so I didnt pick a stylist and ended up with Karmen Peck. She was great! The salon was nice, clean and a good environment. Karmen made sure she understood exactly what I wanted and it turned out great! She was also personable and it didnt feel like she was rushing with anything. I was out of there in about 2 hours and 15 mins which was about the estimated time according to their website. Great customer service from everyone and Id definitely go back!

This place is amazing! I used to have my hair done by a private stylist, but when I needed to find somewhere new this place was able get me right in. They not only did a great job cutting my hair but the stylist was so nice and gave me a bunch of tips to help my hair and taught me things I didn’t know. They always make you feel so welcome when you walk in the door and do their best to make you feel comfortable. This is where I will be coming from now on!!

Thank you!I have visited this salon many times, and normally love the service I receive! Everyone on the staff has always been super nice and friendly. So I decided to try my first haircut here tonight. The womens haircut is advertised as including a "luxurious scalp massage, shampoo, condition, and style". I definitely did not receive any kind of scalp massage. And, although my hair was blown dry, it was in no way "styled". I was really looking forward to some pampering tonight, but was really disappointed.

I’ve been to a lot of cosmetologists in a lot of salons over the years, and Morgan (The.Cosmo.Girlat La Belle Vie Salon and Spa is by far the best! Morgan is meticulous in her work and pays attention to the details, making sure my hair is exactly how I want it. She is professional, really listens to her clients, and delivers exceptional service. I get nothing but rave reviews from others about how great my cut or color looks! I drive an hour to her salon just to have her do my hair because she knows exactly what I want and delivers it with perfection every time! For cuts and colors, up-dos and makeup, facials and pedicures ... she can do it all, and her work is always excellent! I highly recommend her!

From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, everyone is kind and accommodating.I was given a new gel manicure by Ashley and I was thoroughly impressed. Needless to say, I fully intend on returning to this salon. Their willingness to work with me after such a mediocre experience speaks volumes to me. After meeting the owner of this salon, I am confident that she has the customers best interest at heart. Thank you so much to everyone at this salon.Okay. I would like to preface this whole review by saying that the customer service from this place is top notch. From booking the appointment over the phone to the in-person treatment, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Not to mention, this place is so stinking cute! The decor and setup is adorable and clean.However, I was not satisfied with my service. I got a gel manicure and it is less-than-satisfactory.

This was the best salon experience I’ve ever had! I let my friend who is in beauty school dye my hair..... my hair came out orange so the next day I went to karman. My hair is super health now and beautiful brown color. They are so helpful and nice. This salon isn’t just about the money. They always make sure you happy with your service! I will always go here from now on :)

I am very impressed with La Belle Vie. I’m not someone who spends a lot of time primping, but going to La Belle Vie is comfortable and inviting and I always leave feeling pretty. The booth set up is so cute with the doors too! I was in just a couple weeks ago, and with their new color line, I didn’t even have to sit under the dryer, which is awesome! Also, my stylist offered to tint and wax my eyebrows. I was hesitant at first, but they ended up looking really great! I always recommend La Belle Vie to everyone I know.

We have been going to this salon for 2 years and we love it! Myself, my Husband, and my Children all have our hair done here and we have never had a bad experience. The stylists are all very skilled and they do quality work. We all have our favorites but have seen many stylists there and weve never been disappointed. Even my children receive the full treatment! They always wash their hair and give my daughter curls, which I love! They dont cut corners even though the price is basically what you pay at cheaper chain salons for a kids cut. The environment is very cute and cozy as well. Everyone is always friendly and kind, they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this salon.

I was really impressed with my experience here! Shanna was upfront with what we could do with my hair color and it turned out exactly like I wanted and expected. The salon was very clean (super important!), cute, and pretty quiet for having several clients getting work done. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because their parking is terrible. I had an evening appointment and there were zero parking spots available. I had to wait for a car to leave before I could park, which made me 5 minutes late to my appointment when I arrived 10 minutes early.

If you are looking for a new salon, go here!! It is such a cute place and the girls there are so nice!! I am so picky with my hair because its pretty unruly. I was pleasantly surprised though! Malinda did an AMAZING job on my super curly hair. She was able to transform my hair in under an hour! She was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. I will be seeing her for all my hair needs from here on out!

5 stars since I cant do 6.I googled salons near me, browsed the info on this one, and made an appointment. They called me to confirm it very quickly. I went in for my appointment later that day, and my stylist was running a little late - so they gave us waters and let us soak our feet while we waited.The receptionist was a complete sweetheart, the salon itself is beautiful, well-decorated, well-lit, and I loved the entire vibe of it.Karman was my stylist and she was fun, engaging, informative, and did a stellar job on my hair. As someone who has never really had a good haircut, in 28 years of living, shes got herself a regular client here, from now on.Seriously, guys, aces.

As far as courtesy and friendliness go, I would give this place 5 stars. The girl at the front desk and the girl who cut my hair were very sweet and tried their best to be helpful and professional. Unfortunately, as far as the service itself goes, I would give this place more like 1-2 stars. I asked for a trim and to freshen up the layers around my face. She did fine on the trim, but only cut the layers on the left side of my face. I kept waiting for her to realize she hadnt done the right, but she never did. I also asked for a blow dry and flat iron, which she did well enough, but it wasnt anything I couldnt have done at home and better by myself. I wanted my eyebrows waxed also. Based on her timid approach and the mediocre result, I wouldnt be surprised if it was the first time shed ever done a wax. If Im going to pay for a service, I would like to feel confident the technician knows what shes doing. I left feeling very unimpressed. I wish them the best of luck in the future, but I wont be going back.
