Friendly people, great service.

The only issue I had is that they did not call me on the phone number I requested. This resulted in the vehicle not getting repaired. I have to bring it back in for repair.

Have purchased many vehicles from LP Chrysler, and as always I am very pleased with my most recent purchase . Keep up the great work!

We had a great experience at LaPorte Chrystler. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon because they were the only lot in the area with good inventory. Bob Wiles came out to help us and quickly worked us through the process of buying out our lease vehicle and trading into a new Jeep Cherokee. The process was quick and easy. The staff is friendly and professional and completely up-front with none of the phony "used car salesman " pushiness we have found elsewhere.

What a great experience. We left a dealership that was in our back yard and go with Laporte because they were so great to deal with. Our salesman was more interested in us rather than the sale. We came 2 1/2 hour away to purchase from them and we will do it again. Thanks Michael for everything!

The shop was very busy but they offered to wash my car after my oil change. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Walked in to trade my 17 grand cherokee was greeted by a gentleman who said he had been their 39 years. Asked what I had and than the company it was finance through than gave me my keys back told me I had bad credit. My credit score is a 650. Didnt ask if I had money down when I had a 7,000 down payment check in my pocket. Disappointing when I make 6k a month and had a down payment practically being walked out the door.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE!! THEY GOT ME APPROVED, SOLD ME THE VEHICLE AND EVEN HAD ME PUT MONEY DOWN ON THE JEEP. I TOOK IT HOME FOR ALMOST A MONTH AND THEY TURNED AROUND AND TOOK IT BACK FROM ME, AND NEVER GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK. A COMPLETELY WORTHLESS DEALERSHIP

Do yourself a favor, if you need an honest hard working salesperson, go straight to Calvin Schoon. He went out of his way to ensure that the vehicle I was interested in looking at was available and ready to go. No hassles, no haggles, no B.S.

Staff was great! Had my 5 year old with me they gave him snacks, coloring books, and turned tv on for him while we waited for my oil change

Michael Mullen helped me during my purchase of a 2021 Jeep Gladiator, he was extremely helpful, kind and willing to walk me through every part of my new Jeep. I feel he went above and beyond and will recommend him to anyone looking.

I took my new Jeep in because it was having cylinder misfires and the check engine light was on. They took care of it, and now the vehicle runs great. Very reasonable price as well. They drove to a parts distributor to save me from a 5 day shipment delay. Overall great service!

This was by far the best car buying experience we have encountered.

$1700 A/C repair bill. After I leave the lot a piece of my front end trim snaps. Next day, the service manager said they would replace the piece free of charge to me. Well, yeah, it wasnt broken in the first place. When I mentioned it would not match the color of the rest of the trim, the service manager, Ron, told me I could take my service somewhere else in the future. He was rude and condescending. When I asked him if he spoke to his male customers the same way, he said he did and that his boss was aware of this because he was standing beside him. Im speechless and upset that my experience at this dealership was subpar. When I called out their incompetency, the manager berated my intelligence.

Honestly doesnt deserve 1 star even. Worst service department EVER. Been jerked around after years of loyalty. Lies/different guidelines on warranty information from one staff member to the next over several years now. Assistant service manager wants to throw his years of service in your face and very rude! Will never recommend.

I was out of state, needed a repair shop so I could get home. All other dodge repair shops were offering me a 3-5 day wait time. You were a 30 minute drive for us but when you found out I was needed if to get home offered to do a drop off so you could try to get it done between appointments. THANK YOU.

NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! This is the worst dealership you can go to. Completely dishonest, and they lack integrity. Both repairs to my vehicle have failed, and they refused to do anything about it, even though it was in warranty. I told the manager I felt like I was getting scammed because they wouldn’t take responsibility for their wrong doing, and he cussed me out and made me leave the dealership and told me to never come back, even though I was calm and polite to them. Now, I have to spend thousands somewhere else because they are idiots. I should have known better when I went there the first time, and they tried adding an extra $240 to my bill without asking me first when getting new tires. I refused to pay it, because that’s not what we agreed on. Don’t go here unless you want to get scammed and lied to. The owner refuses to call me back, even though I’ve left about 30 messages. This place used to have a good reputation, but not anymore.

I love coming here because they really care about you as a person. We’ve had a lot of misfortune I’m gonna call it with our vehicle and financially we struggle because we are a one income home with kids/teens and they understand our struggle and work with us without judgment. The work they do is phenomenal and in a timely manner! Everyone I’ve talked to has been super friendly and makes you feel comfortable with leaving your vehicle in their hands.
