I was terrible place I ever lived the manager is a thief I bought a trailer she didnt improve me she evicted me shes very rude the maintenance man is very rude she takes peoples homes away from them she makes you pay rent for 9 months I paid rent and wasnt approved to live here shes my trailer water line the place is f****** horrible I wouldnt suggest anybody living here with this rude manager I would never suggest anybody to live in this rundown possums coming to your house around here theres cats all over the place trash its a disgusting place to live and the management is the worst Ive ever seen in any management company in the world good day places smells like sewer gas threw the whole place beware dont buy I place here its totally scams going on here

Straight trash, had a buddy of mine who went home to get clubbed while unlocking his door by some young punk who was hiding on his porch. Now he needs constructive surgery and has to worry about going to his own home. Keep it classy Laporte village!

Awful place to live. Management is horrible, roads and driveways are a disaster, most trailers are run down and pests easily get in no matter the precautions used. Poor to no communication with management, they are very rude and unprofessional.
