This place is amazing, everything you need in a room is there. The missing star is due to Grumpy, that is able to depreciate your experience in here. For example he threats you to call the police if you let one can of coke on the gardens table. Special five stars to Connie who handles the hotel perfectly instead of COVID attack on the management staff.

Finger marks on window and door. Feces on the rim of the toilet seat. The Hausdame who came to check was competent and polite, unlike the person in charge who didn’t bother to apologize let alone offer anything in compensation. Day 2: Room service didn’t clean our room, said we had the “Don’t disturb” sign on although we had it off since 1 pm upon leaving. Day 3: Since the layout of our room is such that the window is towards an inner little terrace-type space, which we basically share with the neighbors. A wall separates us from seeing them but we can hear more of their activities than we want, and since they are obviously chain smokers we can’t spend any time outside nor leave the window open.

Beautiful, clean, modern room with excellent proximity to bus stop, Tegut, and cafe. Was the perfect stay for myself and my husband, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Did not get the room we booked and paid for in advance by a month, they said the problem is from Agoda and not the hotel itself which was very strange. When we wanted to check in at 3pm they said room is not ready (we came from an international flight which was very tiring alreadyanyway we waited about 30m once we went in the room the toilet smelled fishy, had water in several places that was not dry also cleaning was not done properly (hair in some placesalso many places in the room had spider web which was just there. basement parking was great and always had empty spots, it is 10€ a day.

I was there last week for the third time and everything war perfect! The rooms are extremely quiet, service is well done and the staff is nice. Cant wait to come back in august

The hotel is definitely not recommended!The cleaning staff start their service at 6 a.m. every day. These make such loud noises that you are awake from this point on. During my stay, I had an extremely uncomfortable roommate who smoked every 30 minutes, was loud and misbehaved. The staff was not able to find a suitable room for me within 30 days. You have to do a check-in yourself accompanied by the staff and not because of COVID. On the first day it was said that you shouldnt bring your garbage down yourself, a few days later there were notes in the hallway and on every room that you shouldnt leave the garbage in the hallway.Good service is out of the question.Das Hotel ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!Jeden Tag starten die Reinigungskräfte bereits um 06:00 Uhr ihren Service. Diese machen so laute Geräusche, dass man ab diesem Zeitpunkt wach ist. Während meines Aufenthaltes hatte ich einen extrem unangenehmen Zimmernachbar, er rauchte alle 30 Minuten, war laut und benahm sich schlecht. Das Personal war innerhalb von 30 Tage nicht im Stande mir ein geeignetes Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen. Einen Check-In muss man hier in Begleitung vom Personal selbst durchführen und das nicht aufgrund von COVID. Am ersten tag hieß es, dass man seinen Müll nicht selbst runter bringen soll, ein paar Tage später hingen dann im Flur und an jedem Zimmer Zettel, dass man den Müll nicht auf dem Flur stehen lassen soll.An guten Service ist nicht zu denken.

In my next visits to Frankfurt I will stay at the Derag. The hotel is very well designed, very clean and new. The professionals working there are kind and helpful.The breakfast was good enough and the rest area is very comfortable, maybe they should improve the menu of the restaurant

The Appartement has everything required for a comfortable short or longer stay. We enjoyed the sunset sitting on the balcony The diy items such as the coffee grinder in the appartement and the waffle backer for breakfast are conveying the message that the guest can have direct influence on some elements.Although the tariff is quote acceptable, the parking places are too small in my opinion. .

Very nice concept, very modern hotel with very nice room and great balcony.We walkt to the citycenter (20 minbut you can also take the bus. Livingroom great concept, no reception but everything is easy to do.We will stay there again when we will visit Frankfurt agian.

Very nice fancy hotel. Every room has a small terasse, very nice. Only the beds are a little small, and there are two seperate blankets.

This is a perfect hetel with a blend of old school things as well as new things. These people just love jazz and perfect for jazz lovers. Coming to the rooms, they are not just rooms they are apartments in cheap price, you can cook your own food your own breakfast do everything here. Make sure that you get a skateboard or e-bicycle because the corridors are too long if you are offered a room by the end of the hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. The lobby is called the living room and furnished such as. The room is great...the layout is well done to give ample living space, nice sized closet and bathroom. Shower is spacious with rain shower head. There is a lighting control panel and even a private outdoor patio area. People are pleasant and helpful too! Ill stay here again.

the hotel room was great - but why the hole in the bathroom door handle?? - seems a bit strange - would prefer a normal, lockable bathroom door. Otherwise - everything was great!

If you are looking for a good place to stay in Frankfurt Sachsenhausen, you found the perfect spot. The Hotel is in a residential area about 10 mins walk to TrainStation and Busses. Rooms are great and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this place!

We were really tired and the staff were great in helping out us.we had a lovely room with balcony .though we couldnt work out the coffee machine every thing was mod con. Recommend.

In addition, they only make bed, change garbage and put a new tissues. Thats it! We ate on the ground and it was clearly need to sweep. In general we found the room as exctely as we left it. Housekeeping is disappointed.- bed is not comfortable.I was expecting to stay in the Panorama deluxe apartment.. but I stayed in smaller oneWhich is bad because they have only 1 apartment with that view. So u must note the hotel earlier.

Nice hotel, a little far from the city center. The rooms are spacious and well designed; beds are comfortable.In my opinion the only bad point would be the breakfast. It definitely doesnt offer enough choices.

An amazing experience with a very unprecedented unique style. It feels like you are in home specially in the lobby. Everything was nice starting from the big room that has a small kitchen to cook on with all coocking stuff, a desk was also there for business work, beds were comfortable to the lobby whick looks like a living room. Nice place to stay in and wish to come again .

We really loved staying at Living Hotel in Frankfurt. It is a good and comfortable place, luxurious and simple at the same time and that what we really love. The hotel staff was very welcoming upon our arrival and made us feel at home. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was quite spacious. We especially appreciated the complimentary water and convenience of food and snacks in the lobby. This hotel is in a residential district with a grocery store downstairs so it would be convenient for families that wish to cook or extended stay.. it is located within a 5 minute walk to resteraunt a and 30 minutes walk to the riverfront shopping center. This may be a consideration for travelers with small children or the elderly.

This concept is exactly how I like to experience a hotel. If there was one in every city, I would not be looking anywhere else but Derag! Simple, high quality and comfortable bedroom, great fitness room and relaxed, friendly atmosphere in the living room area downstairs. Breakfast was not the largest on offer, but very enjoyable nonetheless. Came in late both nights of my stay after work and appreicated the buffet dinner very much. Was in Frankfurt for the World Fitness Day, so it was a business trip. However I would not hesitate to stay during a lesiure trip too. Looking forward to next years show to stay at Derag again. I was only disappointed in myself that I was not aware that laundry services were available and that the supermarket was attached. When making the booking my only focus was on the room but the service is available were necessary on my one month holiday to Europe. I had a minor issue with the bathroom and received a timely and apologetic email from Benjamin, Alex the maintenance supervisor and the beautiful room cleaning crew were diligently solving the problem when I returned from the laundry. The Wi-Fi service was excellent and my seven-year-old daughter did not want to leave the room for our short stay in Frankfurt. I would like to thank the entire staff for making our stay warm and welcoming although it was short. I recommend your hotel and look forward to my return to Frankfurt.

Interesting concept. Was a bit confusing to figure out how to check in, but the person in the lobby was helpful. The location next to the Tegut market was great so that I could have some food in my room. As a result, I didn’t end up having any food or beverages in the Living Room, though the menus there seemed good and reasonably priced. My room was comfortably furnished, though odd with a post in the middle of the room so I couldn’t sit in the sitting area and also see out the balcony door because it obstructed the view. It was a nice treat to have the balcony, though, with a nice view of the skyline. I enjoyed having coffee there every morning. I would definitely come back.

This is the second time we have stayed at Derag Livinghotel. I like the open plan concept for the reception and lounge area, although I didnt use it much, with us preferring to use self catering. There is a Tegut grocery store downstairs that has everything you could need. The Derag has a funky uber modern interactive gym wellness room - but if you prefer a traditional gym, they have a sister property nearby with a well appointed gym you can access for free - its about three minutes walk away. The huge bed in the apartment was very comfortable, and sleep quality was high. - Well done team!

I can’t believe it steals! I swear to my god that I left my umbrella which costs 100euro in hotel and it’s gone. And nobody saw it. If I have time to check the camera I would find it. How could that happen in a hotel. Unbelievable.

I really liked how thoughtful they are about the little amenities in the house. The location is also amazing for public transport and supermarket access. I would definately recommend this place.

Very sleak, modern and clean accommodations. Has cool touches like a mini NES in the lobby and some weird ones like an aerobics-only gym. The location was perfect for us, but it may a little inconvenient if you are only planning to be downtown. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

The location and decor at Derag are amazing! As you step out, you have a shopping centre, which makes life so convenient. The staff is very helpful. Being a foreigner who did not understand German, they made me feel at home with their friendliness.However, there are certain challenges - the biggest being the need to buy water - mineral water is not replenished every day. Also, there were not many options for the breakfast especially given it is not offered along with the stay and there is an additional charge to it.Overall, I would say, you can stay here but definitely not for more than a week.

I believe your break fast was little bit limited in item numbers, if you can just add some items to the list it will be perfect, something like fish, extra type of juice, or pancake... etc.. but still it is enough and the Hotel is really perfect and I love to stay again in Derag Livinghotels.

During check in, it takes a huge time if you pay cash cause we first needed to fill all the forms by touch panels and then after again the ladies tried aorund 5 min. more to achieve our details then pay cash. Totally took around 10 min per each just to check in that last huge long. My room card didnt work after such a long time and walked back to the lobby again so totally wasted 15 min to check in. There was no place to put my luggage in the room which is a huge problem while liked the small dressing area. The staff was so friendly and helpful during all the time.

The coffee also could have been more specialist like The Barn Berlin coffee roasters? Something third wave to match the modern feel.Loved the usb, charging hub especially as I forgot my adapter.
