Jail staff is rude when I call, more so in the evenings. I have scheduled several video visitations with my loved one that is incarcerated and all visitations have been missed. If the jail is going to offer that service then maybe they should keep up on it, he knew the times of the visitations but still missed. Im sure they wouldnt appreciate their loved ones being treated how my loved ones been treated.
