When we decided we were going to move, we knew Tori Perez was going to be our agent. One of the best decisions we ever made. We knew Tori from before, but we had been out of contact for a few years. Our home-selling experience was quite eventful, but Tori helped us navigate all the obstacles calmly and optimistically. She had our best interest in mind at all times through the process.

On Saturday March 5th, I contacted realtor.com by phone to refer me to an agent so I could receive a video tour of a property, as I am currently out of the area. I informed them that I needed an agent in the Salt Lake area and they matched me up with Megan Christensen. On the call with her, she stated she worked in the provo area and I said this may not work then as the property I am interested in is near Salt Lake. She did not mention that would be an issue and said she could take the video the following day. I told her it would be important to take the video Saturday or Sunday as the offers have to be received on Monday and we needed time to think it through. The following day (today sunday march 6just a few hours before the scheduled appointment to take the walkthrough video, she demanded I sign a contract, otherwise it would be too far for her to travel. This all should have been discussed yesterday before any plans were made and she should have rejected the referral of referred me to a different agent in the area if it was not going to work out. Now I am left with no agent at the last minute and may not be able to make an offer at all.

Recently my fiancé and I were looking to purchase our first home here in Santaquin. Given the current real estate climate, the process was daunting. However, Kylie and her team were able to help us navigate the fast-paced market. We ended up with a beautiful home for less than the appraised value. Without her years of experience and willingness to fight for us, we would still be looking for a place to call our own. We could not be more pleased with the experience!

The realtor we were paired with did not have very much experience and we feel like she didnt really help us find a home. She was really nice, could usually get us an appointment pretty quick, and she showed us houses before signing a contract, which we liked about working with her, but things started to change after we signed. She became judgemental and said the houses we looked at were a waste of her time. We are first time home buyers and really need someone with more experience in this market. I am glad that she recognized this and we were able to part ways peacefully since neither party was pleased.
