I have done many closings with Land Title. The staff are all very knowledgeable in their scope. Everyone I have have had the pleasure of working with has been incredibly friendly and very patient in explaining anything that needs to be clarified.

3rd closing here in the last 2 yrs. Always prompt, courteous, and easy to work with.

I have ALWAYS had a favorable opinion of this title company and its closers. I really do not understand the negative reviews. Sounds like miscommunication to me. My last closing Rita Smith and Anne Alexander helped us and they were so patient and diligent throughout several delays.

The officers here are very deceptive!!!
