Both me and my husband called the clinic about an health issue, went to voice mail, was promised to receive call back within a day, none of us ever heard from them ever. Another issue: My blood test was billed to me directly after I showed them my insurance card for my first visit. I had to call my insurance company to resolve the issue - 1 hour wasted. The doctor was nice. Front desk -- meh.Theres no email address to contact you, how am I supposed to reach out to you when you never call us back??? Had to go to another facility to resolve my health issue...
Great experience with Hannah! Everything went well without any issues, she did a great job!!
I love this place! I had to switch over my prenatal care and delivery 2 months before I was due. Which was scary! But I had the best experience and continue to post delivery. I had the honor of having Amber deliver my son. She was absolutely the best person I could ask for. From my first appointment with her she had such a bright and bubbly personality and made me feel very comfortable. She made a scared first time mom in a lot of pain during labor feel calm and comfortable. She’s continuing to give me great care after delivery! I was so lucky to end up with her and I would recommend her to anyone!!! I also absolutely love all the nurses!!!
Top notch level of care, wonderful staff, I’ve been a patient for over a decade and they’ve been a blessing in every way.
Private practice, personal treatment, unrushed, family friendly. Always have time, patience, vested interest, and willingness to work and walk together. Professionalism. Its like no other place in town.
I have been going to the womens clinic for years. I have seen Dr. Kohler and Dr. Shine in the past. By far Dr. Klingker is the best physician. I have recommended him numerous times. The front desk staff and nursing staff have always been very helpful as well.
My mother and I use the womens clinic for our massages. Britney gives the best massages that I or my mother have ever had.
Amber is a phenomenal NP, she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything. She is both very knowledgeable and approachable. I would highly recommend her!
My experience this last time was overall a good one, but that is not always the case. The nurses are always nice, there are ones who remember me pregnant and always ask about my son, but the doctors can be hit or miss.Like I said, this last experience was a good one. My preferred doctor is Amber (Hollowayas she has a very good bedside manner and seems very much "present" with you in the room. My mom has different thoughts on Amber, as she feels that she dropped the ball at very important times during her own care. There were small things that were not touched on again after my initial concerns were addressed, but that can somewhat be attributed to my very introverted personality, but I am overall happy with this visit.
Dr. Klingler was the only doctor who was able to help me resolve my concerns, after meeting with several other physicians over the course of 18 months. I appreciate they have telehealth appointment options and the staff is always friendly.
We moved to Laramie in August of 2020 and found out we were pregnant with baby # 2 early 2021. I started receiving prenatal care with Amber Halloway and had the best experience. From first appointment to birth, and now postnatal care, I have felt supported, encouraged and competently cared for. The entire team at LPWWC is amazing!
It has been a really long time since Ive felt 100% comfortable and confident with a doctor and its so crucial to find good care when expecting your first child. My nerves are completely gone after finding laramie physicians womens and wellness
I cant even begin to describe how amazing LPWW is. Such an incredible staff. I have been cared for as a patient and a person since my first appointment. They took great care of me and brought my baby into this world with professionalism and love. I would recommend anyone who is able to have their care and deliver their baby through LPWW.
I have been with the clinic for both my babies. Dr. Klingler delivered my first and he was great! Amber delivered my second a month ago and she was incredible. She went above and beyond! She was in our room with us a lot and gave me so much support through my labor! My delivery with Amber was incredible, she was so supportive, so calm, and so encouraging!
I’ve never seen Dr. Klingler as a patient, but the previous providers and staff have always been patient and caring. However, I dread calling this office because the phone wait times are so long. I called twice to make an appointment and gave up after 5-7 minutes on hold. I also called to have my records sent to a new physician (since I couldn’t get an appointment here…and after 5 minutes on hold, got sent to a voicemail. This is a fine place to receive care, but they lost me simply because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone!
An excellent women’s health provider! Not only do I have no complaints, I have only had exceptional experiences. I have seen two incredibly competent nurse practitioners, Amber and Taylor, and both provided remarkable care.
Dr Klingler has been my doctor since his return to Laramie. He is always so polite and professional. He listens thoroughly every single visit. Liz, his MA was so professional and polite as well. Every visit is a joy no matter if it’s a routine visit or a procedural visit. The whole clinic is so good at putting minds at ease and very welcoming.
Dr Klingler is simply amazing. I had a rather complex procedure done that took almost two hours longer in the OR than expected and Dr Klingler did an amazing job. I can’t recommend him and his staff enough. They will always be my choice for reproductive health!
I started going here when Dr. Keeler worked there. He delivered my 1st baby....He retired and I started seeing Dr. Bragg and Dr. Klingler. These 2 men were my pick. They cared about the well being of patient and pregnancy. They explained things well. So sweet and nice and always made me feel comfortable.I got pregnant with twins in 2017 Bragg was my Dr. It was right before he transferred. I had a miscarriage....When Bragg left I started seeing Dr. Ewell at Ivinson Medical Group...He is truly by far the best honestly ....He has helped me mentally and stuff...
I highly recommend The women’s clinic. They take excellent care of you and make you feel calm and comfortable. Their staff is brilliant, warm and kind, and you can trust you are in excellent hands. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah Halfman. That lady knows her stuff! She answered all my questions, and thoroughly educated me about my health. Sarah took the time to ask questions I had never even thought of and got to the bottom of my health issues.Their phlebotomist, Miss Larry, is gentle, funny, and keeps you entertained while she works. She was done before I knew she had started.Thank you Sarah, Larry and staff at The Women’s Clinic! Your time, hard work, and ample education help the women of Laramie thrive. We are so blessed to have access to such kind, bright medical professionals!
Paula Vasek is an awesome provider. She takes time to listen, loves the kids, and is extremely knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is always kind, understanding, and helpful.
We love this team of providers & staff for our pediatric needs! We will never go to anyone else!! Paula & Elizabeth are simply the best at what they do! The nursing staff is as caring as they come!
This was a year ago, but I feel comfortable talking about what happened to me now.I was bleeding excessively after a colposcopy, so I called asking to talk to a doctor... nurses told me “we can comfort you” and didn’t have any idea how to help me and wouldn’t make an appointment with a doctor to look at the issue, I was completely dismissed. I ended up going to the ER and finding a doctor who took me in within hours to fix the issue. He was shocked I got turned away from LPFWC because I bleeding so badly due to a large blood vessel that had been severed in my cervix during my visit to Dr Klingler.I will never go back to this clinic. Ever.
I had Dr. Klingler for my first two Children and he was absolutely amazing. I had Amber for my last child and she was so wonderful. She made all my concerns feel very valid. She always made sure I was well taken care of and when she was delivering my daughter she was so gentle and talked me through an unmediated birth. I absolutely adored her and loved the experience I had with her.
I chose LPWC when I was on the phone with their billing department, they were so informative, and reasonably priced! I fell in love with the entire staff, no complaint at all, everyone is so friendly, and genuine!! Dr. Klingler, and his assisting hand during my surgeon Jill are the best OBGYN/surgeon I’ve met!! I’m comparing his bed side manner, professionalism, skills, persona to a prominent hospital in Annapolis, Maryland. Don’t pass up a wonderful experience with this office!!
I had a few problems but after I brought up the issues the staff was quick to apologize and make sure everything was right and I got my medicine. Additionally, the doctors and nurses are very compassionate and kind :Thanks LPFWC!
They’re very professional but not uptight. The doctor was very receptive to listening to my teenage daughter’s complaint with medications. This is huge and helped my daughter feel valid.
Great experience with the staff. Dr. Amber Holloway was very kind and professional. The nurses and immunization staff were nice, apologized for any delay and ensured that I was comfortable and addressed all of my concerns.
LPWC is awesome! They get in quickly! I will probably see Dr. Klingler as long as possible! He is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable talks you through everything so you know what’s going on at all times! I highly recommend him!! I live in Rawlins and will gladly make the drive to any appointments.
I will start by saying you cannot and will not find your self a better doctor then Dr. Klingler. He will spend the time you need during appointments to make sure every question is answered and every concern is addressed. He is very compassionate and has excellent bed side manner and his kind hearted way will make every appointment good or bad news easier to handle. Every person I have encountered in his office has been beyond excellent. Making an appointment is easy, every nurse I have ever had is so nice, and even getting my blood drawn has always been a pleasant experience and she gets it the first stick every time. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Klingler and his staff you will not be disappointed.
I came into the office yesterday and waited for the doctor for two to two and a half hours. I was offered a McAlisters gift card for the inconvenience that I later learned had nothing on it. After I was finally able to meet with the doctor, I passed out while my blood was being taken because the tech prodded and dug the needle around in my arm to try to get blood to come out. My issues with passing out and prior history with that during blood draws was not communicated properly between the nurse who took me in and the nurse doing the blood draw. The staff seemed welcoming and nice enough, but I felt very poorly cared for and overlooked.
I felt my previous gyno did not have the capacity to answer my questions or have the resources necessary for my needs. I felt supported, heard and cared for with the staff and the doctor I now see at Laramie Physicians for Women & Children.
The doctors and nurses are fantastic, sensitive people I feel comfortable with. I have nothing negative to say about a singe interaction and emotion at this facility until today. I had a negative experience with the phlebotomist that works there- she was insensitive and rough. She did not acknowledge me nor talk to me, especially after I mentioned that needles make me very nervous. I am not expecting someone to baby me nor hold my hand, just a simple and normal interaction or small conversation, or just mentioning what she is doing, when a needle will go in, etc. She prepped my arm rough in a way I have never had happen before, as well as pulled the needle out roughly and it was the most I’ve bled and bruised from getting my blood drawn (which I have many times). Again, this facility is amazing and I the staff had been exceptional until now. I will not be getting any fluids or labs done here though in the future.

I am new to Laramie and my experience with with office was fantastic. I was able to be seen in a reasonable amount of time and my wait time in the office was very short. The nurses and Emily Risley were all wonderful! I would recommend the office to all women!
Absolutely wonderful practice. They listen, they are considerate and compassionate, and they really know what they are talking about. We moved an hour away and I make the drive to continue going here because I’m confident they are the best option.
Women side: One of the worst health care I have ever received especially comming from a health care background. I have had so many negative experiences for this place, I would really suggest that if you want proper care especially during pregnancy to go to Colorado. Firstly, when I was pregnant with my first child, I received the normal suggested vaccinations, which were never updated and reflected into my immunization record. Also, during this pregnancy, I was pressured into signing paperwork for procedures through scare tactics that I did not need and were not medically necessary for my situation (epidural, I ended up giving birth naturally). Often when I tried to ask questions about my concerns, the doctor would raises his/her voice at me and tell me that I didnt understand what it was like to lose a child. Secondly, during the beginning of my second pregnancy, I developed a mild yeast infection, to which they prescribed me with a medication know to cause miscarriages and retracted from the CDC for use during pregnancy. When I asked about this prescription citing the CDC stop use during pregnancy statement, their response was that they still felt that medication was safe and that the CDC stop use notice was just simply a suggestion. I ended up going to someone in Colorado and had a wonderful home birth. With my most recent experience with this location, when I requested my medical records, not only did they not have my vaccinations updated, but vaccination records from this location were misplaced and lost.Just beware, they are not recent on recommendations, their office staff is rude and lazy at best, and they have very poor bedside manner, I really would avoid this place all together.
Ive had two pregnancies here. The 1st, I was in labor & baby clearly visible, when the doctor walked in and literally said "well, this looks like itll be another 20 minutes. Ill let the next doc take care of it" and then walked out. Later the infants doctor falsely declared my baby to be healthy-- reality was she had a life-threatening birth defect 36 hours later earned us a flight-for-life plane ride to Denver. The second pregnancy I was 11 weeks along when I miscarried. Never in the 11 weeks of pregnancy or the 4 weeks of complications afterwards did a doc or nurse even bother to meet with me. In fact, they couldnt be bothered to tell me the results of blood tests saying "oh you miscarried" or "hey, things are going very badly and you need surgery to fix this". But after that their financial lady had the spare time to call me THREE times to "discuss the payment for your healthy pregnancy and delivery".If you care about your health (or halfway decent servicedrive to Fort Collins.
This is my 2nd pregnancy and newer to Laramie. This is hands down my best experience with everyone from front desk, nurses (Valerie is amazingto every doctor i have met so far!! They take the time to listen and not make me feel silly for asking questions. They have all gone above and beyond my expectations. What wonderful care and experience I have had here. I am so grateful for the entire team there at Laramie womens clinic!
Best womens clinic I have had the pleasure of being a patient at. That includes the Pediatric side I take my daughter to. The entire staff is always kind and in a pleasant mood. Everything is dealt with quickly and simple.
Dr Elizabeth Smith is the best pediatrician!!! We love her! She is very thorough and always right on as far as diagnosis. We love all the childrens Dr.s as well. Keep up the great work!
I have been to this office for two miscarriages (one of which spanned over a few monthsand I am now pregnant a third time. My experiences with doctors and staff have only been positive! From weeping after finding out about the miscarriages to being overjoyed about my current pregnancy, the doctors and staff have always been kind, supportive, understanding, and professional. I know there isnt much choice in Laramie, but my experience with Dr Westbrook and Dr Klingler especially make this a great office for prenatal care.
I was scheduled to be induced on a Saturday, Doctor even doubled checked with scheduling I was scheduled out two weeks in advanced to be induced. since I was traveling from out of town to Laramie my family took time off from work,we got a dog sitter for the weekend, family booked hotel rooms, and the doctor calls be 3 hours before Im headed in to be induced to inform me that they do not do inductions on the weekends?! They knew for 2 weeks that I was coming in but decided to wait just hours before I was scheduled to be in there very very very unprofessional I do not recommend.
They did great with my first baby, I was very impressed. But with my second it was a nightmare! I was in the office 2-4 times a week because of ALL my problems and I could tell after awhile everyone was sick of seeing me. Trust me I was sick of being there!! 39 weeks, being there 2-4x a week, anyone would be over it. What I dont understand is the doctor I once thought was great, suddenly turned into a jerk! When I came in with serious cramping he told me "I guess pregnancy just sucks okay". Gee thanks. Apparently I wasnt the only patient he had become rude with either out of no where, and after being so great for so long. Really need to up the game on hiring. Bragg and Klingler really are the best they got, hope they pay THEM really well!!
I love Dr. Bragg and have been going to him for 5 years. He is thorough, competent, and nice. He even caught things like when my thyroid needed to be checked and other issues that I was not specifically there for. Once in awhile there is a wait but not every time. I dont make appointments on days he is on call. Bragg also did major surgery on me and I did not have any complications.
Waited three hours for my appointment to just basically have my height and weight checked. Then, I received a bill for $308, four and a half months after the visit. Anyone in the area who needs womens healthcare and values their time, health, and money is better off going to another practice. This practice is a joke at best, and an expensive time waster (that can result in deathat worst. Avoid.
WORST DR VISIT EVER! I went in for acute uterine bleeding and needed an emergency situation dealt with. Instead i waited a week for an appointment, waited over an hour in the waiting room to wait another 30 min for the doctor to come in. When I explained the need to stop the acute bleeding and possiblity of a miscarraige, the Dr. said that he just didnt have time to do the testing needes bwcause he was running behind and to schedule another appointment. When I told him that I had to already wait a week and I needed to regulate my cycle as my husband and I were actively trying to conceive, I was offered an IUD! When I told him, I wasnt looking for birth control he asked why. Why? Because Im trying to have a baby and possibly this was a miscarraige, he totally dismissed me stating that Mirana was a good option. I left in tears only to find out at the ER I did in fact have a miscarraige. The ER did blood work, ultrasound and prescribed 10 days of medication to regulate my cycle so we could get back to trying to concieve. I will never go back to this place and recommend that if you care about your health or your childs health to go anywhere but this place. I left in tears and literally walked out of the appointment. To add insult to injury, the office called me today to tell me that the doctor is just conservative and doesnt like to do drastic surgical measures until all options have been exhusted. All I wanted was to figure out if I had a miscarriage or not, I didnt ask for a hysterectomy or birth control. Apparently this place has no idea what patient is which or is just to busy to listen to their patients.*Update* To add insult to injury, I just received a bill for $180 for a visit that " he didnt have time for ". And billed my insurance. $180 for only getting my height and weight! Maybe i ought to send the ER bill to them....
I have had ENOUGH of this place! I started going here several years ago because I had great experiences with Julie Duncan, an NP. She has since moved on, but I, inexplicably, have not. It has finally dawned on me what a terrible office this is. I have been told "whatever" by a doctor when I was expressing a legitimate concern, had symptoms ignored by a different doctor, and just generally been treated like I dont own my body. The wait times, nurses, and office staff are all fine, above average even, but the doctors are TERRIBLE.Whoever is in charge of hiring, please get some female doctors. I have had male gynecologists in the past, but have never been treated like I am stupid or my concerns are frivolous until my experiences with this office. Even the one time I saw a female gynecologist other than Julie, she was rude and did not listen to me. I feel like my overall health had declined as a direct result of being a patient here.
I highly recommend them. I have found everyone on the staff to be friendly, professional, and competent. The cheerful phlebotomist even makes blood draws pleasant (ok, maybe not quite). Dr. Klingler is my primary care provider, and hes great---friendly and knowledgeable, but also a good listener. I have rarely had a long wait. Importantly, they seem to be doctors who will remain in Laramie (our town seems to have a high turnover rate for doctors and health care providers).
I went there for all of my prenatal care until the last few weeks before delivery and they were great. I have had to wait a little while (25 minsfor a few of my appointments, but I figured out that if you check in 10 minutes early, you can get in and out in 15 minutes tops. Ive seen all the doctors and they were all very kind and competent, especially Dr. Bragg and Klingler. I just assume that not every doctor is going to be on page with our delivery plan so we hired a doula. I would recommend them, though there isnt much of a choice in Laramie.
