This is the 3 visit in the span of 2 months, and improvements were made both times I returned.

Very clean

Decent place if you need to wash and dry your clothes. More than a dozen washers and dryers were out of service and could be a problem if it was crowded. The place still uses quarters only so youll need to bring cash, $20 bills or lower, to exchange.

This place is dirty with broken appliances that eat your money.... Be sure to bring your own Quarters Because this place has nothing but empty machines for weeks...👎👎👎👎👎

I have clothes stuvk in a washer that just keeps washing over and over. No one calls back, answer machine full. Change machine broke.

Half of my clothes smell like dirty water. Its extremely frustrating to have paid so much and not have fresh clothes.

Busy laundry mat , clean , few washers and dryers are broken so you may have to wait ... Other than that its a good place to wash your clothes

Not very clean and they need to have all of the machines in working order. They also need a restroom. Makes it difficult when the call of nature hits and your in the middle of washing and you have no where to go.

I can not believe this laundromat has not been shut down. Absolutely filthy! Smells of urine and propane... Today only one of the five machines I used was functional. There is a sign explaining to fill out a complaint card if there is an issue.. And would take two weeks for a response.. There are no cards to fill out. I put in nearly $30 into these non functioning machines before I took my dirty, unrinsed, and wet laundry to a laundromat in Riverbank.

Disgusting laundromat. Highly expensive - even for California . Would absolutely NOT recommend this place for anyone needing laundry facilities . Was passing through while on vacation. Wish we had kept going to another one

Dirty machines,hot and sweaty

Nobody bothers you you just do your laundery and then you can shop at the stores next to you a little pricey on the washers we are remodeling our kitchen and laundery room so this is not to far from where we live

This place really deserves 0 stars. 😥New to area, needed to wash my gym clothes. Place was so dirty, the soda and snack machine look like theyre from the 80s. Dirt, thick dust, some machines were really loud like mechanical loud, we just looked at eachother and smiled.On a cloudy rainy day which is the day I went, super cold outside. Not what I expected at all for this cute town. Couldnt wait to get out of there.Oakdale needs a lovely laundry mat, warm, clean, welcoming, with an attendant on hand. If you go here, have your ducks in a row. Trust me. Goodluck!

Wow I’ve only ever been to one other laundry mat and this place does not impress at all. It’s grimy, there’s no place to sit and wait(two cheap plastic lawn chairs), there’s hardly any machines and they cost double what I pay at my regular laundry mat. The sign says I can’t wash my pet blankets...where the heck else am I supposed to clean them??? This is the only laundry mat in oakdale? This place gives me creepy vibes. Good thing I only came this one time for an emergency wash because I will never be coming back.

Machines charge more than advertised, washer#19 says $6.50 and for every quarter only drops 15 cents I end up paying $10.75 for one load. Ridiculous.....

Prices too high. Machines dont work well and owners are rude and doesnt return money or left items at all when able to. Poor service but only one in area

I go thier allot but Ive always had a good experience, during the hours I go early mornings on sundays ,never have to wait for washer or dryer.

I was somewhat displeased with my experience at this laundromat today. I had quite a bit if laundry so i chose 2 jumbo washers, one cost 6.50 the other 4.75. When my laundry was complete, I opened the 4.75 washer and water poured all over the floor. I immediately closed the door and looked for a phone number to call, none was posted. I was able to have another merchant contact the owner who came down asking what had happened. I told him the washer didnt drain or spin and I had to hand wring a large load of clothing. I got no apologies for the inconvenience nor compensation for the faulty appliance. What is upsetting is after spending an unnecessary additional 7$ to dry these clothes that were soaked, I still had to leave with wet clothes. This owner just ignored the fact his faulty washer had caused me to be inconvenienced time wise and financially as it ended up costing over $22.75 to wash clothes that should have cost 13.50 because I was not offered a refund for the faulty washer nor was i compensated for the numerous extra quarters it took to somewhat dry my laundry. I wont use this laundromat again as I feel my patronage was not appreciated nor my time valued. I also will not patronize a local restaurant and bar that is owned by this same laundromat owner as I am sure he operates under the same principal that customers do not need to be valued

Thank you for your honesty Im new to the neighborhood and I wont waste my time or money going there.ill try riverbank theyre reviews were great.Note to all you owners of small businesses. These reviews are verry usefull for us consumers

Worse laundromat lots of dryers and washer machines dont work and old machines place is dirty.One night i wash my clothes before they close and when it was time for store close hour i still had to dry my clothes and they where kicking me i told them i had to dry my clothes we got in a little argument and they got mad and only give me less than 15 min to dry like 2 loads i left with wet clothes really mad i live in Oakdale but will never go to this laundromat ever again i go to modesto to wash now so please dnt waste your time in this dirty place plus they dont have restroom theirs nothing land on this loundryland they should call it dirtyland

Some of the machines are broken which you cant always notice. One washer always on hot. Another washer always on cold. One dryer always on cold. One indicator for top and bottom dryer reversed. There are supposed to be cards you can fill out for a refund, but the cards arent there. I did not overload the machines but my laundry was not clean.
