I can’t remember her name but she has black hair and has a bun, she is the most nicest lady and so gentle.Some of the others are a bit hectic for me, when it comes to blood tests.But are friendly and a nice team.

Unhelpful, I felt like it was all so much effort to get any assistance after being told wrong information on the phone to begin with.Slow and no directions given

This is a great friendly place to have tests done. Everyone makes you feel welcome, but I am always happy when Kate is there. She is the best to find my difficult veins and is extremely friendly. She goes above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and well looked after. Very efficient, knowledgeable and professional in her job. If I have my choice, I will always go there for tests. Thank you, Kate!!! You are awesome!
