My plan was to buy the property, get contractors in, and when I was back everything was ready. Or so I thought.After some searching I found something I liked and decided to put an offer in. Unfortunately, the other agent and seller were not serious so after weeks of waiting I withdrew the offer, I had a business trip coming and was worried about the timing. I cant wait on them forever...I found another home two weeks later, offer was accepted. I was ecstatic to close, hired Peter. He moved at lightning speed with the documents and if I remember correctly I had the offer accepted Thursday night, by Saturday 9am we were hours from closing. Ive worked with attorneys in the past, Peter runs laps around them. His expertise and professionalism was outstanding.However, with my luck, two hours before closing, some other offer came in and I lost the house...I was distraught and losing hope that this was my time to buy. Thankfully, Peter was there to re-assure me and told me this happens sometimes (more often than I thoughtand lifted my spirits.
