Lawrenceville Laurel Health Center - Dental Services in Tioga County

Constantly reschedule you after you wait 6-8 months for an appointment but if you reschedule a couple times over 3 years they throw a fit. The dentist is rude and not very good anyway.

Garbage pathetic excuse for a dental practice. We have been cancelled on by them twice now, the most recent they called at 2:40pm to cancel our appointment at 3pm, when we were already almost there. The other time they also cancelled same day as the appointment. We have now lost three days worth of work, since we have to take off for these appointments. Not only this, they literally make you come in separately for every single filling you need. Weve been trying to get this over with for a few cavities for many many months now. The receptionist is not understanding even in the slightest and acts like this should not be an inconvenience to us. Honestly, Id rather let all my teeth rot out of my head before coming here again.

I think everyone one that works here is super nice, the receptionist, the dentist and his assistant. I had to have some dental work done and he is extremely gentle, I have always been a little nervous about going to the dentist but I feel very comfortable going here

I honestly would give a 5 because the dental hygienist and actual dentist were amazing and had amazing bed side manners but the dental assistant is so rude and pushes for unnecessary procedures like saveable teeth (according to the actual dentist she pushes to be pulled. She has absolutely no bedside manners at all.

So I rescheduled my daughters appt a few mos ago, days in advance..and had to reschedule one last wk..got a letter in the mail that we are Dismissed..Seriously?? Left a message the 2nd time and they dont call u back..The only reason she has to go back is because the dentist screwed up something and she has to get it redone.Tioga dental office is a joke, we will gladly find a new one..If I could I would give half a star..

Very good with kids and even with adults service is excellent and verygood senior discounts saved me a lot of money

My 7 year old daughter was a patient here and we had really great experiences with the previous dentist. There is a new dentist that doesnt allow parents in the room with their children for procedures. We waited 40 minutes to find out they will make no exceptions. If you have kids that are scared this isnt the place for you! It also would have been nice to know about the new rule before driving all the way there and sitting forever!

I agree office assistant needs fired. Rude

Been there once, was good and quick service. But now they do not answer the phone and dont return ANY messages. Seems to be a common problem recently.....

Horriable customer service, the reschsdual for the wrong time and then blames it on the customer even though they left a voicemail. The lady that answer the phone needs to be fired

Friendly staff. Accepts medical assistance. Good with children but no major anaesthesia

I have always been absolutely terrified of dental work, which is why I waited about 10 years too long. I came here with no hope and a heart full of terror, they treated me with respect and dignity, they are very good at what they do and I felt 0 pain. Thank you so much for saving my smile and taking pride in what you do.
