Le Nails Salon & Spa in Arapahoe County

A friend and I went to get nails done on Saturday. Took us right away which was nice. The woman cut my nails too short, didn’t even ask the length just started to cut. Did not do a great job cleaning the nail bed. The paint on my nails are already chipping…it’s Monday. Save your money and go else where.

I LOVE Lilian. Her pedicures will transport you into a realm of relaxation and peace.Unfortunately, that is where the kindness and professionalism ends.I was a regular for many years. Post Covid the general approach with customers seems to be rude and disrespectful.Saddens me :(

If I could give zero stars, I would! I walked in for a full face wax and pedi and shouldve known to walk right back out when they all started to argue. The room was dirty and gross with sticky wax all on the floor; the bed was also stained horribly...2nd sign to turn around & walk out but I didnt. Trying not to judge the book by its cover, I stayed. I knew I was in trouble when the lady started smearing the wax all over my face randomly. I have NEVER experienced anything like this incompetence! Needless to say, due to the now-cold-wax, my cheek was nearly taken off and my eyebrow was bleeding! I walked right out of there and told them I dont want the pedicure and she made me bleed. While the young girl was rushing to ring me up, she hardly noticed the blood above my eye. As I paid (yup, I STILL paidI told her this was horrible service and she apologized while she asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Ha!! I took my receipt and walked right out. The culprit just ran to the back when I said the service was horrible. I will never return again and will be sure to warn everyone to stay clear from this mess! Dont believe the good reviews, they are dirty and obviously dont care how they treat customers.

Literally cancelled me before I even came in. I said hey can you do mani pedi gel, she gave me a time to come at 5:30. It was about 4:50 when I called. So I killed time in the ikea parking lot, not 10 minutes after confirming appointment she calls me back saying she needs to reschedule alot of people coming in. I was like um ok isnt that the reason a person makes appointment. I just said forget it. Meanwhile my nails were killing me definitely time for a manicure. Thank god TheNewme salon accepted me with no problem.

Everything was good until she didnt give me a massage . She just spread lotion all over my legs for 5 minutes and I paid for a 15 minute massage with pedicure and she totally forgot to massage my arms and hands. I had to ask her to do it and then I found a handful of wax in my hair after I left and she didnt say anything about it . I called and asked for the manager and the receptionist said shes out of town, they made fun of me and questioned why Im wearing 3 glasses and they all started laughing. They talk about you in their language while your getting these messed up services thinking you wont say or do anything about it. Its been 6 days and I havent received a phone call from any type of management. Its highway robbery.

Ive gotten a pedicure a few times. Ive had to go back once due to peeling gel. Id say its pretty average, no frills or anything that sticks out. Front desk person is pretty unfriendly every time.

Nancy did such a great job on my mani and pedi! She’s so detail oriented, and she’s fast! I gave her a picture and she executed it perfectly. Honest and up front about pricing and so sweet.

I am visiting from out of town and just came upon this salon! Close to closing time but Kay welcomed me like I was her first customer of the day! She did a great job, was gentle but direct! Everyone was happy and the atmosphere was so relaxing! I highly recommend this salon and thank you Kay for a great job! Also, you looked really pretty in your red sweater👍Happy Easter

I booked an appointment yesterday for 10:30 this morning for two people. They sat my friend and I down and started her. The receptionist was getting her nails done while I was waiting and they sat 2 new walk ins that came in 25 minutes after me. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time before leaving. Definitely would not recommend. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

I decided to go to this location because the pictures of the nails that they have online are pretty. When I arrived at the location it was pretty people were getting serviced as I walked in I saw that you had to sign in (also no one greeted me when I walked inI continued to write my name and phone number down mind you there is a girl standing right in front of me while I’m writing my information down still said nothing. After I was done I stood there for a second hoping to get some kind of interaction from someone who worked there. I went outside the shop because they do not have seating inside to wait. I waited about 5-10 minutes and walked backed in. I went into the shop and said how long is it for a fill and cut down, because I came in here and no one said a word to me, or asked what I needed done. The girl sitting behind the desk the same one who saw me sign in says, you walked out so I couldn’t say anything to you. I told her I walked in here and signed your sheet, while you were standing here, you could have said something then but chose not to and you saw that I was walking out and you didn’t say anything I was literally standing in front of the door because both the doors were open because it was a nice day, you could have said something to me at anytime. Also while I was standing outside another lady walked in and she greeted her with no problem. I will not be returning to this nail salon. The customer service was terrible, but mind you they were treating everyone else with the best service.

Service is so poor. I don’t like how they treat people who is doing inexpensive manicure. I wouldn’t give them any stars.

I have been going to Ally for my acrylic nails for years. Nina always does my pedicures. Both ladies are the best at what they do :)

My first time going here and will definitely be back. Ally did my mani while Kay did my pedi. Probably the best manicure I’ve ever had. The pedi was so enjoyable and both ladies were super sweet. I had an appt and although the shop was busy, they saw me right on time and got me in and out (but did not feel rushed!)

I had a great pedicure here. Im from out of town. My daughter, a local, recommended this place. It was great. My girl gave me an awesome foot message.

Got my nails done by Amy, hands down the best nail tech!! She took her time, and made sure I liked my nails each step of the way. She made my nails super thin just the way I like them and even recommended a shape that would look best on my hands and I loveee!!! She was super sweet and gentle and I definitely recommend her when going to Le nails :)

My daughter and I had a great time here. I had a pedicure with Tracy who was wonderful and did a great job (lovely leg massage as well). And my daughter had a kids pedicure and fingernail paint with Kim who also was great. Both nail techs made me and my daughter feel welcome and it was great conversation between the 4 of us. We had a wonderful time and will be back! Thank you Tracy and Kim!

Vy did a very good job cleaning ingrown nails, making my feet more presentable with the basic pedicure, and very reasonably priced. I recommend Vy at Le Nails Salon, in the center with Costco towards Mission Valley. (Ingrown nails shouldnt be inflamed or infected.)

Ive been going to Le Nails for about 6 months. It is great! I get gel polish on my natural nails and it lasts easily for three weeks. As my nails grow out, the polish stays flat on my nails, the edges dont lift up like it did when Id go other places. The employees are nice and courteous.

Nancy did my nails I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service I had on 8/20/21I’ve been going there for months never had a problem until this day I had walked in as usual with my daughter the girls that the front had already started talked about me in another language which is very disrespectful also started trying to make sure she could give me the least services possible asked if my daughter “only needs paint right?” And they always try to talk me out of a design anyways my daughter got seated right away and I got seated after and got a nice pedicure my daughters nails were good. after my pedicure I switched to Nancy for a fill she instantly gave me an attitude and tried to convince me to put gel instead of powder how I like.. started talking badly to the girl working next to her and the other employee made a rude remark to her customer about my nails and it was very sad, the referrance picture I gave her didn’t have the thumbs in it so she said “I’ll do whatever I want” then she starting telling my daughter to wait 5 mins and telling her to stop not to mention she didn’t try at all on the design and stopped even trying half way through over all I wish I could rate this place a 0 I’ve been coming for month and I’ve seen some nasty uncleanliness stuff and I’m happy to say I won’t be returning do not go to Nancy for acrylics at least I didn’t have to pay very unhappy 🙁

Rude and not professional. Work lacks passion. I only came because I had a broken nail and couldn’t get to my regular nail salon. If it wasn’t for an event that I’m attending today- I would have walked out. Needless to say I will never be back. The one star is because they are located in the valley. What ever you do go down the street to Polish Nail Salon don’t waste your money at Le Nails.

I have seen Jenny for about six months for a pedicure and gel manicure. She always takes her time and is very meticulous. Her leg and foot massages as well as arm and hand massage are amazing. Very stress relieving! My nails look amazing every time I visit Jenny. I would highly recommend her!

Liz took great care of me! She was very meticulous and attentive to making sure the gel manicure wasnt too thick and that it was completely even all around. She cleaned up all the edges and applied the metallic flakes with great skill. Ill definitely go back if Im in the area again.

Ask for Summer! WOW, she is probably one of the best nail tech in SD. The shop is very clean and all the employees have great customer service! Hands & Nails down🙌🏽❤️

They were super nice but care more about finishing quicker to get to the next person. They messed up the designs on my nails and didn’t bother to file my nails to look even. Wouldn’t really recommend for manicure but my pedicure was really nice.

First and last time I come here. I came to get a manicure but instead of gel with powder. She did not give me a manicure and when completed she poured a little bit of lotion into my palm and told me to rub the lotion (normally that comes with a manicure). She was rushing because they were busy.Secondly, i got my pedicure and as soon as the older lady gave me the menu she asked what service of pedicure I would like, i told her the regular one. She became upset and didnt do a complete job. She was just staring off to the front to see who was coming in so she could work on next. She was rough when doing the job. And did not do a foot scrub on my right foot. As soon as I was done, i felt like she held on to my shoes to make sure I would pay. Cause she wouldnt let go until I gave her my card.She proceeds to ask the lady who did my manicure how much my service was, she replied $46 and walked away. I mean $46 for what EXACTLY?!She charged me and I have to say, out of all the times i have gotten Manis & Pedis, this one is the WORST. So bad, i didnt tip. Because i felt robbed from me own service!!!Go elsewhere, they are only money hungry and wont provide the service!

I LOVE THIS NAIL SALON!!!! Because of my job, I always have to get short nails. They always do an amazing job on my short coffin style nails. I usually get a pink and white acrylic, and they have been the only shop that does the Ombre effect PERFECTLY!. Im just in love with this place.

If you want to waste your money and time, go for it. (Why can’t I give zero star)As you can see the pictures, the result is obviously awful. I knew it she was unprofessional from the beginning. She did not completely remove the nail polish. My nail surface is uneven. The gel polish didn’t even cover my nails(the sides of my nails). Moreover, while drying the gel polish, she said take out my hands from the dryer and applied another layer of the polish. And then, it went wrong because it was not completely dried. Besides she said it’s my fault. Haha. I just did what she said. After that, she just tried to hide what she made mistakes rather than to “fix” it, whenever she messed up my nails. Additionally, as soon as I asked back to her, “This is my fault?”, she answered “yes” and ran me down to another employee in Vietnamese.I can do way better than this. I go to a nail salon by spending my money because to my nails get done well, not to ruin. I spent money, time, and emotional energy.

They do not clean their equipment between customers. I saw this happen twice while I was getting my nails done. The did a good job and the prices are reasonable but that does not make up for unsanitary equipment.

Lynn did a great job on my pink and white nails and the nice lady who did my toes, did a great job too!

Ive been coming here as a walk in for over 6 years and despite moving away Ive continued to return. I never had to wait more than a few minutes and Ive never before made an appointment. I had an appointment today at 4:30 with Annie who always does a phenomenal job, but when I arrived early for my appointment I was told she called in sick. And now Ive been waiting for 30 minutes and other people have been taken care of before me and treated with far more courtesy. No big deal, I just get married this weekend. This is not stressful at all. I doubt Im going to want to return after this lack of customer service. So disappointed.

I LOVE this place! Ive gone on and off as a walk-in and theyve always accommodated me. There service is amazing. But the last 2 times I came back for Summer because her hands are MAGIC for pedicures and manicures! Her foot and hand massage game is ON POINT💣💥. And she had her lil sis Emmy hook UP the flower design🌺

I had a wonderful experience at Le Nails in Mission Valley. They are VERY organized and very professional. My pedicure was SO relaxing and they did a good job with the polish. Definitely going to be back again!

I came here for the 1st time today and had the best experience! Amy was amazing and helped achieve my goal of natural looking nails with a flawless gel manicure. The atmosphere is very friendly, clean and professional. As I reside in North San Diego County, I will continue to come here again in the future.

Vanessa gives me the most thorough pedicure I have ever experienced. And the foot massage lasts for like 10 minutes! Highly recommend:have yet to get a manicure here but the pedicure is definitely amazing!

Just got my eyebrows waxed and all I can say is OMG. I have "very difficult eyebrows" as I have been told by most nail salons. The lady who did my eyebrow waxing here was absolutely incredible!!!! She said nothing about my eyebrows being difficult and went ahead and asked how I like my eyebrows. The whole process was painless...which I have never dealt with before. Even the tweezing was painless. Best part was I came out with some AMAZING brows and NO BUMPS!!! I highly recommend this amazing salon.

It was my first time here, I went to IKEA and decided to treat myself. I got a pedicure and my friend opted for a manicure. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. The woman who did my pedicure was amazing. I told her about my ingrown nail on my toe and she was very careful and thorough. They guarantee their work from chips or breaks for a ten days no questions asked. They will fix or replace a broken nail. Will definitely be back!

I highly recommend Le Nails Salon! The new owner, Vanessa, is fantastic. I have been a client of hers for many years and am thrilled that she has opened her own salon. The atmosphere is serene and the technicians are excellent. Le Nails Salon is conveniently located in a shopping center with plentiful parking and a nearby Starbucks. It is a 20 minute commute from my home but well worth the drive!!

I was at the Starbucks next-door talking to my girlfriend about needing to get things done on New Years eve day. I asked her if she knew of anywhere local, cause Im kind a new to the area. She was upset with her current person she had. So we decided to look in this parking lot. We found Le Nails and I called to make sure they had room for two mani pedis. She said she had time right now and to come on in.First impression, is its very nicely done. The colors are great the lighting is good it looks very clean and inviting. The flowers in the Archway are a little old school, and made me giggle. She ushered us back and had reserved two spa chairs for us even though two people walked in ahead of us.Anna did my nails. I opted for the gel manicure. She was very sweet and easy to make laugh. She asked me questions help me pick out a color and did a great job on my cuticles and nails. I should mention that I am disabled. So I need special care when it comes to making sure not to cut me or hold my hands or feet too tight. I watched her open a sterile pack of instruments before she started. (The pedicure bowls are cleaned out between each person and liners are used.She did a great job. I liked her massage at the end.Tracey did my hooves and turned them into feet. I asked for extra callous remover, and she to did a great job. Very friendly and sweet. She didnt hold too tight and I feel like a girl again!May did my eyebrows lip and chin wax. She has 14 years experience and it shows. She listened very well to what et my desires were and kept showing me in the mirror what she wanted to do and asked me before anything else happened. I felt extremely comfortable with her. And I feel like she did exactly what I wanted for my brows.Price wise I would say is average. $27 for my feet including the callus remover. $28 for my gel manicure. $27 for three areas face wax. Add tip.My girlfriend is the exact opposite of me, she will be doing her own review. However, she likes her eyebrows very thin and she got exactly what she wanted they look great for her face. She wanted them to pull out the ingrown nails on her toes and trim really close. I did not. So we are two totally different types of women, and we both found exactly what we want here.Susan, the manager, said that the place was sold a little over a month ago. She Was very efficient organizing and orchestrating who would go with who and how everything would work. She checked in with us several times to make sure we were happy. After I told her I wanted to give her a positive review and how happy I was, she thanked me and mentioned that they do you have poor reviews because of the previous management. So if youve been before, try again now. If youve never been, give them a chance! Im very happy I have found my salon!

Under new management, with new spa chairs, and furniture and friendly staff. I really like it here. Good pedicures and manicure. Now, they have pedicure and manicure package which save money when I try to have more services. Good job, new manager.

I have been coming here for years because the ladies do a good job and I get there right when they open because the yelling and unprofessionalism that goes on there is ridiculous. Today even though I was early there was a party of 10 already there and I had to wait which was ok but, after I sat in the chair and my nail polish was removed the yelling began with my lady starting the entire ruckus. Everyone joined in in Vietnamese and it was ridiculous. I had to stop her and say if you are going to be angry when you are working on my feet please stop so l can leave. She apologized and insisted for me to stay. She quieted down for like a minute then kept making remarks to other manicurists around her. I had my earphones in and was listening to music but I could still hear the comments and see the angry faces. The clients in there were all quiet but said nothing. Even though they all do great work this is very hard to deal with when you just want to relax and not be stressed out. If you go there ask for Jenny since she is the only one that doesnt get involved in their antics. Maybe, if we all flood Jenny with appointments they might get the message! Or speak up and let them know that is not cool.
