I had an appointment with Virginia today. She spent time talking with me about the best way to grow out my hair. She suggested a stacked bob and explained how it would look and how we should approach growing it out to a longer bob. When she was finished my hair looked great and I left with a plan for the future. I would definitely recommend Virginia, she’s a pro!

I’ve brought my kids here for years and they’ve always done really well with them even when they’re young and a little uncooperative.You’ll need to book ahead, walking availability isn’t very common anymore. I love that I can book online and don’t have to call.I came in for color correction a week before my wedding and they worked as a team to accommodate me, I had only booked a 90 minute appointment, but they were able to work with me for six hours. (Color, cut, bleaching, toning)Their rates are competitive and fair, and I especially appreciate how upfront they are with pricing. Always tip for good work!Photo attached to describe color only.

the lady messed my hair up whilst telling me she fell asleep on her classes last thing i would want to hear while getting my hair cut let alone the 3rd time she’s messed it up i feel as her test dummy completely unprofessional

I went in with a couple pictures. I wasn’t sure how I wanted my hair cut, I just know I did. We talked about it and found something that I would like. She washed my hair and put it in knots, I have super thick hair. She then proceeded to just cut the knots off the bottom of my hair, I wanted the length off anyways. She finished up, hair still damp, and it looked fine, first picture. I was happy. I get home, and brush my now dry hair. It looked awful, in my opinion, second & third picture. I called back to have someone fix and they happily agreed. The next day came, I went in and they straightened my hair to cut it, fourth picture. Again, looked fine straight but after I washed and dried it, i still wasn’t completely happy with it, fifth picture. The last picture is what my hair looked like before I got it cut. Everyone that works there was super nice and it seems like a great environment, hence the three stars, but it also seems like they’re best at cutting thinner hair types.

Was visiting Family and my sister-in-law recommended Samantha. I am so glad she did!! Was able to get in (she books up fast). She listened and cut my hair exactly how it needed to look. I wish I could use her always! Next time I visit, will definitely make an appointment.

Very clean and everyone was wearing masks with is great... My hair cut was ok. I dont hate it but I wouldnt brag about it. But I wS in need of a hair cut in a bad way and was able to call and get in a half hr 😊

Was definitely not happy this time. Paid way too much to not get what I asked for ! 1st picture is what I wanted 2nd picture Is what I got. When I said it was alot darker than I wanted I got told no I think its lighter. $250 later to not be happy is very disappointing

The woman who did my hair I liked. She did a good job. But the place had a tense anxious vibe to it. The hair dressers kept snapping at each other. They just seemed to not get a long and you could tell it was a very catty clicky kinda place. Actually one of the hair dressers got nasty with me even! Im honestly surprised they get business with the wayvthey act and treat people.

I always get a great haircut at this salon. I go on Mondays when I get a reduction on the rate for men... this is ideal for me. I can also be a walk in which works with my busy schedule.

Ive personally never had a bad experience there... however, when I spoke to the workers on the phone, both workers had a nasty tone and attitude. One claimed she couldnt hear me when I was speaking as loud as I normally do, and when she gave up the phone, she had a nasty tone and I could hear her say "ugh, I cant fricken hear her." Then, I asked to book an appointment (not knowing they dont do thoseand the lady was like (with an attitude)"we dont do those here, we do check ins and you can call at 8am on Saturday." Then hung up. Like we all have bad days but you never treat a customer with such disrespect like that, especially in this field, because I am in cosmetology myself and learned that you never give a customer a negative tone or attitude or they may not come back, remember YOU are representing YOUR company, she made me feel like I was stupid for asking.

My experience at Lemon Tree in Oneonta NY was great. My hairdresser was Tess. I showed her a picture of a style I liked and she went above and beyond delivering it. She did not make it like it was a chore to wash and blow dry like some salons do. My haircut turned out great and the prices are super reasonable. I was surprised. I recommend 100%.And they take walk ins. I hardly had to wait.

Made an appointment, waited close to an hour, then I gave up. They call appontments “check-ins,” then take walk-ins before those with appointments. No thanks. Lots of little old ladies around with home salons and a pair of sissors.

My husband and I went for a haircut 2 weeks ago, the two hair dressers we got just got their licenses, one a couple months ago, one just that same months!We RAN OUT of the salan and will never go back again!!!
