Update 1: I chg the rating to 5 stars. My Ranger had a flat on the PR tire. They fixed the flat and alls good again. Original post: Good location. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, organized shop/show room. Free popcorn and coffee is back! I stopped in for a tire rotation. I waited on site for my Honda CR-V. car. Good time to start preparing for winter driving.

This business backs up product with outstanding service. The staff goes above and beyond.

The staff was very friendly and got the problem fixed within a couple of hours thats all from me ta ta for now.

Been waiting over 2 hours they wont honor the warranty to get me new tires will not shop here ever again!!!!!

We have always had great experiences with Les Schwab. We took our Toyota in for a tire rotation. The employee who, I guess worked on it, came in and a bit frazzled telling us that our vehicle wasnt running right. That it stalled and would stay running. I was concerned because I had just had a bunch of work done in it the day before. My husband went out and drive it around the parking lot without a problem. I drove it out to where I had the work done, as I said the day before. They went over everything and found no problems. I have driven it to Winthrop and back with no problems. I feel it was a bit unprofessional to say the least.

Quick and efficient. They did a great job. Still running to people meeting them in the parking lot :)

I came here to get my tires rotated and one patched. Since we bought these tires from Les Schwab years ago and even in a different state all the work was free.

They did a great job with the alignment of my 1970 VW Beetle. Martin and Marshall went above & beyond to help me!

Blew a trailer tire in between Coulee City and Waterville at 2am. Tom helped me get a tire an hour and a half before store opened to help keep my time critical cargo alive (live crawfish). Great customer service!

Les Schwab scores again. I always turn to Les Schwab first, all over Washington State, for anything having to do with pre-trip inspections, brakes, tires.

As always, with hustle and knowledge, the folks at Les Schwab came through. Had a flat on my trailer my way to Wenatchee. These folks got me in and back to the campground in short order.

Amazing people, they know what there doing and are really helpful.

They scratched my rims up when changing my tires and blamed me that I went thru many potholes and hitting curbs

Above and beyond service as always. Prompt customer service.I bought brand-new tires a few months ago, ran over a nail and they quickly repaired my tire while I waited.Ill never go anywhere else.

Been going here for 30+ years! Love their free tire repair, etc! Not to mention their but back on batteries and tires! This is THE place to go!

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Chad the manager and manny the technician denied my services trying to sell me tires I don’t need. Terrible people. All my wheels have more than enough thread for the winter. Wenatchee les schwab is a joke

I am so disappointed and Les Schwabs I have been with them for over 20 years probably 30 and have never been treated in such a manner as to tell me that my tires are not roadworthy when they were purchased last year and have more tread than most new tires this is the second time this has happened the first time was when they repaired a tire and didnt repair it correctly and I took it back and they said well they couldnt repair it because the tire tread was too low yet they repaired it just a week prior I will no longer go to Les Schwabs and I will never recommend them at this rate.

On a recent visit to Wenatchee, I had a tire go flat. After having the dealership check my tires, I was told I needed to replace all my tires. The person on the phone at LS was super helpful and recommended the Reputations Mozama tires for my Toyota 86. I cannot be more pleased with the performance of these tires. They are better than the original tires that came on my car when I purchased it new in 2017. The road noise is significantly reduced, the ride is smoother and I feel much safer driving in the rain. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They got me in and out in an unexpected great time frame.

The guys here in wenatchee Washington are on it purely professional but havent Lost their small town sense of helping your neighbor out. Needed a valve stem and was flat broke and tad which Im assuming is a lead man or manager of sorts told me to keep my DeWalt hat that I was trying to barter for the new valve stem and got me back on the road faster then I could write this review no joke. Thank you guys are what Americans are supposed to be like.

These guys are great! My family and I were supposed to be leaving bright and early on a long road trip, so of course the tire goes flat and wont hold air. I took it in to Les Schwab who got me in right away. Turns out that Despite the good selection of tires and wheels they had in stock, the manufacture of my car went above and beyond to make it really difficult to go through anyone other than them, and the nearest wheel was 5-7 days away!! That was not going to work. I needed a new wheel fast if there was any chance I was going to make our destination on time! The guys at Les Schwab said they would do whatever they could to help me out, and they weren’t kidding! Within a couple hours, one of the guys called me with all kinds of reasonable options! They even called junk yards for me just in case I wanted to get a used one to hold me over! That’s customer service! -It’s worth noting that when they get busy, these guys literally start running instead of letting their lines get longer which makes sense, but it’s rare you see that these days. Employees were running here and there with smiles on their faces; it felt like ALL the employees genuinely cared about customer satisfaction; it’s quite a sight to behold.

Was turned away for serivce on a Lexus rx350 getting my snow tires on early because I had a donut. Didnt feel like buying 1400 dallors worth of tires. They Waited 40 mins to decline to mount my tires. I am here at discount tire getting them changed no issue 85 bucks. They were going to charge 145 to 160. Serivce refused really......... never going back, and I need 8 tires of all season in the spring. Guess I will take my business else where.

Free tire rotation...FREE. NO STRINGS. WHO DOES THAT? First rate service, great counter persons, service techs., products. I go nowhere else. Thank you Les Schwab!

I had a nail on n my tire and they fixed my tire at no cost and without an appointment. Super friendly and will go back again.

Went to get my Tire pressure checked helped me right away during very busy day, one of my valve stems got damaged by an employee by accident but they quickly replaced it at no cost to me very friendly and honest people thank you for your excellent service!

We arrived with a flat tire, and were greeted by Marshall. He was able to make the repair and put us back on the road in 30 minutes, completely turning our day around with his capable hands and incredible customer service. We’re glad we ended up at Les Schwab, and grateful for the service we received. What a wonderful experience!

Id have to say, Les Schwans as Ive come to expect (and appreciate). Went in for a tire rotation, they told me hour and a half wait (didnt make an apptand got in back in 50 minutes! Much appreciated!

The team was friendly and professional. They were able to fix my punctured tire quickly and provided top notch service. Gained a customer as this is my first time at Les Schwab.

Went in just to get winter tires switched out, got handed a paper saying our rotors and brake pads needed replaced ASAP and quoted us hundreds of dollars. Got a second opinion and surprise surprise—NOTHING was wrong with them and they won’t need replaced for years. Never trusting our vehicle to these people again.

Manager Mike and his wife Lisa, whom if I understood correctly also was a Les Schwab employee in the past, went above and beyond in the name showing by example why Les Schwab is the best tire center this weekend. These two saved my weekend. Huge thanks to these two and I will always highly recommend there center because of their generosity and professionalism.

I tried to save money and bought cheaper tires from a different company...which I regretted 8 months later...Les Schwab team was there to help me no matter what and fixed 3 flats all together before I needed new tires. They now have a very loyal customer!

Went to get new wheels for my Ford f150. Purchased new wheels for $3,000. Went with a different shop and got better wheels for less than $2000. Now I am stuck with these wheels just sitting in my garage. You would think after you pay that much money they would take care of the tire pressure sensor and balancing all the wheels. But nope they did not... Dont trust these guys.. save your self some money. They will try to sell you on other things your vehicle doesnt need. Theyre sales people not there to help. They pretend to discount like trained sales people. Les sch estimated an alignment for $1,600. Went to another small local shop and paid $69.00. PEOPLE PLEASE WATCH OUT. DONT GET FOOLED LIKE ME. $3000 straight to the garbage. 😣

Last fall I went out to my brand new car after work only to find I had a screw in one of my tires and it was completely flat. It was already 5:00pm and I knew I didnt have time to change it myself and get it in to be repaired. I called Les Schwab and the sent Ryan right out to help me. He was there in 10-15 minute. Got my spare on in no time. I drove right to Les Schwab and he fixed my flat for me right away. Ryan was so awesome helping me! The whole thing was done before 6:00. The flat repair was free too. I was so grateful for their fast and friendly service!

People are friendly... However, when a customer has a scheduled time slot, it should be honored, an hour job took 3 hrs, frustrating, curtiousy should have be given if its to take longer then expected let customer know.. All of which failed. I do enjoy the new shocks!

The Les Schwab in Wenatchee is one of the best anywhere. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. This is the only place we go when we need to have our tires rotated or replaced, front end work, and brakes. So reasonably priced and quick!

This was the absolute worst car experience I have ever had in my entire life.I made an appointment at 8 AM over the phone to have my tires switched from all-season to winter. Both the person I called and the person I left my keys with assured me it would be no more than two hours.Ten hours later, I picked up my car and they destroyed my front driver side axel. The car is not safe to drive and they want $2,000 to make the repair.Perfectly fine car + les schawb = disaster

Usually I am very satisfied but not this time. Went to get my tires rotated and they said 2 hours. Well 4 hours later and still probably would be another hour. I have a job and had they said 5 hours to begin with I would not have wasted my time

My BMW tire pressure went off and having had a recent tire puncture I stopped by for a quick check. I was greeted as soon I arrived and helped promptly tried to tip the guy who helped me but he politely declined. Glad I bought my tires here.

Ive been to this location twice in a 12-month period for slow leaks in two of my tires, and they are still leaking. They never charged me much for whatever theyve done, but its super annoying that I will have to have my car looked at a third time for what should be a simple fix. There are only so many reasons a tire may be leaking, it isnt rocket-science.

Tim came out to my house and had my spare on in minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will be having my company fleet trucks in for service from now on due to Tims exceptional service! Thanks again.

Had an appointment at 11am for my brakes and alignment. They told me it would take 2hrs. It took all day. They completed the job at 6pm. NEVER apologize. I told them I had to go to work. I even called the night before to be sure it would be a 2 hour job. I had to call my work and tell them I couldnt make it. Why tell me its only going to take 2 hours? Why lie? This is very bad service. A 2 hour job turned into 7 hours. How do you even begin to explain this. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Then I get in my truck to go home, there was grease on my seats and on my door.

They get the job done, but thats it. Cashier staff is standoffish and short.Whatever happened to them running or to your car when you arrive? Ive heard this was a thing but have never ever experienced it in multiple locations.I have appreciated free tire repairs, but old school customer service needs to make a comeback.

The Manager Scott is Amazing!! He took our not so great experience and went above and beyond to fix it and make it right! He is a prime example of a Great Manager! Les Schwab staff is always so kind and considerate. And I so appreciate all the things they do for no charge. They have good sales and you can find good quality for a reasonable price.

Slooooooooow service, I was told that my car well be fixed in about two hours. ... I have been here for like almost 5 hours...and my car is still outside of the garage.... Whaaat?... Maybe its just me but this sucks.... and goood thing that Im not a kid anymore. .. otherwise u only will read bad words.

I dropped a tire off to be fixed. After 5 hours I called them and they said that they didnt have the correct phone number, although I repeated it twice to make sure they had it. Then they told me my tire was not fixable, and that I would need to buy 4 new tires, so they matched. My tires have less than 10,000 miles on them! I called a Mazda dealer and they said that they could match the tire, saving me over$750. I would not recommend this store to anyone!!

I needed a tire rotation and an alignment, and the manager gave it to me for free, even though I didnt buy my tires from them. Theyve 100% earned my business in the future, especially with their fast service and comfortable waiting area.

I bought two tires for my pickup a couple of weeks ago as thats all of what I wanted that they had in stock. I went in yesterday to buy the other two. When I picked up the vehicle I checked tire pressures and found 69, 34, 36 and 41. Everyone was nice about fixing the problem but the bottom line is that the installers are WAY too busy. They sell great tires at reasonable prices but no one should assume that the tires are properly inflated.
