Lewisburg Pediatrics in Union County

Great 1st time experience. Lady at the front desk was kind and the doctor was personable, nice and helpful! We are going back again!

My son has been going here since he was 2 weeks old (he will be 10 in less than 2 weeks), I won’t go anywhere else. ❤️

Regina in the front office is the rudest person I have ever encountered. She is condescending and arrogant. Sadly she doesnt seem to care at all about the needs of children. I have done an urgent records request numerous times. Regina keeps telling me that they never received a fax. Even though my sister-in-law at the doctors office sent it, and has a confirmation saying it was sent. When I asked Regina how long it would take she told me it would be 30 days. I told her the request is marked urgent. I have already waited a week. She told me to take him to an urgent care. Like I want to pay hundreds of dollars to go to urgent care. Plus there is only so much urgent care can do, then they send you back to your pediatrician. I asked her how long would it take if it wasnt mark urgent, and she said 30 days. She just kept saying we have 30 days in a smug rude voice. Some people have no business working with children. If you dont care about the welfare of children, find another job. Its sad that this person is representing this office.

I’ll three of my kids are here and see doctors see and Hancock. Super awesome team they have. We aslecially love ashley! Would give ten stars if it was an option. Love love love this office.

All of the ladies that work in the front office they all seem like theyre just there for paycheck . They seem like dont care if anything its done or not or how nice they are to other people

Was nor happy when I called in to let them know I wouldnt be able to make it on time to my daughters appointment . The girl that was talking to me was very short with me.. she told me that I should have called in sooner because some one else could have used that appointment.. and she didnt even ask Me if I wanted to make a new appointment... and nothing bothers me more then when u hang up the phone and the person doesnt say have a nice day or anytbing they just hang up on u... why would u work at a place were u have to be on the phone with people if u cant even be nice
