Personnel very helpful. Prompt service. Wish the infectious woman in the waiting room wore a mask- she exposed all of us to her germs needlessly. Perhaps a sign to remind people to wear a mask if sick and tactfully provide a mask to OBVIOUSLY ill clients might be helpful. Thanks

Larry Salisbury, Service Advisor, arranged for my vehicle to be serviced at Lia Hyundai of Albany, NY for routine maintenance including engine oil replacement, engine oil filter replacement, lube, multipoint inspection, top off of fluids, tire rotation, New York State Inspection, air filter replacement, cabin air filter replacement, fuel induction system service and 4 wheel alignment.All service was performed with care and in a reasonable timeframe.Excellent experience! Had to have fuel line replaced that was on recall. Could not wait for car due to construction. Took the car in on time because Shane Dobert called me. Called me later with some repairs they felt needed to be done.
Timothy Frank was super helpful with text updates throughout the process of getting my oil change and kept me up to date on things he noticed on the car. I will definitely be coming back for oil changes and saving myself the hassle of doing them at home.
Very happy with the way I was treated by Shane Dobert, who helped to ensure that I received the service which I needed to get done at Lia on 10/20/2022. He was pleasant and easy to talk to concerning my needs for the visit. Shane had ordered a part that was needed to complete an electrical warranty repair. In addition, I needed to get new wiper blades. Everything was accomplished in a very timely and effective manner.
I came in for a fix on a recall notification. Mike Carpenter was very courteous and efficient from beginning to end. He explained the fix in detail, then took the extra step to explain the timetable for my first and future oil changes.
Folks: I bought an all-electric Hyundai a year ago that developed a serious electrical problem. Two aspects to discuss here.First, the electrical issue fix was slow, but that wasnt Lias fault; parts had to come from overseas. Along the two-month wait, Lia folks (Tim Frank in particularkept me abreast, offered and provided a loaner vehicle, and were responsive to my calls.Second, the personal contacts and updates Tim provided were comforting and welcome; a nice individual to do business with, despite the turmoil at Lia while undergoing construction.

Mike Carpenter was very friendly and helpful. He even gave me his own phone charger while I waited for my car.
They also did updated recalls and warranty part replacement. Everyone one pleasant to work with. They got me in and out within a reasonable time. I never hesitate to go there and have bought several vehicles from them even though they are an hour drive away.

Service appointment booked here. Mike is very nice and Timely delivered vehicle. Shuttle service provided, Allen is very person and he dropped and picked up on time. Due to lack of staff, the appointment confirmation took long time and also they were unable to see other service issues. This made me to schsule another appoinment with other service center which I did not expect.

I had a great experience getting my car serviced on 7/12/22. I was in for an oil change, tire rotation and software update. From the time I pulled into the bay I was comfortable and received great customer service from Tim and Paul (I think). The service was done in a timely manner, everything was gone over thoroughly and the time it took was less than anticipated. I took a walk to Westgate to shop around while my car was being worked on. As I was in the store I could hear the rain coming down hard, I was thinking...I have to walk back in this to get my car, yuck. A few minutes later Tim called and said my car was done but also asked if I wanted someone to pick me up where I was, so I didnt have to walk back in the rain. YES, awesome thank you! When I walked out of the store, waiting right in front with the door held open was Paul (I hope thats right, the super nice shuttle driverin the Lia Hyundai vehicle to pick me up. This was awesome! Eased my mind before it needed to be...lol Paul even had the door held open for me! It was like I was on the red carpet...ha haI also want to give a shout out the Jenn one of the service teams mangers I believe. I brought a concern to her about my car door handle and had anticipated some out of pocket expense. She listened, she offered a quick simple solution that made me super happy, which in turn made her super happy! Its a win win. Now thats what Im talking about in good customer service.It was really nice being treated like your business is valued. Timothy Frank got me in and out with as little inconvenience as was possible, considering the construction going on at the dealership. He was professional, considerate and informative as he possibly could be. Truly made the experience better than it might have been.

Timothy Frank gave me professional and concerned attention with what turned out to be a need for ignition coil replacement. Also the honesty of the repair shop must be noted. I thought the repair would be TWICE what I actually paid but they were able to see precisely what I needed and charged me most fairly. This car is a 2003 and requires the geriatric attention it got . Thanks to them I can drive it some more .

I had such an amazing experience at Lia Hyundai Albany yesterday. Laura Traudt assisted me to navigate the warranty service from Lia. Laura and the service Manager, Seth, worked with the warranty company, provided transportation to my office, and provided status updates when available. I am more than confident that should any future issues come up......this is the team that I want in my corner looking out for me.
