All the personnel at Liberate Jacksonville are personable and have proven success in helping their patients enjoy a higher quality of life. Every experiance Ive had with this office has been excellent. They really care about their clients here and do everything they can to keep you safe and ensure a smooth process so that everything is okayed properly.

Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly! I felt comfortable with everyone I met, especially Niki! They take their time and make sure you have all the information you need. Such a positive experience!

Very nice, understanding, an not a wait time. The Dr is very nice, she seems to have a lot of knowledge of everything she can get her hands on to learn more and more to keep up with all that is already,and any new stuff. She helps you find a base line and an questions she will talk to you about it or have you look it up. She listens!!She an her staff take there time with you. For a 1st visit I was glad I found them. Best place to get your certification. Staff, Dr. very friendly. Dr. Mitchell, takes the time to go over everything you need to know about medical marijuana. Great group of professionals. I wasnt sure what to expect and they understood that. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially to those who feel uneasy about going to a doctor for medical marijuana. I feel more educated about the whole medical marijuana treatment. I wish all of my doctors were this informative and thorough.

The experience I had at Liberate was excellent. The staff was professional, the Doctor took plenty of time to answer my questions and every step of the process went smoothly. The appointment scheduling was very efficient and they replied quickly to any follow up questions I had for them.

There were very few licensed physicians in my county for medical marijuana; therefore, I found the location for Liberate Physician Centers. I will tell you the prices are the best I was able to find. Melissa, who seems to "run the show," is exceptional with her knowledge. The process was simple. I brought my own medical records for my diagnosis, but they werent current enough. Melissa got the official records from my previous doctor and I was approved for treatment. The initial appointment with the doctor was very informative and the entire process was surprisingly quick (due to Melissas proficiency).I have seen the same doctor for my last (at leastthree visits. She is dedicated to helping patients through the use of medical marijuana. She jumps through all the hoops required of a Medical Marijuana Doctor, whereas many doctors have left. She is also a wealth of knowledge and I completely trust her recommendations and guidance. YouI would highly recommend Liberate Physicians in Orange Park. I live in St Augustine and it is worth the short drive.

This is truly the best place to go. The staff make you feel very comfortable and they will go above and beyond for there customers. The doctor you see is absolutely amazing. She is awesome . Also the staff walked me thru the entire process which made it stress free. Best doctor and staff. Thanks.

Awesome place to get your card. The initial appointment was great. I was approved by the state in 2 weeks and called once i got my approval so they could load my profile to go buy and they were quick about it and scheduled my follow up appointment that same day. So many other doctors out there charge you extra if you want flower or other stuff. These people dont. A++

Dr. Mitchell and staff are amazing. It is such a happy and relaxing atmosphere. They make it easy and comfortable during the whole process, by helping me get my card and records from my doctor and it has brought me such great relief.

Amazing Clinic :Nothing but great patient and customer care service. Everything went smooth. They make it easy for you to apply ,understand the process, and help you with any answers you may have questions about. Nichole (admin), Melissa and Dr.Mitchell are all wonderful , caring, and knowledgeable. Prices are lower then any other place ,clean office and they run the firm efficiently. My husband also went through them with zero hassle and zero issues on being approved. Definitely Recommend :)
