Lightning Fast Car Wash in Atascosa County

I went to wash my truck car in front of me was getting pre rinsed and then I dont know something went wrong, they told the person in front of me to go straight through and come back around. then they had like 4 or 5 vehicles behind me somethings wrong with the machine well give you refunds then apparently the other guy fixes it. Then they only wash ONE SIDE of my truck and say to reverse and that was that so I called and told them they were gonna refund my money of course it was to their voicemail but I will be checking everyday until they do.

It’s good but then to get out of contract no one knows anything so now I guess we’re keeping it, price is good but staff doesn’t know how to cx nor do they know who to contact to cx.

This car wash is one of the best I ever went to. Alone the pre wash they are doing is amazing. They really take their time. They DONT just do a quick spray down and than move on. They are worth every penny. Dont forget to tip them. They deserve it

Great wash! Guys did awesome job getting is ready for the tunnel wash. They have drying towels, floor mat cleaning machine and vacuums. AWESOME FOR $16!

I went to renew my monthly car wash service. I have been about three times now. They brush the front of your vehicle and the wheels prior to going through the automated wash process. It does a decent job, and the vacuum is included in the price . You have to vacuum yourself but that is ok. Anyone who has paid to vacuum at a car wash will know that it can be somewhat costly. I witnessed two cars come in for a wash and watched as they did the pre wash. They were quick about it and did a good job. I ended up setting up a recurring renewal to avoid going to renew every month. I would recommend you give them a try to see if you like it and which wash level is correct for you. If you like it, get a monthly service. They will give you a sticker to put on your inner windshield, and it will get scanned when you drive up. You will be in and out. Happy washing.

Its good when they get it right and a waste of time and money when they dont give you what you paid for. Several times I pay for the "Lightning wash" and end up with cheaper one. And then have to get back in line after looking like a Karen to complain.

Loved it here they did awesome job with my Tahoe...its hard to find a carwash that also focus on the back of the car plus they are super friendly service.. I will be coming back.

Worst car wash ever! I waisted $12 and had to rub the dirt off with a towel! I always use your car wash! They barley scrubbed and my car was seriously dirty when I parked to vaccum. I guess I will start going across the street

Didnt clean my vehicle well. Only half the tires were sprayed, it looked worse than having any at all.

Be nice if they would actually open at 8 am this is second day in a row I’ve tried to come wash my car it’s 8:05 am and still have it blocked off the same yesterday as well I do it in morning cuz that’s when I have time and this is the reason I changed from Lovett car wash to lightning and I’m having the same problem here as well.

Horrible car wash, I paid for the best package and had dirt still plus the vacuums werent working. I called multiple times to find out what I could do because I really needed to vacuum my vehicle and since there were no attendants I just kept getting transferred when I called. Nobody ever answered, never going back.

Have a monthly plan everytime the guys scrub the truck they miss spots when you try to tell them they get upset. The carwaah in general doesnt clean good at all theres always bugs and dirt left and when you tell the inside they get mad to send you back through to try to get it clean. 9 times out of 10 the vacuums dont work they are clogged up. The business in general is unprofessional and not worth the money.

Clean clothes everytime, multiple vacuums, and even a station to wash your mats & dry them.

Because its my Dads work hes the best Dad in the whole wide world.

The crew washing the vehicle did a pretty good job on the vehicle before you enter. After getting home I found black tar like smears on the side of the truck and one front tire had a shiny coating on it. It looked like tire dressing and it was thrown up on the mirror and side of the truck. This was my first visit here and will probably try it again.

Carwash had to be restarted in the middle of carwash, didnt rinse car of dry car. Vacuum hoses were broken

I would never say that this place is lightning fast. I did enjoy the guys prewashing my car before I rolled in. Was not used to having to put one wheel on a track and leaving car in neutral. Good car wash but some spots got skipped on my car.

Very fast service, I love the options that you have after the washes over, the actual wash is hit-or-miss depending and on how good they are on washing your vehicle off before it goes into the wash

Screen was broken and hard to read the top option and features. Machine cash reader was broke so card only.Guys were very stand offish I felt like I was majorly putting them out, but then again it was 58 degrees and they had to pre scrub my car so maybe I was.However the auto carwash did a good job, the free vacuum was a super like super super long hose, good suction too! The best part was the provided microfiber towels to dry your car after! I was my car a lot and never have had a car wash offer towels to dry your car!It had a car mat cleaner but I didnt use it.The only thing they could do to make it better would be the car scent sprays some places have and I would say cheery-er guys but thats probably not going to happen at a car wash! 🤣😂Totally recommend coming here if you want a quick clean and free vacuum!

Everytime i go everyone is so nice and the car wash is worth the price we pay. Today they washed our mats as well. We appreciate yall so much. Always clean, always fast and always works!

Completely wished I would have taken a picture in the parking lot. For $16 I kind of expected it to be clean. Yes my truck was dirty. Dirty like driving around for a couple months, no mud or anything caked on. Have multiple large areas that I now have to go clean by hand. If I would have known that I would have to wash a quarter of it by hand I would have just saved my money and washed it all by hand. Same thing happened to the guy right in front of me and the guy right behind me. None of us were impressed. It also looks like it didnt even touch my rims. Waste of time and money.
