Everyone was very helpful and organized. Limbird is a really large ship if you want to work with a large group in NWA. The entire Limbird team has been incredibly helpful throughout our home buying experience. Alexis is the best realtor we have ever worked with and Shannon our transaction coordinator was with us through the entire closing process.

Not an efficient realtor. We did major part of searching homes.We have clearly mentioned our interests, but they didn’t show listings based on our interests. We did the most part of searching and contacting builders on our own. Even for the builders that we asked for they got us in contact with only 1builder. we didn’t get any additional useful information as we went through them, we personally engaged with the builder and got most of the information about construction.When we liked a home and requested for details of the home and site visit, in return they asked us to contact the home owner and enquire about home plans. We thought it’s realtor job get the home plan and other details for us.When we finalized a home, we didn’t get much help from the realtor in the closing process. We have attended all the meetings on our ownWe went for them by seeing the reviews, but all the 5star reviews are because they are offering a cruise trip by drawing a lottery of all the persons that gave 5star review

Alexis White was our agent, and she was simply amazing.We were the seller and the property was large, complicated and had numerous moving parts.Alexis helped guide us through every step from listing, staging, monitoring, marketing, selling and closing. We sold our house through Limbird Realty in May/June 2022. Our house was on the market for a couple weeks and we got an initial offer that fell through. Our agent John got the house back on the market quickly and we had another offer in a couple weeks. We ended up selling for $38,000 less than our initial asking price. The market was slowing down when we decided to sell so the price drop was necessary to move the house in a reasonable time frame. After that everything was smooth sailing. John and Limbird were easy to work with and made the process less stressful. We would use Limbird to buy or sell property again.
