Not a review about the cars as I did not end up buying my vehicle from this lot. BUT I had to come leave a 5 star review for the quality care that Demarcus H. gave myself and my family over the 4 month time span that I was on the market for a new vehicle. He was so easy to communicate with, so friendly, respectful, and helpful. I honestly wish that everyone could have a first time car buying experience with someone like him. The staff was always friendly every time that we came in to view or test drive a vehicle. There was also always new cars added to see. If youre looking for friendly service and good selection, I would give this lot a try.
I had been working all day with salesman on a vehicle. I filled out the credit app and was approved. We set up a time for me to come to the dealership. A fee hours later they messaged me and said the vehicle sold. It should have been pulled from the lot when my credit was approved. They said they would try to find me a similar vehicle. I dont want a similar vehicle. Now my credit took an inquiry that is useless.
I really appreciated all of the work John Rea put in for me at Luxury & Imports. I had a tight deadline to get something, and he made the process way easier than I could’ve imagined. The financing portion of the purchase was quick and painless as well. My family has been going through John for a while, and I highly recommend anyone go through him if they need a new car!

Service dept has disappointed me the last couple times for a simple oil change for my Bmw. Have to continue to take it back leaking oil. Last time ask them to top off all fluids and had to add antifreeze. I would pay, just do what u said. My last visit for the 3rd time taking it Back. Yes i deserve a refund. They are going to make it right for the 3rd time. 😡🤬My money and time. Had been come to them for aprox 5 years
When we bought my car we purchased the extended warranty so after my car started overheating I took it into the service department. Now granted, it does not overheat everyday. I actually shut it off at stoplights if need be. Of course when I took the car in they could not get it to overheat, of course. But guess what? Its still overheating.Now, Im really frustrated and feel a little taken advantage of and for these reasons we may never buy from you again. We have bought 2 vehicles and our daughter 2 from you guys. Im very disappointed in your service department.
I found the car online, set up an appointment with Alvaro, "AJ" and it was a very simple, quick and painless experience. AJ was super easy to have conversation with and once I made my decision, the finance was quick and I was out the door. I couldnt pick it up until the next day and when I came back, my car was super clean inside and out! :)
Purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica for about $28k from DeMarcus. After bringing it home we noticed some over spray and contacted DeMarcus- we were told it would be about $200 to fix…. Then our check engine light comes up within a week. We call Demarcus and he tells us we are under warranty so we half to pay 1/2 if parts and labor. After getting the vehicle thoroughly inspected, it appears that there is a crack in the cylinder and the engine needs replaced. Seems like something you’d find out during their vehicle inspections that they claim to pride themselves on. Yes, part and labor are still covered under warranty and we are responsible for 1/2 the cost. Contacted Molly who is allegedly the service manager to see if there was any way to better remedy this situation. She said she would contact us back but we’ve tried to reach back out and have not heard back. Will not purchase another vehicle from them and will warn all my friends and family.
We have never had a better experience in buying a new used car than we had with Luxury and Imports in Leavenworth, KS. They were very nice to work with and made the whole process very easy. We will definitely be a returning customer!

Ted, John and the whole staff from finance to service are professional, trustworthy and friendly. I have also had nearly all my service work performed here. I am very pleased with my newly acquired vehicle and especially with the AUTOFINDING service that Ted has performed a number of times to find the perfect car for me. Our experience at first was amazing. However when it came to the paperwork portion of our experience they failed miserably. Three different desk dropped the ball in the processing of the payoff of our trade-in vehicle. At this given time if I was asked about my experience at this dealership I would definitely tell people try somewhere else. And I feel like giving them two stars is probably overstating....
We went in to purchase a good vehicle for travel, we were assured by JR that the vehicle we chose had been through a high quality inspection and he was positive that we would have no problems with this car. My girlfriend mentioned to him that the car needed new tires and he blew her off and said somethingabout the quality inspection, a week after we purchased the vehicle the car was in the shop for new tires and bent wheels. I GUESS SHE WAS RIGHT! There was also transmission issues, and ac issues , to which they could feel but not get codes to repair. We had already had another garage do diagnostics on the car and knew exactly what the problem was but when the put it in the shop, they could feel the problem but not be able to address it or lie to us somewhere. After we had the car sixty days they were unable to provide us with a clean and clear title. That is illegal to do, you must be able to provide a legal title and they know that! We returned the car and signed the paperwork to take it back due to having no title, and they have yet to pay off the loan to the credit union they financed us through, but there were 2 credit unions calling up about our loan! Thats tight, 2 different credit unions! So it sounds as if they may have sold the vehicle twice but my girlfriend is being very vigilanton calling them daily to get updates, they have yet to contactthe credit union to let them know that we are unwindingthe sale due to their lack of being able to title the car! So I will tell you be sure of who you are talking to and dont fall victim to the lies! They will take your money so fast it will make your head swim but when its time to take care of you? They lie and pass out free lies like the popcorn in the waiting room!
So I witnessed an older gentleman purchase a vehicle today. He was so happy. He asked me was I purchasing a car and I said no. I bought my car here a couple a years ago and I come here for service still. I told him how happy I was with this dealership. I trust them. My husband and best friend also purchased a car too. Wife and I put a deposit down on a vehicle of 500$ About a week ago. Dealer and sales manager agreed to hold the vehicle until the end of the month (31stdue to us closing on our house (so obviously we can’t have a credit check in that process). We have texts, emails explaining BLACK AND WHITE that was the agreement. We get a call about a day ago saying they are selling the vehicle to another customer because they don’t want to wait that long. Sketchy business horrible buying experience and terrible customer service. Do not buy from these scam artists. Luckily we got our money back but who knows what they were planning.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Be wary of the reviews and the financing terms. Do your homework or you will end up in a rut like me with 2 loans which one of them was supposed to be returned to the lender and the check was never returned. My trust in the dealership has depreciated and my desire to purchase a reliable vehicle from this establishment has become nonexistent. These feelings do not come without reason. My initial purchase of the white 2015 XC60 was thwarted when the check engine light came on after driving it for a period not greater than two weeks. After the service department stated they had taken it to a local Volvo dealer for a firmware update the light came back on after a day or two of driving and the 12v outlets did not work. My husband and I thought to upgrade to the silver 2016 XC90 since we liked driving it as a loaner. We were able to get into a frost grey version which came with a list of acceptable problems. Those problems were acceptable until the risk of overheating entered the picture because it sprang an antifreeze leak due to a cracked hose in the coolant system. After a bit of research, I found out that there were over 30,000 2016 Volvo XC90s recalled. The recall message from Volvo stated, “if the coolant leak goes undetected, it could lead to an accumulation of coolant in (or onthe catalytic converter heat shield insulation and then catch on fire. To top it all off, the warning light appeared stating the vehicle is due for “regular maintenance” which is priced at $200-$350. This is the second vehicle that I have attempted to purchase that has had both minor and major issues that were not addressed prior to me taking ownership.Encountering all the small situations where a vehicle is not in proper running order, dishonesty, and not speaking openly about the known flaws of a vehicle has prevented me from developing relationships, trust, or confidence to purchase a vehicle that does not have the potential to experience a breakdown in the near future.I trusted the sales, finance and service teams to provide me with a reliable vehicle where my husband, children, grandchildren, friends, and I can reach our destinations safely. This dealership has not provided such a vehicle!
I saw that they had listed a 2016 Camaro on their website I was interested in. I decided to go look at it in person over the weekend and wanted to go see it during business hours. I went into the dealership when they opened and told they took a deposit on the car over the weekend and it was in progress of being purchased. I checked back on their website later that day and it was still listed as available and they had raised the price by $1,800. I called again and they said it was still purchase in progress so I gave my name and number so I can be updated on the status of this car to know if the deal fell through or if it was sold. Checked back over the course of a few days and its still listed now and they even added pictures of it on their website and most major websites to sell cars on. I dont know what is going on with their dealership but everything seems fishy and I feel like they are lying to customers as they told me it was sold yet still increased the price listed and added photos of the car as well. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone and will not be buying a car from them ever.
This was by far the most positive car buying experience I have had! Everyone was friendly and very helpful but I never felt pressured at all. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Alvaro Romo was very professional and gave us space to test drive any vehicle in the lot without question. We found what we liked and were out of there in 30 min or less. Right when we walked in we were greeted and helped right away. Everyone there was friendly and even spoke some of the other staff while waiting for Alvaro to pull up the vehicle for us to test drive. Everyone that came in while we were there seemed very happy as well. If you happen to go there tell them Som sent ya.

We called him in the middle of the week he had the car there and ready for us to check out Friday when we arrived! I bought a vehicle from Luxury & Imports about 5 months ago. Since then I have brought my car into the service department 4 times already. First, it was for an oil change that was supposed to be done before I left the lot with my vehicle. Pretty sure that this vehicle did not go through inspection before it was put on the lot for purchase. I have had the check engine light on this vehicle twice now and I am still driving around with the check engine light on to this day due to them not having any openings.Very disappointed due to the fact that I pay good money for this car. I am simply just asking for better services when it comes to the maintenance of customers vehicles. We pay too much money to be driving around feeling unsafe and anxious over a check engine light.
It was an extremely easy, pleasant, no pressure experience. I shared what I was looking for and why. They had a couple of vehicles that would fit my needs. I found what I really was interested in and made the decision easily. They were all so friendly and helpful. I dont like being pressured, and I can tell you there was none. There are a couple of things that needed to be done on the vehicle, and they are not hesitating to take care of them for me at their cost. I would recommend Luxury Imports to anyone car shopping!

This is the second vehicle we’ve bought from Luxury & Imports (Hutchand each experience has been nothing but good! They are kind, fair, & honest and very accommodating to our requests. We were able to test drive any vehicles we asked for and once we had chose our vehicle, they took care of the minor details we had requested (shampooing seats, greasing door, etc.). Overall would definitely recommend!
They are super friendly, laid back, and down to earth people. I knew what type of car I wanted and price range, John gave me all the options and made the car buying experience a breeze. I won’t shop anywhere else but Luxury. Highly recommend them and John!

Started looking for a new car found a nice Nissan Rouge. They had one that was in Junction City and they were wonderful about getting it moved closer to me to so I could come in and test drive it. I got AJ for a salesman and he was great to have friendly answered any questions I had about the car. They were willing to work with me to be able to get me the best possible deal to make it work for me. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a new car!
Bought a to me “new” used 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander a couple weeks ago. They had every bit of the car serviced from new tires to painting the rock chips that were on most of the hood. Even had it go in for some recalls. Best purchase I made in my mind.
Trevor made it so easy to trade in my vehicle! He was very diligent in keeping me up to date with the status of my new car, and worked super hard to get it ready for me. The people here are incredibly kind and honest, and dont try to sell you a bunch of extras that you dont need. (Only reason I gave 4 stars is because once I got the new car home, it started rattling under the hood and a break light went out.)
Bought my favorite “new” used car ever from this phenomenal dealership. They have the cleanest used vehicles we experienced during our search. Their prices were firm but fair in this currently inflated market. Molly was our salesperson and a pleasure to work with. The service department is top notch! Apparently we had purchased the vehicle prior to it receiving scheduled maintenance at the dealership. The service department reached out and asked if we could bring the vehicle back, at our convenience, to be serviced. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, I requested they look into a small issue I noticed after purchase. They competed the service, addressed my concerns, and provided a complete explanation of what the performed in a manner that was more professional and understandable than I am used to experiencing very recently from service centers at other dealerships. The kicker, all of this occurred at no charge! Most dealerships might just forego the scheduled service if the car has already left the lot. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I absolutely recommend!
Luxury Imports was fantastic. Stephanie helped us find the right car and renewed our lease each month with no pain whatsoever. It was an easy and very reasonably-priced option to help us out for a few months before we moved overseas. I am already recommending it to my friends!
Amazing experience! Bought my son’s first car here they were great to deal with. Trevor was our salesman he was great. Went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the experience. Drove over 5 hours to get the car and will drive back when it is time for another vehicle.

I called Luxury & Imports yesterday (3/7for a simple inquiry about a vehicle at a different location. During that phone call, Trevor delightfully informed me that they transfer all vehicles available on their website to any location via appointment. Perfect! That said they arranged for the 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander that we were interested in to be brought to Leavenworth so we could look at it & today we drove it home! Definitely recommend this place for a quick, helpful, friendly, & all around convenient vehicle purchase! The whole staff did all they could to entertain our wild toddler & got us into a great vehicle right in our budget.
Overall a good experience. They helped out a lot to make sure i could drive a vehicle home but found that the evap canister for gas tank is dirty and needs replaced. Probably not on the extended warranty either. I will find out. Thanks for the Nice ride I am enjoying ever day until I need to pump gas and get that fixed.

Best car buying experience ever? No pushy sales people or hard sell tactics. They answered all my questions and had their body shop fix several cosmetic issues I pointed out. While initially skeptical of the small used car lot, they treated me better than most big name car lots. I will be back when its time to upgrade again!
First one star I have ever left on google. Bought a van from here and within 2 weeks the check engine light and emissions light warning came on. I didn’t haggle with them on value of trade and paid their asking price. They never called back in a week despite 2 messages being left and it took me calling a 3rd time. Sticker in the window says oil was changed right near the mileage we bought it but the oil life light came on less than 200 miles into owning (likely didn’t reset after changingThey left the home address of the old owner in the system and we found no less than 3 magic erasers from detailing. Obviously attention to detail and customer follow up were non existent. I now have concerns about the vehicle as a whole if these basics weren’t paid attention to. One thing I know for certain I won’t buy vehicles anywhere but my local dealership anymore. When we asked our local folks if they could service the Honda even though they’re a GMC dealership they said no problem. We told them about the emissions thing and they said it’s not uncommon with used cars to have something like this happen and they usually just take care of it or work with the customer to find a resolution. Apparently there’s nothing luxury can (read willdo. I’m sure the response will be “you could’ve bought the extended warranty,” which is true but they could also work with the customer the way my local dealership does and that’s why I’ll never buy here again and will only buy local.
My girlfriend and I drove from Smithville to check out a Subaru wed been doing a lot of research on and asked to drive it. Really bugs me when salesmen ride with you in the car but Alvaro Romo gave us the keys and suggested the best roads for a test drive and let us at it. We decided we wanted the Suby and pointed out a few things that needed work. They worked with us on most of it and then gave me a pretty good deal on my trade-in. I really hate dealerships, Ive sold a dozen vehicles but this was the easiest trip to a dealer Ive ever had. In and out very quickly and the salesman were never pushy. Very happy with our Subaru!

Molly is Amazing! I have purchased a lot of cars and motorcycles over the years, and have never worked with anyone as Professional and Energetic as Molly. She know her cars, and the dealership has an incredible selection of very clean vehicles. I thought i wanted a sporty suv, but after the test drive it was not comfortable. Molly made me drive a few crossovers that i had not even considered and put me in the most comfortable ride and was under my budget.
