Lititz Inn & Suites in Lancaster County

One of the best places Ive ever stayed in.Perfect clean room, great bar, awesome food, amazing town. Definitely coming back.

The food was good, despite the unfortunate name change.

Nice bar but hotel food is a little pricey.The girl at the front desk in the main bldg is rude and sarcastic. Dont appreciate a girl barely out of high school telling us how terrible our country is. Maybe after she goes in the military or volunteers for America 🇺🇸 she may realize this is the absolutely best place in the world to live.I have been to many other countries, a few third world countries and 49/50 of our states.AMERICA 🇺🇸 IS THE BEST. I dont need a wet behind ears girl explaining the world to me especially when she is representing her employer.

I would keep searching for another l place to stay. UnreliableMy wife booked a room on exspedia.and this hotel overbooks apparently and canceled our trip on Thursday night for Saturday arrival.We purchased other tickets for attractions in that area. Now left I’m with slim pickings. I would have waited another weekend if I knew but I’m out a lot of money in other ticketsNot a great first impression and wouldn’t want others to make plans and have the rug pulled out from under you.

Ate at Lititz Inn restaurant. 9 of us were served by Cole. He is a fantastic waiter, very knowledgeable about all the dishes and had suggestions, when asked, to accommodate special requests. They even have a gluten free menu. All the food was delicious. Great presentation. I think it should be a 5 star restaurant. They also have outside seating.

We stayed here for a night and LOVED the whole experience!They have done a phenomenal job updating the rooms, while keeping the old charm of the inn. Great AC, and bed! 100% recommend for a relaxing/unique stay. We will be back!

We had the most amazing wedding at Lititz Springs Inn and Spa. As soon as we entered the room, we knew it was special. The space is absolutely gorgeous and worked well for both our ceremony and reception. While we loved the space itself, another huge reason we went with this venue is because the venue coordinator, Jeff, was fantastic from the very beginning. He was the only person that sat down with us at the first meeting and went over every single detail. He took the time with us to make sure everything was perfect, and it all paid off. Every time we had questions or concerns, he always answered them and put us at ease. The whole experience went very smoothly because of how much of a help he and his team were. Another reason you will want to go with this venue is because the food is amazing. There is a restaurant in the building itself, so you know they take pride in their food. All of our guests raved about how both our chicken and beef options turned out. Everything was so convenient about this venue because of how we were able to do so many things through it. We got our venue, food, alcohol, rehearsal dinner, and even some hotel rooms for the wedding party all in the same building. We would also recommend this place to anyone because of how affordable it is. They don’t charge you a fee for the venue space at all, but rather just for the amount of food and alcohol you’ll be using. Everything about this place is perfect, and we would recommend it to anyone!

Was here for a work dinner and it was great. I am allergic to what was chosen for our mean and as soon as I said something, they worked to get me food I could eat and it was really good. Our server was amazing with a great sense of humor (and we did eat all the bread! lol). Want to stop again.

The place for dinner, drinks, and socializing in downtown Lititz. Beautiful old British Tavern atmosphere, also wonderful outdoor seating.

We visited Lititz for our anniversary and chose to stay here, with no regrets! The staff was very helpful and the room on the 3rd floor was fantastic. We did not expect the huge fully stocked kitchenette, a lovely surprise.

Had lunch with my Granddaughter. I ordered French press and my Granddaughter ordered a hamburger. My French dip was not edible. The roll was so soggy with gravy I couldnt pick it up. The hamburger was dry and she could only eat a quarter of the sandwich. They only charged me for the hamburger. I will never eat there again.

Great food and service! Try their wings and shepherds pie.

A really lovely hotel experience. The third floor rooms have access to a comfy living room space and deck, which is a nice added perk. The music theme is fun in those rooms with all the little details.

Normally we love Bulls Head, however this was very disappointing. The food was not great and they forgot to cook our burger. When it did come out it was not great.Went back and took our granddaughter. The food this time was back up to where it wasGlad we went back.

Delicious. The restaurant and the bar are beautiful. You have a nice view of their outside grounds. The staff are friendly and you cannot go wrong with any of the food choices. My favorite was the Scottish Egg. And their drinks are wonderful!!!!

I always thought that what was the General Sutter now the Lititz Springs and Spa was a tablecloth quiet environment style restaurant. I had asked for a quiet table in a corner and was given a high top in the bar. 4 feet to one side was the doorway to the outdoor patio which was used by everyone from waitstaff to other patrons seeking the restroom. To my left was the constant flow of individuals coming and going from the bar to their tables. When they were not present we shared a view of stacked against the wall a stool, fan, and I dont know what else. I assume that there was a wedding as the melodious surroundings were a constant thumping of a nightclub. The food was very good as was our service however the accommodations were quite disappointing

I stayed 1 night at the Litiz Springs Inn and Spa. The lobby was very quaint with a sitting area. I loved the room set up with the sleeping area then a sitting area with a desk then the bathroom area. The room was very clean and smelled fresh.The staff is outstanding. I forgot something, in the room, that was very valuable to me. They found it and mailed it to me. They took the time to package it in many layers of wrappings to make sure it arrived unbrokenIm filled with so much gratitude 🙏Thank youI would definitely stay at the Inn again.They also had dining areas inside which was more formal, a bar earache and an outdoor sitting area.Just an amazing place!!

I was there for a wedding. This place has no parking. We parked two blocks away.Cozy is the word I would use to describe this venue. The ceremony was inside and then guests were asked to move to the lobby so they could set up tables. 120 people do not fit in the lobby. Other guests were dining and I saw their looks of disapproval with 120 people and the noise.On to the bar. Not friendly bartenders. I really felt like I was an inconvenience to them.On to the food. I had the steak. It was definitely baked and therefore over cooked. I should know better and should have had the chicken. There was a kind of gravy on the steak that tasted greasy. I also received 3 halves of small potatoes and some green beans. The bright spot was the soup. French onion and it was good.If you are going to have a small wedding, under 80 guests, then this might work for you but there are better places. Having a wedding for our own daughter two weeks ago has shown us the importance of parking, good food, and friendly staff when hosting a wedding.

The building is absolutely beautiful. The food quality and service is much lower than average.They had two tomatoe based soups, one being Minestrone and the other tomatoes bisque. Both were not good, even for those who like tomatoes. I was told that the crab cakes are great, but they were mostly filler. The lamb was tough and the sides were mediocre, to be positive. No one at our table thought that the food was even average. The dessert was below average, at best.There are so many better choices in the area. I have no problem paying a premium for great food. This place is high in price and extremely low in food quality.The service was ok. She gave one of our party an attitude. The service was good at times, and very slow at others.It is my opinion that they need to hire a good chef and improve the food quality drastically. Also, they need better management, in my opinion. The place has definitely declined recently.

Everything was absolutely phenomenal! I would recommend Lititz Springs Inn to anyone looking for a reception venue, or for any other large gathering. They are incredibly affordable and the level of service and attention to detail is top notch. Jeff made the entire process fun and enjoyable - we always looked forward to our meetings. He answered any questions we had and handled any changes so well. The staff here is fantastic and will truly make your wedding the best day ever. For weeks afterwards, people told us how fun it was, how delicious the food was, and how helpful the entire staff was. Being able to stay upstairs after the wedding was also wonderful. There isnt anything Id change about it!My husband and I also often eat here and at Bulls Head - its one of the reasons we chose to have our reception here. The food is always delicious and the staff in both restaurants are fantastic. We love going here!

Wonderful little historic place right in the center of town, and when I say right in the center, I mean its literally 20 ft from the center of town! Beautiful lobbie beautiful rooms, my bathroom had the same Kohler fixtures that I have at home, in the shower was tiled beautifully. Just steps away from the lobby its a really nice Irish pub or perhaps two depends on how you look at it. Everyone was so friendly! You couldnt go wrong staying here and if I ever come back Ill definitely stay here again!

Great menu,. Husband is a bourbon fan and the selection was vast. Servers and bartender were very knowledgeable about their offerings. We ate at the Bulls Head. Only thing I didnt like was that we had to go to the bar to place our order they dont wait on you at the table.

This was the perfect venue for my moms birthday party! The food was excellent, and the staff were so helpful. Everyone commented on the beautiful space.

Drop off in food quality lately. Others have said the same. I had the turkey sandwich and it was very dry. Used to always have consistently good food. Change in chef maybe?

Cool place!! Food I had was great. My buddies unfortunately wasnt. He had the fish and it was overcooked and very oily. Good selection of beer. Worth checking out! Cool decor.

Stayed here while visiting town to pick up a puppy from a Amish farm close by. Tge building and facilities are AMAZING AND DECORATED EXTREMELY NICELY. Claw foot tub in my room was really cool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing service and food and beverage options at the attached business.

Fantastic restaurant, great service amazing atmosphere. Sits right on the corner of Main street... whole area lit up for the holidays! Its like walking back in time!

I wanted to love this hotel but the noise from the pub was unexpected and overwhelming. The lobby, the staff, the dining room, and our sleeping room and bathroom were all gorgeous, clean, and lovely, especially for an older hotel.But, there was a wedding going on the day we were there (first Saturday in Novemberand we were right above the pub so the music played. Loudly. Nonstop. From 5pm to 12:30am. We held back from saying anything because its not about us - its about others having fun - so we went downstairs after the pub closed and found two guys who seemed mystified as to our request to turn down the music but graciously agreed. Then the drunk wedding guests were in the hallway for the next hour - not the hotels fault but maybe they can put a quiet hours sign up?Ive had quieter stays in a hotel in Hells Kitchen and even Times Square. For somewhere in a beautiful village that calls itself and inn and spa, the stay wasnt quiet and relaxing.

We arrived to our room and immediately noticed how dirty and otherwise inadequate it was. The rooms on floor 3 aren’t shown in pictures for a reason. They do not include a full bathroom, the sink was located across the bedroom in a corner. The bed was uncomfortable to even sit on and held up by wood blocks , not to mention the dust covered fabric headboard. The furniture is old and mismatched. We promptly made other arrangements at a different hotel for the night. Don’t waste your money!!!

Our first time there was quite nice. This time however was a disaster as far as the room was concerned. I called for 2 rooms and when we got there our room was more money because the bathroom was redone with a upgraded claw tub. I didn’t ask for it and getting in to take a shower I almost fell as it is very slippery. Also there was no TV reception at all. The size of the room was also small compared to other rooms we have been in. Very disappointed.

Cool older hotel that is in the heart of downtown Lititz. The hotel adjoins with the Bulls Head Public House and is a great source of food and a beer. There is not elevator in the hotel so bags have to be carried up to either the 2nd or 3rd floor. The 3rd floor is music themed given that some of the folks that stay here are musicians. The rooms are very nice, but the walls are a thinner than in more modern hotels. However, the charm and location of the hotel makes this a great place to stay while visiting Lititz.

When was the last time you changed your menu? Last evening, dined with friends of ours from out of town. We frequent often but it appears to be the same each time. Two different venues deserve different cuisine. Love the atmosphere of the “RoyalAF” and love the atmosphere of the Inn. Both venues, the same menu, over and over…Service last evening by Jocelyn excellent. IMHO…

Charming and cute. Our room had a great layout on the second floor, very spacious bathroom. Staff was nice. Some staffing issues caused no breakfast served Saturday morning which was disappointing but it was fine. My only real complaint and the reason for 4 stars is that you may not want to stay here on a weekend if you actually want to get some sleep..The noise from wedding receptions both Friday and Saturday night was deafening in our room and was a real issue for me.

Delicious food and great service. Highly recommend the Shepherds pie and the fish and chips. First time trying a scotch egg and it was also very delicious.

We debated forever about what to or, thankfully our served assisted with some polite begging. First we tried the scotch egg which was fabulous! For our main courses we had the fish and chips(dont let the tittle deceive youand the shepherds pie. If you are thinking bland. Stop! The lamb in the shepherds pie was rich and tasty and the beer batter on the pollock with a sauce that was perfection. For a dirty cheap 15 you get two huge portions, one would be lots. The service staff was completely genuine and very friendly and accommodating. A must eat at least once in Lititz PA

Excellent setting, impeccable housekeeping, and great room with comfortable amenities, but not five star because of limited parking and propensity of property to host weddings that impact hotel guest experience. Hotel manager made welcome accommodation for incredibly loud hotel wedding reception, which was most gracious and appreciated. Pub attached to hotel has great food and reasonable drink prices, and a welcome option in a town that shuts down surprisingly early even on the weekend. Nice yard like outdoor seating area away from bar that I wish I could have had the time to enjoy. Would stay again, but not in room 100 on a Saturday night right above wedding reception room and with claustrophobic obscured windows.

We were here for a wedding in mid June and enjoyed the spa immensely. Great staff make the experience seamless for guests, connection to the Bulls Head offers great selection of drinks and spirits. Definitely enjoyed it!

The British pub at this terrific property is the Real Deal: authentic pub fare (sausage rolls, bangers & mash, Cornish pastiesis fantastic. The beer selection is on point.The outdoor seating is very welcoming, as are the formal and pub bars indoors.

Hosted a bridal shower luncheon here and would highly recommend! Everything was wonderful. The staff was helpful and professional and friendly. The food was superb. The room was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the afternoon. I would definitely hold another event at this venue.

We ate at one of the bar tables, and the bartender was a great server. The place is really setup well for Covid, we felt safe the entire time. Our drinks, appetizers, entrée, and dessert was delicious. I recommend the Scotch Egg, they did a really great job on it, and they are hard to find.

The interior design is quite nice, plenty of space, good selection of craft beers. They offer different sizes for your beers - from 4 ounces to a pint. Cannot say much about food, but ceviche was not particularly impressive. We did not go for food though.

Great place to eat! Loved the set up outside! Beautiful! Our server was amazing! Super attentive! Bit of an issue finding our reservation we made through Open Table but once that was figured out it was amazing! Scotch eggs for the win!

Very cozy! I loved everything about our 1 night stay. The bed was so comfortable I slept so well. Out in the hallway you could hear other guests and a baby crying but inside the room was very quiet. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. My husband and I loved our meals. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. Before we left we had a full breakfast bacon and eggs YUMM!!

Just attended a wedding here. Beautiful venue! Only downside was the food service, while the food was delicious, they were way behind schedule. There was a huge lull between the salad (which came out before the soup despite the order the items were listed on the menuand the soup and then another lull between soup and dinner. Seemed like they were just off that night.

Excellent meal and cocktails! Had the roasted chicken and my friend had the braised short ribs.Very nice decor, great ambiance.Highly recommend.Oh, and dont forget to sign up for their frequent customer club. You get $10 off for your bday and anniversary.
