Good if you pick up! Don’t use their app for delivery services!!! I think they use door dash? But we have had pizza delivered to the wrong house AND now pizza that was obviously dropped and smashed. Tried calling the customer service number numerous times with no answers and no call backs.
I really think this Little Caesars in Roy does really well keeping up with demand although I think it could definitely use an update its in desperate need of a remodel.
I love the pizza here its my familys favorite.
I was super excited to get pizza today, but when I got home with it I was severely disappointed, they didn’t put enough cheese on my pepperoni pizza and the cheese pizza I got almost looked like a margarita pizza
They NEVER NEVER NEVER answer the phone they NEVER NEVER GET THE ORDER RIGHT 3 TIMES I ORDERED CRAZY CRUST HOT HOME.AND NONE NOT ONE PIZZA WITH CRAZY CRUST. IVE ORDERED 6-10 PIZZAS BEFORE AND ORDERED CRAZY CRUST ALL OVER IT AND NOT ONE HAD IT WHEN I GOT HOME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL..... EVER! It sucks to. Ive called 6 times tonight alone to order something and not one time did they answer ugh!
Said that they won’t let me order inside and all the food is saved for online orders. So I walked outside and ordered on the app and then walked back in and got my food don’t know why they won’t let me just order at the cash register
It was easy to just go pick up the food. There wasnt a wait and the food was good. It was very fast.
This used to be the best little Caesars, but boy has that gone down hill. I placed an online order tonight for the first time in a little while, and not once but TWICE I was given a raw pizza. I ordered at 6pm, waited over an hour for my order to be ready, got it home and took a bite just for the dough to be completely raw. I took it back and was told they’d have another one out to me in 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and eventually went up to ask for a refund because at this point it’s been 2 and a half hours since I’ve ordered my dinner. They start the refund but then stop because my pizza was just coming out of the oven. I opened the box and it looked more done than the last one so I left. I get back home to eat my pizza and of course, first bite, still completely raw. I wasn’t about to drive back there for a THIRD time, so I called. I got hung up on 5 times, then they finally answered and had a horrible attitude because I asked for a refund. They said they would refund it but didn’t take my name or anything until I gave it to them. I understand being understaffed, but there were employees standing around doing absolutely nothing both of the times I sat there waiting for my pizza. At this point, I’ll just order from elsewhere. Not like little Caesars prices are any better anymore. Horrible.
Completely understand when someone is short staffed, but I ordered my meal online and came to the store when it said it was ready about an hour later. I have had to sit and wait for an extra 1 1/2 hours to get my meal while others are walking in and out of the store. I don’t think management is correct here and something seriously needs to be done with how unorganized they are.
I have always thought that the Roy Little Caesars on 4800in Roy Ut made the best pizzas but tonight I was wrong!!! Our breadsticks were burnt and the pizza was cold! In my entire life. I have never ever ever been given burnt breadsticks...I tried to eat them. They were terrible... What is going on in the world?
They rarely have their pepperoni pizza “Hot and Ready” and seem to prioritize pre-orders first, perhaps understandably, but it means waiting for 10-15 minutes for a pizza that is supposed to be ready when you walk in.
Fast, accurate service and pizza for a low price. I definitely recommend the crazy bread too.
This place is awful. Ordered online and it said it would take 45 minutes, which is ridiculous to start with. Finally 10 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready I get the email saying its ready but cant be placed in the portal. Guy at the counter says they havent even made my pizza and it would take about 20 minutes. Absolute joke. Demanded a refund. Never again at this location as this isnt the first time problems have happened. Ownership should be appalled.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. One of my pizzas hasnt gotten thrown in by the time I got there so they got it right in, thanking me for being patient and apologizing for the delay. Very professional employees.
Pizza is actually pretty decent but their customer service is lacking and typically take 20 minutes longer than the projected time given through the app if youre doing a non hot-n-ready.
Communication is key between you and your customers. Not paying the phone bill or ignoring the phone... that effects your customers ability to reach you hence the three stars. Otherwise the customer service is a bit hit and miss but mostly good. Treat your people well, take care of them so they are better equipped to take care of your customers. Please train your employees on consistent pizza making as far as the pizza sizes and definitely how to properly and completely slice a freakin pizza.
Order pizza on line, tracked out of the oven but the pizza was cold. The box was not even hot. Whats the point of ordering on line if you are going to get a cold pizza.
They took care of us when we had our T-Mobile Tuesday deal and couldnt get in the online ordering system kudos to them and their team
Don’t waste your time ordering delivery. Just go pick it up yourself. One single $6.29 classic pepperoni pizza for delivery also incurs $5.60 in fees and extra taxes. So it turns a six dollar pizza into a $12 pizza. If you’re gonna charge a two dollar fee for small orders don’t charge a three dollar service fee on top of it. That’s just greedy.
I use this location because it’s closest to me and normally don’t have too much of a problem other than it’s slow but today I was in line behind a customer for several minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter to take our orders. As we are waiting 3 more customers come in behind. One asked if we have even been helped and we said no, nobody is coming even though we can see the employees back there. The one customer started yelling helloooo and nobody came. Me and 3 other customers immediately walked out. I understand short staffing can be a problem but the line shouldn’t be out the door with no employee taking orders. I hope this review helps management.
Starting yesterday, I went in there to get pizza for my family, they were extremely rude. Went back today, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day yesterday. I paid for a deep dish Hawaiian pizza but they gave me an undercooked normal Hawaiian. I proceeded to call them to get it remade and the correct pizza. They hung up on me while I was explaining the situation, called the second time and talked to a manager they said they would make one when we got there ( mind you we waited 30 min for the original pizza), we tried to call back but not once, not twice ….. 5 times. All 5 times they hung up on us.
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST LITTLE CEASERS! They mess up your order and don’t care to fix it! My pizza is doughy and I tried to call back 7 times and they literally pick the phone up and hang it up. I WOULD NEVER EVER recommend this store to anyone!!!
Worst little Caesars Ive gone to. The crust were rock solid and the pizza was dry. Ive had better pizzas from other locations. Once you tack on the, "currently",$7.59 for the once $5 pizza. Im not going back.
Horribly slow and both the pizza and crazy bread seemed old. The crazy bread is the worst Ive had at any location. No flavor at all.
Waited 15 minutes to get my pizza, cashier was rude and I got home and I got a huge long black hair in the 1st piece of pizza, called the store and it rang for OVER 2minutes and NO ONE answered or even tried to make this right!!!!
The guy who assisted me and what looked like to be the one who prepared my order was definitely not very customer friendly. He took a bit to get to us in the lobby, minimum eye contact, he kept leaving items I had ordered, not to mention when I got home to eat the pizzas were thrown together and partially burnt
I put in an order at 8:41p and was at the door at 9:20 waiting for them to put in the portal. They kicked people out and they locked the doors at 9:25p. When they closed at 10 p.m., they pretty much took my money for the night.
I tried their pepperoni pizza a few days back. Overall the taste was excellent. But it seemed more oily than it was supposed to be.The portion size is good, and I struggled to finish it.
Absolute worst experience with a business I’ve ever had in my entire life. I placed an online order for delivery, instructions to ring the doorbell at my apartment - yes I included the apartment number. Kelsey S. the “delivery driver” took a picture with our pizza standing in the road outside of the leasing office for some reason? She said it was left there, at the closed and locked leasing office. Within seconds of the delivery notification I ran to the office and there was absolutely no pizza anywhere. The little Caesar’s service number the delivery notification gave us left us on hold for 35 MINUTES! Then the man said it wasn’t their fault we didn’t get our pizza and that we wouldn’t get our refund for up to a week. I tried calling the actual little Caesar’s location and the automated answering system they use does not work at all and I was not able to be connected to a person or helped at all. It blows my mind how awful this customer service is. They did the delivery through door dash- who we also contacted and refused to help us and sent us directly to the number that left us on hold for 30+ minutes.
21 April 2022: walked in and bought a classic Hot N Ready pepperoni. I have photographed the more photogenic half. Note the inconsistency of the cut, the underdone crust, and the preponderance of sauce laid thick at the edges. The cuts did not pass through the pizza, so each slice had to be ripped. The texture of the dough was both hard (but not in a crispy wayand soft (but in a doughy way). The half I ate first, which I undertook to do in order to mitigate my anguish, suffered from bald spots in the cheese.It’s difficult to assess who carries the most blame here. On the one hand, someone in the kitchen is clearly not making pizzas correctly. On the other hand, if management offered better training, wages, and/or benefits, they might secure more competent staff.Two stars rather than one because I ate it and did not get sick. ⭐️⭐️
I just ordered a large pizza with an Italian cheese bread and I received a mini pizza instead. The workers are incompetent and can’t even give me what I ordered. Tried to call the facility two times to get a refund and no one picked up. Very unprofessional and I advise to not go here. They won’t get your order right. Plus they don’t know how to cut pizza as well. So buy a pizza cutter if you do buy from here.
Ordered sticks and slices and when I got home I had a 2 inch strip of sticks and 4 HUGE slices of pizza. A little attention to detail would be appreciated. Next time Ill go to Clinton instead.
We made an order online for pizza and wings. The first issue is that they do not tell you door dash delivers for them until you check out. The second and biggest problem is that our door dash driver discovered that they did not put the wings in the bag with our order. When he went in to ask them about it all they did was tell him they were out. They never contacted us to see if we wanted a substitute or to cancel or anything, they were just going to send it like that and steal from us. That was 16 dollars worth of food! It was a waste of our time and a waste of the poor door dashers time, gas, and money. Extremely disappointed.
Normally I love this Little Ceasars but this last time I did take out they shoved all of our food into one of the take out bins and was really hard to get it out without crushing our food. When I got home all of the pizzas were cut really weird like they werent even looking at it when they cut it. It looked horrible.
This used to always be our go-to location for Little Caesars but over the last little bit they havent had any hot and ready pizzas available during hot and ready hours and the other time we actually was able to get the pizza was ok at best. The crazy bread is also hit and miss on how they are cooked and seasoned. We will go to the South Weber Location or go anywere else but here moving forward
Not once have they answered the phone. I have called on multiple occasions to order pizza for delivery because I like their pizza and crazy bread. In fact I just called prior to writing this review! Customer service is important whether in person or over the phone!!
I dont think I have ever had a good experience with this location. Go to Clinton, you will have a much better experience there. This location is supposed to be open at 11am on Sunday, placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 11. Got here at 11 and the doors were all locked. Left to go to the gas station. I received a notification that my order was ready 20 minutes later. When I arrived back to the store, the doors were still locked. Another customer was here also trying to get in. He knocked on the door and someone finally unlocked the doors. They told us that they are still trying to open up and that our orders werent ready yet. This isnt the first time this has happened either. It happened a couple of months ago also. Havent been back until today and find out that its still happening. So disappointed!
Ordered 2 hot n ready pizzas. One was a limited time pizza. I wasnt told there would be a wait for the limited pizza. Waited 40 minutes. When I asked about the sign saying its made hot n ready I was told "its just advertising."
Ordered the exact same thing as the customer behind me and she got her food right after paying and left. I had to sit around and wait for 15 minutes. I guess it helps when youre white...No misunderstanding. Im Latina, but born and raised here so I speak English perfectly. Very disappointed and will never return.
I was just up to the little Ceasars in Roy. I ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza with Italian cheese bread. The girl that was taking my order had such a hard time, she did not know what she was doing, twice she said pepperoni and sausage and I kept saying NO I want sausage and mushroom. When I got home I had pepperoni and sausage. I was so irritated I called And the same girl answered and said well what do you want me to do. Wow!! They really need people that know what they are doing at the front counter. Plus it cost me $17.28 for something I did not order!
I placed an online order for delivery and chose the recommended little Caesars delivery over door dashwell the store chose to use door dash anyway and the pizza still isnt delivered. I ordered the pizza an hour and a half ago. The driver got lost. He went to two wrong places. still dont have a pizza. it is now 10:05 pm. I placed the order at 8:25

I usually go to the Clinton LC but went here on the way home out of convenience. Ordered ahead to get the order on the way. I got here, waited for ten minutes before they asked me about my order when they realized they didnt even start my order. I am still standing here almost an hour later. I would avoid this Little Caesars if at all possible.
Had an order and it said it would take an hr, it was a Saturday night so I accepted it, did some other shopping and waiting in the car in front of the building for about ~ 20 mins, no names on screen, we go in to check, the boy with the bowl cut says there was a glitch and we didn’t get the order, though there was an email confirmation. Had to wait 15 more mins, he was on his phone most of the time. Very bad customer service.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza with stuff crust and cheesy bread. When I got home it wasn’t cooked all the way. I was half cooked dough. So I went back and asked for another and to just cook it a little extra this time. No issues, they did just that. Got home AGAIN and my pizza was better than the first time, but the breadsticks were raw dough. I get this location is busy, but y’all trying to get me sick?!
Used to be a good location but the last 3 times Ive gotten anything there its either been wrong or just plain out sucked. Today I got a cheese pizza crazy style and they forgot the crazy style and gave me a pizza that tastes like it was made yesterday then put in a fridge and reheated the crust was ROCK hard.
I raised my boys right, they love cheap pizza. Lol. The hot n ready is worth it. They are fast, friendly and yummy. It makes a good family dinner and thats what I need with 4 teenage boys.
This is by far the worst little caesars pizza in Utah. We have three coupons for free wings because we ordered from them in the past and they were out after we ordered. I called to make sure they had wings this time and was told that they have them and would set three aside so we ordered from them again. Get there and they never set any aside and were out again. Do not order from this store as they will flat out lie to you.
I don’t usually have many issues but tonight what just too much! After waiting for longer than the estimate for it to be ready I went in and was told it was still cooking.... so fast forward from being inside for 15 minutes and they just now started the second pizza ( not cooking but even being prepared a at all). She told me in an off hand way and couldn’t care less. When I asked if they knew how long she ignored me and went to the back. I don’t know what is going on but I’ve never seen it this slow with customers but then be treated so poorly either.
Went to this location yesterday (6/30/20 about 6 pmwith my dog and two kids in the car. They wouldn’t settle for anything less than pizza for dinner. I ordered in the midst of a crowd. It was dinner time and a big rush, obvious they were behind and all working to catch up. Had to wait outside for the pizza because only 4 guests are allowed in the lobby at a time. There were dozens of people waiting and it took longer than expected, but the staff remained kind when some customers I noticed were not. I wish rather than timing each minute going by and losing their patience, more people took notice to the continued customers flowing in to add on orders and the fact that not a single employee was standing around. Thank you for working so quickly to help me feed my family. Even in a rush the quality was great! I am sorry for the customers that didn’t treat you well. We appreciated your customer service and hard work!
