Very attentive and fast. The best little Caesars Ive ever been to.
Be prepared to wait if you want anything here. Hot n readys never ready and the employees spend more time in the back instead of help customers in line.
Its a little ceasers, they have never been known as the best place to get pizza. Just the cheapest. With that in mind I will say the pizzas are getting a little to expensive for what they are. Its about $6.79 to get what used to be their $5 pizza. While it is still cheaper than other places I would just buy frozen pizzas from a store and bake them myself. Some are under $3 for basically the same thing. But if you need cheap pizza fast and a lot of it for like a party, this is definitely a good place to go.
Used to be a good location, but the last few times I have gone there have been huge waits… not sure why because there is literally no one there and no order online stuff… they really gotta figure something out. Might want to upgrade the location… the space next door is available.
Be prepared to meet some wild people getting pizza here. Also, I think the price hike has made their pizza cost almost as much as dominos. Just plan ahead a bit and get better pizza for almost the same price.
Service is good but used to be better. Have to wait all the time now for your pizza.
@LittleCaesarsPizzaTransaction Reference #182449522Store Order ID: 761255 • Store Location Number: 707 • Order Number: 753Ordered my food around 6:11pm on 9/30 was quoted for carry out 7:23-7:28 pm. Arrived at 6:40, hoping for my order to be ready early.Ive already seen 3 online order refunds, one in dispute at the time of this posting and about 10+ people walk out without ordering, due to the waiting time.A possible solution may be a bigger oven? A store revamp for a popular location? Perhaps an evaluation is needed? But, these are only suggestions.-Update-Order is now complete at 7:33 PM.
Fairly fast and decent options of doughy yet cardboard pizza. Deep dish has been undercooked and doughy 4/7 times ive ordered it. The lady behind the counter is serious short-order waitress from emperors new groove energy and super nice so a star just for her she was awesome. I wish the pizza was as good as I remember,Or at least cooked.
You get what you pay for, not great, not mediocre, just good. Service can be rough, but is usually a quick trip.
Ordered three pizzas, so we had to wait for them to be made but that just made them fresher. Quick Service & good food
The service was great, but the pizza sucked, and it cost $40 for 2 pizzas, and 2 breadsticks w/sauce… kinda defeats the purpose of getting it from them… 🤷🏼♀️
We ordered 3 pizzas and crazy bread and got a text that said our order was ready. When we presented the text the teenager behind the counter said “I don’t know what’s going on.” He went to talk to his manager as tons of pizzas got handed out for an hour in front of us. We talked to them several times and said we haven’t gout our pizzas and ours wasn’t “ready yet” however they continued to hand the very pizzas out that we ordered. After repeated futile attempts the manager finally came over and without any apology finally “found” our order. A reminder we had already shown them proof of purchase three times. The manager said she could give our money back or make new pizzas which would be ready soon. No apology or free drink or any sorry or anything after a full hour wasted on poor customer service. We had a company party that the food arrived 1.5 hours late to.I get that there’s Covid and things are tough but there’s no excuse for bad customer service and then doing nothing to make up for it. It’s time the consumers start expecting at least a basic level of customer service post Covid. Enough of this.
I wasnt impressed with the service this day. They told me it would be about a 14 minute wait for my order to be done today and I was sitting there for over 40 minutes waiting for my order to be done. It was only 2 deep dish and cheese sticks. But yet several people who can in after me left before me. It seemed like my order was done multiple times but they sent it out with delivery then had to make it over again.
Pizza was ok the problem was I had to ask for the order because the app wasnt updated and the order show no ready and it was ready
The last couple of times I’ve tried to get pizza here it’s always been a wait most recently I was trying to get a thin crust pizza. They told me that that and the breadsticks would be a 25+ minute wait. I get that it gets crazy and all but I just want to get in and out and the fact that I would have had to. Wait anyways for the breadsticks just left a bad taste in my mouth.
Slowest little ceasars Ive ever been to. Only one cashier and they seem to not know what their doing. Took over an hour to get our order. When they said it would take about 20 minutes.
Littke Ceasers is always a quick and easy choice for when we are short on time for dinner or need a meal during movie night, the only thing i dont like is It Seems like the sauce has changed, its thicker and a lot more acidic to me.
I love this place the pizza is always fresh and the breadsticks are perfect every time!
Delicious extra crispy old dry pizza! Good job!
Slow! Unless your getting what they have in hand it’s a struggle. Front end help is slow in helping situations that come up. Line is usually fairly long. Pizza portal has not been reliable either. Got my order as ready in the app. Took over 30 minutes for them to get my order fixed and to me. I live closer to this one but North Orem is a much better experience and worth driving. I learned my lesson again by coming here. Management needs to get it together somehow. Staff shortage is an issue but those that are there should be trained.
I keep telling myself that its because of supply chain issues and inflation. Even though prices keep going up I tell myself that its still good pizza, its worth the price, its cheap and fast.I used the app to order and was told I had to wait 45 minutes for my order to be ready. Thats fair to me and I expected that. When I received the notification that my order was ready and in the pizza portal, with a number, and a claim code, I went in to get it. This is after 45 minutes. When I entered the store, however, they hadnt even started on my order and said itd be another 30-40 minute wait. What the heck? I can understand of youre short staffed and it takes a while. But tell me that before I wait an hour AND get told my pizza is ready and in the pizza portal. The only good thing about this experience was that I got a refund very quickly.
They are dishonest. They will sell you a gift card take your money for it and when you try and use the gift card it will not work in their card machine so they will not refund your money either. Never but onecof their gift cards they will take your money and never refund it when it doesnt work.
The storefront at this location is a bit rough, but same good olexperience inside at the counter. Less busy that Provo locations.
Its Little Ceasers so you know what to expect but at this location I have never had a great experience unless I use the pizza portal and dont have to interact with staff. The App is usually really close on the timing of when the pizza will be ready. The pizza is usually hot, bread sticks are usually cold by the time I get home and it is a 5 minute drive at worst.
If Little Ceasers motto wasnt "Hot & Ready" Id give this location a better rating because Ill admit they are pretty quick with orders. The problem then lies with the workers and the actual quality of the food. Out of all the Little Ceasers in the Orem/Provo area, I can confidently say that this the worst one. You know its bad when their workers have less personality then their Pizza Portal.
Horrible customer service, the crew here does not know how to communicate with customers. This is the worst little Caesars in the area. Id rather drive farther than go back to this specific location. Wish I could give them zero stars.
Really bad customer service. Gave me the wrong order employees were kissing in the back and took a while for them to even take our order the girl that took my order was chewing her gum and was popping it while I was ordering. She also kept grabbing her hair and touching the food very bad place
The pizzas are really good. The ability to order online and schedule a pickup is great. Ive ordered pizza from here several times from here and they have been great.
So bad. We put an order in on the portal got here and it wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after the app estimated but then the order was wrong. So they remade it wrong again after we clarified 4 times what it should be. The third time it was finally right, and then we had been standing in the store for 45 minutes. When they went back to tell the employee tamora that it was wrong again she said “I don’t care”. Terrible customer service, and a long wait for something that was supposed to be a quick dinner pick up. Wasted a nice part of our evening.
Got some pizzas for the boys after they helped me around the house, the lady at the counter with the cool hair helped me, and was very personable. Pizzas were very hot, and pretty darn good for 6$,(Extra-most-bestestnice work!
Excellent pizza place! Ive been here many times and will keep coming back. Online orders are always quick. The only time Ive had a problem here (online order in the wrong slot and someone else took itthey cooked up another one really quick and threw in some cheesy bread for my trouble. 10/10 service.
I buy lots of pizza here frequently for lunch for my employees. It’s always on time and hot. A few days ago, I forgot to press submit when I ordered on line and didn’t notice. I go to the store and Melanie helps me figure out what went wrong. No order submitted. She helped me get fourteen pizzas ordered and then had them ready in fifteen minutes on a Saturday during lunch. Thanks Melanie. All you haters out there are just posers wanting to hate - over a pizza! Get a life.
Dont go here. Ive tried to give the benefit of the doubt with this location for awhile but I just cant anymore. The pizza has been burnt multiple times and they barely put any cheese on a cheese pizza. Normally I would have just said "its little Ceasars, its like this." But the location in Vineyard reminded me that little Ceasars can still be decent. Dont go here. Go to the one in Vineyard.
Im typically not the type to share a negative experience, especially if its my sole experience. But at the point it becomes a reoccurring theme spanning multiple visits, your appreciation for the food or the value of it diminishes. If Im standing at the register and order a "Create Your Own" and you tell me I can get all the toppings, it implies there isnt a cost associated with it...yet somehow a $7.99 pizza becomes $23. Hard pass. If I switch to your Crazy Calzony with a side of breadsticks/sauce totalling $13+, dont you think the customer might appreciate a notification you offer all that and a 2-liter of soda for 11 bucks? If a customer asks for a little extra parmesan on the breadsticks, you dont need to charge them for it. The cost is negligible and if it improves their customer experience, they are likely to return, grossing more revenue than the ridiculous dollar you requested. You legitimately cannot alter your order whatsoever with these people, I wouldnt be surprised if there is a price increase to remove toppings. Its pathetic and Ive had it, Ill drive a greater distance to a different location just to ensure I dont have to deal with that short little boy running the register. Get a life.
Look, everyone knows you arent waking into a Little Caesars to get the best pizza ever. They have simple ingredients, plenty of grease, and come with an extra dose of heartburn. But the fastest, cheapest pizza chain is still tasty and filling, with just enough variety of items to keep you interested. You arent going for a thrill to the senses: you go for a 1 minute turnaround and a solid, chunky meal when your wallet is starting to squeek. And they fill the niche well.
Hands down the best Little Caesars I have ever been to. Every time I go to little Caesars they are slow and inefficient but this place was great. Don’t remember his name but there was a worker with glasses and a hat with blonde hair and he was super friendly! 5/5 stars!
This is one of the better locations Ive been too. Theyre quick to fill pickup orders, always good quality, parking kind of sucks during evening rush though but thats on the brilliant drivers that think turning your hazards on means you can park anywhere. As for the store/staff, Ive never had any reason to complain.
It is unfortunate that we had a bad experience here. We knew we would have to wait for a customized pizza but we were willing to wait as I can’t have bread. I just eat the toppings. So I always ask for more toppings and light sauce. We we waited longer than usual which was fine. But then when we got the order it was wrong. So they had to remake it. And we finally left to go home. When we got home my customized pizza was still wrong and I couldn’t eat it. So we called and the manager was very run and abrupt. She kept asking for our receipt we never got. I was trying to explain why I was frustrated and she proceeded to say she didn’t need the attitude.. at that point there was no attitude being given. She just kept interrupting me. My husband was watching spots in the background and was swearing at the tv so I asked him to stop so I could speak to the lady and she started to ask when she could hang up. Because we were swearing and yelling at her which was NOT TRUE! She was being very confrontational and refused to help or listen . She didn’t even care. And I know it is little Caesar’s but seriously where did the customer service go? I spent $20 dollars . Well I tried to call back to apologize for the swearing in the background and to get the pizza corrected . The phone rang for 20 minutes! They refused to answer the phone. I can’t ever believe the treatment I got because I called to get the pizza corrected so I could come get the right one. As a business this is absolutely ridiculous and I never was rude one time! It’s almost as if she was antagonizing so she could just avoid dealing with the problem. I don’t normally order from them but this is not ok.
I was not impressed with the cashier. I was the only person in the store, but I waited for the cashier for about 30 second while she did something on her phone. Then she took my order and gave me a price. I asked for a dipping sauce, and she sighed and rolled her eyes, because now she had to change the price again!Maybe she was just having a bad day?The food was good, and so was the dipping sauce :)
They are consistent, but I don’t love their pizza. The new thin crust extra most bestest pepperoni was pretty good though, a nice mix up from the typical $5 pizza. My kids think it’s great, if you’re in a hurry and don’t have a lot of cash, this meal is at the least a consistent gut filler
Took over an hour to make the pizza and then I had to wait for 15 min for them to make a pizza they forgot on my order. They offered me a free breadstick and soda for my wait and this is what I got
Slowest little ceasers in the world. Even the pizza portal is always 10+min late. Im a huge little ceasers fan. And this place is as delicious and any location but its SO slow!! I have been here 3-4 time and it always takes like 20 min for a hot n ready. Additionally the cashers never knows what the heck they are doing. I get the slice n six which is advertised everywhere on the windows and screens but all 3 times the casher has to go find a manger to change me for it. Delicious pizza but they just need to step up the crew training and get down those wait times and Ill give them more stars
The line to get in the door to order can be up to a 20 min wait at the wrong time of day.The price is always low. They have stuffed crazy bread on the menu I love it. It could take longer then they say to get your order it but this is the only little Caesars that will make my food right. it only takes them a few seconds to make my heart attack bread. Its about a dollar more for what we call heart attack style, you have to try it it makes everything better. They use more butter and throw on a ton more crazy cheese. Its always my favorite meal. The employees are quick to fix mistakes even if it was the customer who ordered wrong.Thank you guys for doing your best and working hard to feed us.
Delicious pizza, perfect when I’m craving the classic taste.
Hot and ready pizzas always save us on a busy night! Employees are always kind and quick! Crazy bread is life!!!
Better pizza and faster service if you use their app and pizza portal.
Over 30 minutes for hot and ready and breadsticks ON lunch break NOT informed there was THAT long of a wait... Goodbye lunch break... breadsticks were TERRIBLE... completely under cooked and pretty sure they were PLAIN! ONE DAY Ill learn to just travel to a different location a little more out of the way but FAR BETTER than the consistent disappointment I have EVERY time I go to this location
Quick and good customer service. Easy location to access. Not the best pizza ever, but a lot of bang for your buck.
The line for this location was insane, it took forever to place my order. The pizza at Little Caesars isnt my favorite by a long shot, but this is a good place to go if youre wanting something cheap ($5/pizza). The crazy bread is where its at! Dip those in some marinara sauce and youll be in Heaven.
Even though they were minutes from closing and had no hot and ready they still took the time to make one fresh. It took a little longer than they said it would but they compensared with free bread sticks which was appreciated. Pizza is also good. Actually has cheece and pepperoni and its not just sauce amd bread like other pizza places
