Little Caesars Pizza in Utah County

The pizza tasted like cardboard. They advertised that the pizza was five dollars this is fraud. I paid over $6.50 for a pizza this is clearly false advertising. I will get my lawyers on this case ASAP.

Honesty they should close the doors here. Every single time I’ve came and it’s not even late at night they’re out of everything “ for the day”. Might as well close down if you’re too lazy to make or order the stuff to have the food.

The app had a bunch of stuff to order that was not in store and they were out off many things. Pablo, at the vineyard location was great and gave us a refund. His customer service was exceptional.

Going through the drive through my order must of been miss heard but when I went inside Marck and Pablo made sure it got taken care of and were super kind about it! Fast and great food 👍🏻

The food is always great for last minute supper 🍽 😋 and great prices, served at timely manner. Other than the food, small things like people without a uniform, in a tank-top, basketball shorts, and sandals, walking in the back behind the counter with others and back out for a smoke 🚬 break. Not a good look.

This is the worst Little Caesar’s I have ever been to. Most times I go here I have issues with them giving me the wrong order, extremely long waiting times, and they are out of everything. This last time they said they were out of cheese bread for the rest of the day and would make more tomorrow, it was at 5pm. You are telling me you don’t make anything at 5pm when a customer asks for it? Ridiculous. The staff seems very lazy. Whoever the manager is that is over this location needs to be fired because it is consistently a horrible little caesers.

Staff will ignore you in the drive thru and then hide in the back while you and several other customers wait in the lobby for service. Finally got my pizza and the crust is still raw on the bottom. Do not order from this location, other LCs are better.

I just recently went an picked up a pizza an breadsticks through the drive thru.. it recently opened for the day so I was thinking everything would be fresh an warm. They ended up giving me a day old pizza with breadsticks that were hard as rock. I’m extremely upset. 😡😡

Love Little Ceasars for the price and convenience, but this location is desperately understaffed and overworked. I always end up waiting at least 15 minutes after I order to get my food, even if the location isnt busy.Most recently, I was first in line to order in-store but waited about 15 minutes without any employee even acknowledging me since they were busy with drive thru and online orders. I got impatient and left before I ever could order.I keep hoping theyll get better since the location is so convenient and the food is a decent price, but I cant say Ill be visiting again

Best Little Caesars, employees are doing their best to serve your food on time, even if they are tired or having a bad day, they will give you a smile and the best service possible.

One of the worst little Caesar’s locations I’ve ever been to. All I ordered was a bag of crazy bread and I waited at the window for over a half hour, all while watching the line grow behind me. Don’t come to this location if you want food in a timely manner. Ridiculous.

Terrible customer service, ordered a pizza and was told 15 minutes. Was given no receipt and then was forgot about after 30 plus minutes waiting out front. Didn’t get my food and the employees were not happy to help. They provided a refund and no food. Terrible customer service don’t go here!

Pizza is fine. Just as you would expect from little ceasars. However, the service is not good. They are so under staffed that what should have taken 20-25 minutes took 40. Also the order tracking on the website when you order is not even close!

I see a lot of hate here, I have never personally experienced any of that at this location. The drive-thru is convenient. The service is fast (hot and ready), I dont understand what people think this is? Its little Caesars for heavens sake, they arent made to order and they are only $5. Take it or leave it.

30 minutes waiting for 1 classic pepperoni pizza. 6 employees standing around doing nothing.Everyone in the lobby is extremely upset, 4 cars outside waiting for pizza. And the employees seem surprised that they need to make pizzas.I will not come to this location again.

Waited over an hour for one pizza. We had to remind them three different times what we ordered. Literally just so dumb.

Rude staff. No sense of urgency. They tell you 10 min. 25 min later stuck in the drive thru they still don’t have your pizza ready. No apologies for the long wait. They acted like I was rude for asking how much longer. If you don’t have it ready for 25 min just tell me so I can go to another location that has their act together.

Normally I dont complain about my food. But,I had ordered the last two times and first time my order wasnt ready, and was told to wait outside and they would bring it out to us. We waited over 40 minutes longer than said, then I went it to see if it was ready and my pizza was cold and still doughy when they handed it to me.The second time I ordered 2 pizzas online again, it said it was ready, I went in to go pick it up and they didnt make either one and told me that they couldnt make them. They shouldve called me from the online order to let me know that they werent ready rather than making us wait.

Poorly managed. I placed an online order and showed up a bit early and took a seat to wait. And waited. And waited. It wasn’t until after my pick up window that I hear a customer talking to the manager. Turns out their pick up box was broken so they were “keeping the pizzas in the back”. No signage or anything to let customers know to ask about for their order. This isn’t my only bad experience with the location either. Very disappointing.

Ordered a deep dish pizza online. waited until the app said it was almost done before going to the location where I was told they were out of deep dish dough so they just didnt make anything. no attempt to call or text. they also either updated to make it look like it as cooking or the app is just on a timer and meaningless.

I love little Cesar’s pizza and have always been a fan of this location but it has gone downhill. I placed an order to be ready at 8pm. It’s 8:25 and I’m still waiting. They said they had a computer glitch. While waiting their manager showed up and I’m pretty sure he had skipped out on them for a bit…probably on the clock. They couldn’t log on the computer until he got here. Pizzas good, management stinks. I’m sure they don’t get paid great but I feel you should have pride in anything you do. That’s lacking here.

So to start off the website went down switch no big deal. But the reason I order is to get fresh hot out of the oven the pizza was alright the crazy bread was hard as a rock I would never go back to this location.

We ordered a pickup from here and they were out of dough, we had to wait a really long time and then they kept getting our order wrong.

I went through the drive through they told me to wait a few minutes. I have now waited 50 minutes and still no pizza…UPDATE: End story, I waited over an hour for my order and they still got it wrong…

Went to order a half pep half cheese pizza and they wanted to charge me almost $2 more then a regular pepperoni pizza. The gal stated that there district manager told her that they had to charge extra for that from now on. Then the employees ran to the back of the store to avoid me! Poor customer service. In the past I had ordered pizza here almost every week. I don’t think I will be back.

Literally the slowest service ever. Ordered online for easy fast pickup and when we arrived we had to wait an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes. I get it they are very busy but there was 30 minutes before we arrived since placing the order they could have at least STARTED the order. This isn’t the only time there’s been incidents too.

Drive-up only at the moment. Pizza seemed a bit doughy in the middle but we enjoyed it. Employees were friendly and kind.

Usually had average experiences with this location. But, I ordered a hot and ready pepperoni pizza at the drive through. They told us to pull forward and wait. Waited a WHOLE HOUR. Went inside, no worker came to the front even though there were multiple people waiting in the lobby. Finally went back in later and they cut a pizza and gave it to us.Side note: we wanted to order Italian cheese bread, but they said they didn’t sell it. And when we went in and finally got our pizza - all they were working on was making Italian cheese bread. Ugh.

I asked for a lunch special and the first time it was good and fresh. The second time was burnt and old and this time they told 15 mins and brought it out in 5. It was old and not fresh. If youre going to tell me its fresh and than bring out one that is old and not fresh thats very poor customer service and just lazy.

I never leave reviews, but I gotta say, this location is on the up and up. Guy working the drive thru was super friendly, even fist bumped on the way out. Hot ready was fresh out the oven, tasted great. Made my night

Smoothest run Little Caesar’s I know of. The manager with the dyed hair, short on the sides long on top, she’s top tier.

very bad service. I asked to make the payment with the digital wallet and they told me that they did not have that option available and I insisted that I try. the payment was made successfully but even when the receipt came out the cashier told me no!! always a lot of delay and unwillingness to attend. after a bad experience a few months ago i went back today and again!

This place is a joke… lady at register told me they don’t take Apple Pay. I asked for her to try tapping it just in case, she tried and as she told me that it crashes all of their systems when they try Apple Pay I could see receipt printing that she tried to hide. A bunch of lazy kids with bad attitudes.

I ordered half cheese half pepperoni. I guess I got exactly what I ordered, but how in the world is this what they thought I meant? If you cant tell, the half with pepperoni has no cheese.

I asked for a pizza with no sauce. They said it would be about a 10 minute wait. We waited for close to 30 minutes and the pizza came with extra sauce. I would have just told me they couldn’t make it without sauce I would have taken it instead of making my little girls wait 30 minutes for their food

Worst experience ever ordered at 6:10 and arrived at 6:30 and wasn’t ready until 7 then the employee had a horrible attitude about it and went and hid most ridiculous little ceasers ever!

I am shocked to see so many bad reviews for this location because this is the absolute best location and it’s my go to! I live in Provo and the ones in my area really suck so I drive to this vineyard location because the pizza is always spot on. I always buy in the evening so I def give kudos to the evening crew! Lately they have also been nailing the breadsticks!! I def give this location 5 stars because it’s the best one I’ve been to so far!

Being courteous to customer service needs can be the ultimate pick and choose on whether somebody comes back to this location or not.Unfortunately, when an order mistake was created due to some sort of website glitch we received an order that was inaccurate to what was put in originally. We came back to correct the problem, hoping staff on site would have the time to correct the issue. Take back the pizzas if needed and remake them. They said that they could not and that they were too busy. We didnt make a big hassle out of this, although we decided we wont be coming back to this location. We hope staff learns a little bit more about how to be courteous about certain situations because sometimes even looking at things a little bit and deeper detail. Honestly, even when it comes to a pizza can really make a difference on whether or not somebody orders a whole bunch for a party or comes back time and time again.Other than that, the pizza was good, just wish they correct the order!

Inconsistent hours (often closed without notice). Don’t answer the phone. Online ordering is often unavailable. Drive thru is often closed. Last time I went they were out of all seasoning packets (like how). Food is fine if you can get any. I can’t imagine this location will last much longer.

This place is the worst location ever! The staff are really young and don’t care about customer service. The drive thru is always closed when I come there, they close early, and the pizza is more bread than anything else. I would rather drive the extra distance to another location than waste my money and time here. Such a shame.

I like the pizza fine, but it’s a problem if you aren’t even OPEN during your business hours! Don’t say you’re going to be open if nobody is there. You owe me $5 in gas money. And this was a Friday night! Everybody gets pizza on Friday! Shameful.

Food is always decent but the place is run but children. They frequently can not handle the quantity of orders they get. I live close by and come a good bit and a lot of the time they will forget to give me my order until I remind them 3 times that I’m still waiting.Update** adding an additional star to my review months later. **This location has always made good pizza. The place is always fairly clean but the service has really sucked at peak hours in the past. Like really really sucked. The last time I went in there on a Friday evening it was packed but they had a lot more employees and they actually pumped out all the orders in front of me and I was out of there in 10 minutes with a perfectly made fresh pizza. Gotta give credit where it’s due. Someone is turning that ship around.

EDIT** Tried calling at 7:25pm to get a refund no answer,, was on the phone for 20 minutes just rings***Very disappointed, this is the 2nd and last time we try this location. The pizza tastes as bad as it looks. It taste like its been sitting out for hours. The crazy bread was not crazy, it didnt have butter ornl cheese on it, we ordered 2 and they looked the same. They were cold and it was just a waste of money. Very disappointing for this pregnant lady

Needed us to wait in the drive through waiting area because they were late on the order. 15 min later and an angry toddler in the back, I go in to find that the order has been ready for awhile… enough to start getting cold. I take our order home to find out they gave us a basic cheese when we had ordered the extra most bestest…. I don’t think this is the teenage employee’s fault but instead the managers and franchise owners not caring about the performance of this location.

This is the worst location I’ve been to. They never have anything available, and most of the menu is now only available at certain times/days. Even the items they have available I haven’t been able to get. The pizza box was covered in grease as well. Make the drive to another location; this one isn’t worth it.

Where to start? Okay so place is ran by teenagers. Refuses to take over the phone orders, says they are too busy but you can put an order online? It’s takes 2 seconds to put an order in over the phone… money management skills are horrible! Watched a guy pay with a $20 and they gave him a $20 back in change. Pizza has 0 sauce including the extra most best. They continually blast horrible music and lastly cleanliness is an issue. If I owned this franchise I’d fire most of them and just restart maybe even jump behind the counter myself because they have the business just not the execution. Overall very frustrating experience every single time.

I havent had a lot of great experiences here but it seems like the issue is with the night crew. Multiple times I have ordered pizza and then been asked to wait in a spot, waited for 30-45 minutes, then went back in and they had forgotten our order. Then had to wait another 20-30 minutes for them to complete the order When I got in the afternoon they do a much better job.

Always fast and food seems more fresh than many other locations in the franchise. Employees are quite friendly and easy to work with. No complaints! Not sure why youre checking for reviews at a little ceasers though?

I showed up last night at 9:45, 15 minutes before close. Only 1 worker was inside and he closed the location early. I got the automated closed message at the order spot. I pulled up to the window and could see him literally hiding inside because he didn’t want to have to talk to me. I waited at the window until he finally showed his face and told me he was the only worker and couldn’t serve me because he didn’t have any pizzas. Terrible service. Then, I showed up tonight at 8:40. This time, there were 4 workers. They proceeded to tell me that they were understaffed and did not have pizza…an hour and 20 minutes before closing. Worst service I’ve ever received.

Update: I added a star because today was a hit. They made a perfect pizzaPerfect example of a "hit or miss" company. Define days its just sOOO good and its just a great well made pizza. But there is no in between. Like today (pretzel pizzaWAAAAAAAY too much salt! I couldnt eat any more than half of a slice or the salt over powered everything. My heart still feels like it will explode. Pics are AFTER I tried to wipe a bunch off. Sad day...!
