Little Caesars Pizza in Weber County

Its little Caesars clean fast and decent. The staff was friendly and helpful but at the end youve gotten ok pizza on a cardboard flavored crust not hating just pointing out cheap pizza tastes like cheap pizza.

Might have to wait but fresh is better good place

They are really inconsiderate made me wait 20 minutes for my order and when I went back for my order they said they never started making it and the wait was ridiculous they were not even busy very disappointed with my service

I went in on September 26, 2022 to get a pizza. It was an hour before closing and as soon as I walked in the lady working told me that all she would be making is cheese pizza and nothing else, and it would be a 20 minute wait. Needless to say I left and went to another pizza place. Refused to make a pepperoni and an Italian cheese bread for me. Really disappointed in the customer service.

They never answer the phone. Its the 4th time Id tried calling and no one answers, I have to go there personally and order

If I could put no stars I would. Today, when we arrived for our pizza the lady at the front counter told us our order would be ready for 30 more mins which is fine but she was extremely rude about it. We went back to our car to wait and when we went back in, as she saw us coming she put the pizzas in the food warmer. When we asked how to get the pizzas out she again was extremely rude and was no help. It was just frustrating experience!!!

This location is the worst! Nothing is hot and ready...ever and if its busy at all they ignore or give away the online orders. The lady up front is always annoyed and rude.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I walked in and the girl was super rude. Quiet, timid, wouldn’t speak in a full sentence. I asked for a cheese and she said that would be ten minutes. I get that they need time to make it so I went outside to wait, then I came back and asked again and she said, once again, very rudely, that it would be ten more minutes because I didn’t order it. So what we’re y’all doing in the last twenty or so minutes I was outside? I was already having a bad day and that honestly pushed me over the edge because it shouldn’t be that hard to get a cheese pizza

The wait times over the past month & a half have been somewhere between 20-30+ minutes 👎 Ive experienced this at least 3 separate times trying to order pizza at this location and so I dont think I will bother again for a while.

Great customer service cheap pizza great breadsticks but it’s a furnace inside I feel bad for the employees that have to work in the heat management should listen to their employees

This location is dirty af. If this is how clean the lobby is, it makes me nervous about the kitchen.

Everyone loves little Caesar’s right? Good pizza at great prices. But the employees are the ones that sell this franchise to me. I was helped at this location by Melissa and I’ve never seen such good customer service in my life. She was more than helpful and fulfilled needs I didn’t know I had. Value her, she’s one of the rare ones!

Delicious pizza, when they get the order right, which happens when I show up in person.

The last 3 times I have gone to this location, they haven’t had any pizzas available and they have told me it’s a 25-30 min wait. I can understand it happening once, but after 3 consecutive times, you have to place the blame on management and staff, especially when there aren’t any customers in the building and there aren’t any pizzas coming out of the oven. Long gone are the days of the hot n ready and employees that actually care about their jobs.

Worst experience ever. Ordered online and they said they can’t make it because they don’t have crazy bread or sauce. Wouldn’t sell me a pizza after refunding my order. Would never recommended this location to anyone

Hot and cheddy. This place allowed me to survive in college and I still enjoy devouring an entire ZA a few years out of college too.

Good pizza, friendly staff. Parking lot is always very full so be prepared. Lots of road construction in the area right now as well so it makes it very difficult to actually get to the location and park, but once you do its worth the wait!

Im just a dasher, dont think that means much, but you can tell these kids dont want to be here. Overheard them say Walmart doesnt work them as hard. In a time where everywhere is hiring, get another job if you hate it. Stop making people wait 30+ minutes for a single pizza. And its not even my order.

They cant be bothered to answer the phone. Literally called multiple times standing in the lobby with no other customers waiting. Counter person didnt answer till the 5th missed call. I get that you cant hire people and the ones you do hire dont want to work here but you simply cant do business like this. Its been this way multiple times no matter what time of day or how busy. Also since the people taking the pizza out of the oven mock customers and act hostile because they have to work I think Ill just contact corporate. What a joke.

Just went and ordered a pizza. Get home to find a hair on it! This is disgusting. Next time I’ll take my business else where

After my Dominoes catastrophe i tried little caesars which was open but only had pepperoni pizza for sale no other pizzas just pepperoni. No wings no sides. How do you run. a. business. like that?

Who ever is running this particular Little Caesars is dropping the ball! We used to have great service and food from this exact location. But the past few months they never have any pizzas or bread "hot and ready". They are always out of supplies. The lady at the front is rude and all she has said the last three times we have been in is "I dont have anything ready and wont for 30 minutes". Then today we ordered one cheese and one pepperoni, we got home with two cheese pizzas.

Maaaaan lol wth you all need to sharpen them knives or something cause this pizza is all funky lol the slices are all uneven or not even cut through at all.. where the hell is management at 🤣😂😂 sheesh

They never never answer their phone. Doesnt matter what time of day. Ive seen them ignore the phone when Ive had to go in and order pizza in person. Online orders are "lost". Walk ins only here.

The last three times I’ve tried to order from this location they have not answered the phone. I tried a couple of times each time. I tried to order online and it gave me some message that made me think the order didn’t go through but it gave me a pick up time so I wasn’t sure. Since they didn’t answer I went in instead if reordering. They did not have my order. I asked and they gave me the same reasoning they gave me over a month ago. They said they were understaffed. The first time they said this it was rather busy but this time they were not. There were at least three employees in the store and no customers were there. There were times while i waited where the employees were just standing there. Several did come in while I was waiting though but no more than one at a time. Im not sure if its an employee issue or not. Its frustrating that it keeps happening. The employees were very friendly though and they did get my pizza made fast.

I know what to expect when it comes to little Caesars and the quality but, Ive been straight up surprised with the last few visits to this location. Thin like very thin pizza and what looks like someone let their 3 year old cut the pizza for them. Dont get me wrong I love little Caesars pizza it is a good pizza for what you pay for... Mostly. You get what you pay for. Please be better, there is nothing worse than getting pizza for the family or coworkers only to find out its thin as paper and half the pizza was butchered. Little Caesars I love ya but you can do better I know it.

Paid 40$ for a pizza for my family, one of the pizzas we ordered the extramostbestest Italian sausage, the picture shows lots of meat but instead we got this. They refused to answer the phone when called. I do not recommend this location after this experience.Here’s what was on the website vs what we were given.

Better than a lot of LCP in Utah. Their menu was a bit messed up on the screens, so I think they should try to figure that out if it’s a chronic problem. The cookie dessert thing was different than I thought it would be, but that was my misunderstanding not an issue on their end.

Today I went to this location, which wasnt that great, breadsticks werent cooked!!! I was in your store at 3585 Harrison Blvd to buy Pizza, NOT TO BE TOLD TO WEAR A MASK. Other customers did not have a mask on, but the girl working there, singled me out to say in front of everyone that I should wear a mask. Ive probably had more vaccinations than her. For your information, Ive had 2 vaccinations and a Booster. To the girl, who I would say is about in her 20s, Its NOT YOUR PLACE TO TELL CUSTOMERS THAT. I think you should be reported to Corporate, even if you are a Franchise. Your location is not the greatest, so if you want customers, I would be keeping my mouth shut and not telling people that.

My pizza was made incorrectly when ordered online. Tried to call the store for over 20 min and no one would answer the phone. Another lost customer. This was the 3585 Harrison store.

First time in years coming to this Little Caesars. I didnt get the pizza I ordered. The one I got was not edible. I called and asked for another and was told thats how I have been making the pizzas for 3 years, so it will be the same if a remake it.I highly recommend driving to the new one on SR 193 in Layton. Its just a few minutes down the road and you can actually eat the pizza they make you. I will never return to this location.For the record I genuinely love a little Caesars pizza.

I waited here for 45 minutes just for them to call me and tell me that they had no wings. Then when I went inside to grab my cheese bread and pizzas she said that I canceled the whole intire order and the order had barely went through. I ordered the pizza at 7:30 pm and waited well over 45 minutes. Not to mention they were eating pizza in the back.

Would have loved to have eaten something here. But employees hired dont understand how to use a register. And laughed at me for correcting them.1 $5.55 pizza, 1 crazy combo $4.19, and one additional sauce $0.50, is what I tried to order. First total was $24 because two pizzas were on the order as they say (still wouldve been the wrong total). After the "correction" it was some how $28.Couldnt be bothered to keep trying after that when I was trying to buy $10.24+tax worth of food.Check your totals and your receipts at this location.

Last time I was there, they didnt have any "extra-most-bestest" pizzas "hot and ready", and they told me theyd have 2 made for me in 15 minutes. I ended up waiting for 30+ minutes.The only reason to go to Little Caesars is to get a hot pizza very quickly, so obviously I was very disappointed. I could see the employees in the back and it was like they werent even trying.

The bread sticks were good BUT the pizza was the saddest thing ever. Classic cheese very little sauce or cheese and a good inch of undercooked dough with nothing on it. Sorry fellows, but I will have to think about ordering from you again. I have pictures

Called in and ordered 7 pizzas. I was told 10 to 15 minutes, they were ready when I got there but they were definitely not no where near fresh. I was expecting freshly baked pizza not pizza that looked and tasted like it a few hours old. Do better

Love how accessible little Caesars always is! Most of the time, you dont have to wait for the pizza you want! Every once in a while you get a great deal on their breadsticks! Constantly experience awesome customer service here. One of my favorite pizza places

I walked to order a “The best most cheesiest pizza” and 2 orders of extra crazy crazy bread. It was ready in about 20 minutes. But I did not get what I ordered. I got just a cheese pizza without pepperoni and I specifically asked for the pizza with pepperoni, instead I got a extra cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. I didn’t get what I ordered. The food was delicious but I disappointed that the employee didn’t listen to me and have what I ordered made. The employees at this location need to listen to their customers better.

I honestly cant understand how this place is still up and running. My first bad experience was a year ago.... I just moved to Washington terrace. And this is the closest Little Caesars to us. We ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks. They were all super super greasy. I thought maybe a fluke.... So we tried again a few months later. Just as bad... But because its the closest we kept going. They always have a huge line of people cause the pizza is never ready on time, or it is made wong..... well tonight was the last straw. Its been a year of bad service.... So no excuse will do. So it would be beneficial for the pizza to be cut into equal slices. They didnt put on the Italian sausage.....Previously I ordered a thin crust pizza and as some of you may know those are pre made and frozen with a piece of cookie sheet paper on it. Well they left a bunch of the paper on it and just put the sauce and toppings on it. So when I took a bite I got a whole lot of paper in my mouth. So I guess Ill just have to start taking the extra drive to the better Little Caesars. If youd like to know which that is, it is on 12th street and wall. Right next to Ross dress for less.

Gave this place more chances than they deserved. Usually slow service. Got excited when the app suggested the new stuffed crazy bread. Needless to say it was disappointing to pay $3.50 to only get three pieces.

We love little Caesars so much that the girls snuck a piece before we even got home... the lady who helped us was really nice and gave my daughter cookies

Horrible both times we went. The 2nd time was a remake and was worst then the first time. Bread sticks were doughy.
