Little Caesars Pizza in Utah County

No one in the store used gloves when handling the food. Hair has been found in pizza with two orders. Horrible management and care of store. We like Little Ceasers but this location is horrendous.

Would give zero stars if I could. Employees could care less that you exist, let alone are trying to order. Ive been either ignored, waited excesses of 90 minutes, have been told theyre out of anything I try to order besides a basic pizza, or have received completely wrong items by the people who work here. The worst little Caesars in Utah by far.

Ugh. 20 min wait turned into 40 min. Hot N ready......not even close, who are you kidding.

I dont know why I keep coming here but we live really close. This is the last time. Highland and Pleasant Grove locations have much better service. I ordered on the app over an hour in advance When I arrived in the drive thru I was told to come back later as my order wasnt ready. So I drove around and went back to pick up my order. When I arrived a second time I was told that there was no crazy bread for my order and they would replace it with a two liter. Nope. I got a refund and went to Highland where my order was readyin 10 minutes. This is not my first horrible experience here. The employees act like you are an inconvenience and have some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Under new (worsemanagement. Today was our third visit to this location since the change.Going on our first visit, we were looked at several times before anyone approached to take our order. The second time, and our order was wrong, and the store staff disagreed/would not correct the error. Today, we walked in the store, and we’re told to leave. “Read the sign. We don’t do walk-in’s anymore.“They are still open for drive-through, and advance ordering, but not for simple pick up of hot and ready anymore.

They dont answer the phone when you try to call. Theyre late on their pizzas

Fresh cardboard crust with tomato juice sauce and stinky American cheese, cut into seven unequal slices and served with cardboard breadsticks—I don’t see how their pizza could get any worse

I’d give this place a two star if it was for one employee that helped me with my order amazingly and highlighted my day with her small talk as she kept busy I think her name was sueisen? I remember she said it was spelled differently but in any case this lady deserves a raise or bumped up to assistant manger she gave shockingly good advice to other employees and it felt as if she was running everything she could manage with the little help she had.

the assistant manager sueisen was being super helpful and was fast at drive thru, she has by far the best customer service there than anyone. she even was willing to give me a fresh pizza when they were about to close. 10/10 !

this little ceasers has the best service i’ve experienced. sueisen helped me choose the best pizza. she was very helpful and patient with us and she always had the cutest smile on her face when talking to clients. 10/10 experience i will be going there again soon. thank you!

the customer service was great and the assistant manager sueisen was very polite. the drive thru was also very fast and good service too

I loved getting my pizzas here, it was so friendly especially from sueisen! She was super sweet and got the pizza for me really fast!😊

Little Caesars is cheap pizza, not much else to say. It was hot and fresh when we got 12 pizzas to feed a bunch soccer players. No complaints at all

Changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. All because of Lucas. I swore I wouldnt come back here but here I was again. Lucas had an amazing attitude his service was helpful was very polite. Was super nice to my kids.. I went in to ask him his name I was so impressed. If this location looses him. It will go back down. And the pizzas! They were actually pretty good for cheap pizzas. Great amount of toppings. Thank you Lucas youre awesome.

It’s always a good place to get a quick pizza…I prefer this one over the other ones.

Food is standard for Ceasars, but the store management is shockingly poor. Telling customers the items they ordered are not available. Only to see other customers walk off with the same orders. The app is not accurate to when the food order is ready. Saw another customer wait 1-hour while her order was just sitting there and not marked ready for the app. Drive through also closed and manager sitting in his car while his poor employee goes to call him because of all the complaints and poor training to the employees. Mr Diaz, your management sucks and so does your training for your poor staff. Never seen the store owner there either. Maybe if they gave two hoots, thier service wouldnt warrant complaints! Ill make a point of going elsewhere.

The drive through was slower than going inside. Going inside was not the happening thing, so as everyone went through the drive up, we got ours quickly. Last 3 times weve had the wrong pizza than ordered online. At the window seems best for this place. Made the mistake fix pizza quickly and no complaints.

They forgot our beloved crazy bread! We ended up having to wait longer for them to make us some 😣 the wait was worth it though, because who can go to Little Caesars without it?! Haha

The customer service is horrible and they NEVER have my 5 dollar meal deal ready. I order it an hour in advance and itll never be ready. Then I have to wait in line and hope and oblivious employee will help me get my pizza. The quality of the pizza when I finally get it is not there at all. I dont recommend this location at all.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ran here for lunch with a friend since we go to school in the parking lot and was appalled at how we were treated. Was told it would be 12 min for our pizza. Was perfect as we only had 30 minutes for lunch. Waited about 20 minutes and then politely asked how much longer our pizza was gonna be which was returned with a back turned to me and completely acted like I didn’t exist and he walked away. Then asked another girl, sitting on her phone, how much longer our pizza would be. She replied with a glare and said “I don’t know.” Got our pizza about 10 minutes later. These kids need to be taught customer service for sure.

Im pretty sure when it comes down to ordering anything other than pizza, and have them tell you they dont have it ready and that it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait, PURE LAZINESS! Its pretty hard to get a deep dish, Italian cheese bread, or their new stuffed crazy bread. Also, very unprofessional service. If you dont like where you work, FIND...A DIFFERENT...JOB.

They refuse to confirm door dash orders so you cant get your order. It just sits in a queue. VERY RUDE AND LAZY. This store needs new management

Needs a new owner/management or something. The employees clearly hate working there. If they cant take care of their employees, I hope the business fails. The pizzas are hot and ready, and hard and chewy.

I walked in and did not get what I ordered. I’m not sure why I went back again tonight, my previous experience was that I waited for about 10 minutes at the window and nobody ever answered but the recording played and it said someone would be there to take my order. I just wanted stuffed crazy bread and pepperoni pizza. Never going back to this location!

Worst Little Caesars ever. I ordered a deep dish and wasnt able to alter my order at all on the terrible website. the website asked when I wanted it and I clicked the option for fastest possible and got an estimated completion time of 2 hours. So I called in 20+ times to see if it could be made sooner and to ask for it to be well done and never got an answer. So I get home with my pizza and take a bite into raw dough. Plus the girl who was the cashier is always snotty and rude

Mismatched, not sliced through, slightly burnt on one edge, flat crust, and cold. Ordered a lot of Little Caesars and this was the worst one I’ve ever had.

I used to work at this location and we were the best around. After my (thenmanager left, quality, speed, and overall service has slipped a LOT. They told us it will be 20 minutes to get crazy bread because they were out, even though when we were out of crazy bread a few years ago, it took us 5 minutes to get it made. The pizza was made very incorrectly (too little sauce, huge crustand it was very poor quality, and would be unacceptable for when I worked there.

I received an uncooked pizza at my hotel. The store does not pick up their phone, customer service will not get back to you. They took money for services not rendered, that is breach of contract. Make me agree to terms and conditions, you abide by it, too. As far as I can tell they are just going to keep my money. I will never order from this establishment again. Good luck whoever orders next, looks to be a gamble if youll get something edible.

EVERY time we have come here its always something! First its the drive through thats usually closed, we ask for Italian cheese bread, we are always told they arent making that right now. They should just rip their menu down and just put one up that says they only make pepperoni pizza, definitely horrible location.

I went during open hours and I was at the drive-through for about five minutes and no one talked so I went over to the window to see one of the bakers that was talking to a young lady while I was completely ignored the whole time I knocked on the window and I even honked at them and she simply looked at me and laughed. I don’t understand what’s so hard about coming to the window and saying “ their close “ “we are short staffed “ anything would of been nice then being ignored by some little girl in a crop top.

I reccomend driving out of your way to a different Little Caesars... this one gives you flashbacks of eating at Kmart...Changed my rating from 1 to 5, place has really picked up their game, went the other night for a quick cheap dinner and it was exactly as expected. No complaints.

I LOVE deep dish pizza. Every single time we go to this location, someone makes an excuse on why they can’t make it. The last three times we have heard:We only do that with drive through orders.We only do that with online orders.We don’t make them after 8 PM.This is absolutely ridiculous. If it is on the menu. MAKE IT.

Ordered through app, not through 3rd party. 3rd party driver never contacted and delivered to wrong address, leaving us no way to contact them. Went to store to try to get order fixed, employee gave attitude while accusing my friend of giving attitude. Manager was initially resistant to just fulfilling our order until we insisted. We ordered and paid through LCs app. Its LCs responsibility to fulfill the order.

This store underwent a management change recently (Fall 2021and the new manager is a real stand up guy! I have always liked Little Caesars they have long been a staple of quick inexpensive pizza. Now with the new manager and good service this Little Caesars location is a go to place. Really like it.

This store is horrible and I will never go there again! Ive only been there three times and have never gotton a good pizza! This time it was cold and the bread sticks were so gross it was a big waist of my money !!!! Id show you a pic but Im not sure how to do it.

Worst pizza ever. Cold. Old. Without cheese on all the pizza. They sell the pizza that they have ready. They don’t prepare the menu that they offer. The drive thru don’t work. Crazy.

Crazy bread they sell is not Crazy bread. Drive-thru was closed, and my pizza also burned.

Sorry to be negative, but you need to pick up your game American Fork Little Caesars. We took a break from ordering from you to see if youd improve but it just got worse. The pizza was the worst cut job ever and the massive areas without cheese were unacceptable. The manager should call the Nephi location. They get it right every single time. I shouldnt have to order the extra most bestest to have cheese covering at least half the pizza and sufficient pepperoni to Not make it just a cheese pizza. I think were going to stick with Dominos or a different location. Its definitely worth driving further.

The American Fork little Ceasars has the worst customer service. Employees are very rude and scattered pretty much everytime I have come here. I got a pizza and breadsticks yesterday and they were both literally rock hard. There was no refund or even a replacement since I got the pizza near closing time (not expecting the best quality near closingand obviously nobody answered the phone when I called about it. Wish I could add the video for a laugh because I tapped the pizza on the countertop to show my wife how ridiculous it was. I came in the next day to see about getting a free pizza but got denied. Anyways come on people pull it together. 😂

I stopped in to get a couple pizzas two weeks ago. I asked if they were fresh, they said yes. When we opened the boxes to eat them, they tasted like cardboard. The pizzas shouldnt have been given to anyone, they should have been thrown away. I went there today, ordered two pizzas again. I said I would wait for them to be cooked so they were fresh. I waited the 15 minutes they asked me to wait, they didnt give me fresh ones. We threw the pizzas away after we opened them. Terrible customer service, quality was horrible. I will have to take my chances at another location next time. Extremely disappointed!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Showed up to the store around 20 minutes before close to see if they had any hot and ready pizzas left. I waited at the speaker for about 5 minutes so I pulled up to the window and there was an employee mopping up the floor and wouldn’t even come up to the window to say anything to me. From my understanding you don’t close up a store 20 minutes before. Regardless of me showing up at the time that I did you shouldn’t be closing your restaurant before the CLOSE TIME.

This is the second time in two weeks that I’ve been completely dissatisfied with our order! I even told them today to make sure our pizza had cheese covering the pizza and it came out with bubbles and hardly any cheese again and we order the most bestest... hate to see what the normal pepperoni looks like. Only the second half the pizza had cheese. Also over charged and didn’t give special rate, chicken wings looked mangled and crust was so dry is was crunchy! Worst place ever! I go to pg and never have had issues and we go often. These guys need training. Wasted $25 that I should have went to Pizza Hut with!

I could go to the grocery store and individually buy all of the ingredients and make a much better pizza in the time it took to get my order. You may think thats an exaggeration, but the time i ordered to the time I was able to pick up was an hour and 45 minutes! The wait was only supposed to be an hour, but somehow, despite that already generous time, my order managed to be 45 minuts late! I wasnt the only one either. The building was packed with people waiting to pick up the food they ordered an hour and a half ago.This from a pizza chain whose biggest selling point is speed! The absolute irony...

I know it’s called “Hot and Ready”, but this time, it was more like “Old, Dry, and Ready”. This is what the slices looked like out of the box. I don’t think that they were monitoring how long they’ve had their pizzas in the warming rack, because there was no quality control with this pizza. I’m sad, because I usually like this branch. I’ve ordered many times on the app without any major problems, but this is the second time where I go to get a pizza without using the app, and I get served a pizza that looks like this. It’s cheese has fallen off, and the crust is old and dry.The next time I return and make an order, I am going to open the box while I’m still in the store. I recommend others to do the same if they do a pick up.

My pizza was delicious but the crazy bread was undercooked. I returned to the store and they replaced the crazy bread. This is the first time I’ve seen undercooked crazy bread. Usually they do a great job. It’s a bonus they have a drive through at this location!

Not so hot n ready. Sat in line to order for 5 minutes then another 10 for the pizza that should’ve been hot n ready. I’m sure everyone knows what I’m talking about. Wouldn’t kill them to hire a few more employees

They are really quick and have great customer service. They always have hot n ready pizza when I need it, even during their busy times. Best go-to meal with picky toddlers!

Make sure you check your box! I normally enjoy my Little Caesars, but my order doesnt always get done right. I got a lunch combo and was in a hurry to get back so I didnt check it. Opened it to find breadsticks and not enough time to go back.Edit: I changed this to 3 stars only because the breadsticks were really good.
