Little Caesars Pizza in Weber County

Ordered 2 extra most bestest today and as usual, had to wait 10-15 minutes as they are NEVER hot and ready. After waiting way past the time given and seeing everyone that came after me get their pizza I asked about mine. Told the kid my name, he said theyd been sitting there for 15-20 minutes because they didnt have a ticket. Is there not a process when customers are waiting and an order is missing a ticket? Then he got snotty with me when I asked if they were hot. Within the time that i was sitting and waiting, the kid at the counter grabbed a drink and walked out the door (I assume to breakleaving a line of people at the counter and no one at the register. I ended up leaving with 2 cold pizzas after waiting for nothing and getting attitude from the staff.

Placed an online order. Was told it wouldbe ready in 45-50 min. Got there, line was out the door. One person handling front. Got a message that my order was ready but they could put it in the portal. Stood in line 3 times. After getting cheese bread from the portal after they emailed it wouldnt be in the portal, had to wait in line again to get sauce. Very disorganized on a Thursday night. I know now to talk myself out of going there again.

The cheese and crust on the hot and ready they gave me was hard. I brought it back, they acted like they didnt care. He offered me a cheese pizza, not what I got. Didnt offer a refund. I tried to ask if they have pepperoni, ignored me and started to help the next customer. 20 minutes later I am still waiting. Hot and ready never again. You lost a customer today. I wish I would have taken a photo before it got tossed. It looked like cold pizza left out over night in a college dorm. They did get me another one after about 20 minutes.

Looks like they have adopted the take and bake at home concept. Ordered crazy bread and got crazy dough. At least this location was open still at 8:45, others have lights off already.

Last Thursday, I came in to get a “hot and ready” cheese pizza. They were out and told me it would be a 20 minute wait, which was fine to get a fresh pizza. What wasn’t fine us that I watched multiple people come in after me and order a cheese pizza who were provided their pizza immediately. When the manager finally acknowledged me at the counter and I asked the status of my order, he couldn’t even find the order.I waited in the store for 35 minutes. They need to make more hot and ready pizzas as they are always busy. They also need to figure out how to manage their orders in the event they run out. Worst part is the pizza was awful.

If you order and want it delivered expect a long wait. Every time my door dash person always panics and consistently texts me to let me know it’s going to be longer than they estimated on the app. The location is always pretty packed. I think the pizza is good for what Little Caesars is. I don’t recall ever getting a bad batch from this location and we order weekly and honestly if it wasn’t good it would not be as packed as it is daily.

This location doesnt have enough staff to keep up with orders. Dont expect to be in and out during meal times. Our last order was undercooked.

Friday night. 530pm. There is no reason you should be told that it will be 20 mins for 2 pepperoni pizzas. That is all you do Little Caesars. PIZZA.It should be you walk ask for a pepperoni or cheese no frills. Boom! You get it, pay and your gone.

Picking up a DoorDash always a long wait for those but really these shorts are very unprofessional! If you were to work as my employee you would have been sent home that’s just discussing especially living in Utah!!! Unprofessional

This location has gone downhill. For the last few months, our pickup orders from the app have always been at least 15-20 minutes late. Our pizza has also been consistently undercooked and poorly cut as shown in the image. Look, I know that many places have suffered employee shortages and supply chain issues, but that still shouldn’t be an excuse for food quality issues. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut this location down. If you’re too overwhelmed with customers, why not consider adding a new location out further west of this store? Just saying. On another note, the employees have always been friendly and courteous. That’s the only thing keeping this above one star.

Whoever was the team yesterday around 7:14 pm was at peak performance the person at the register was not engaged with greeting customers or telling anyone to have a good day it was an awkward experience for the most part. Handed me pizzas and sauces then I went on my marry way.

In my experience if you dont show up in the morning half an hour after opening when their first batch is made you will have to wait for 20 minutes+ for them to make a single pepperoni or cheese pizza. If hot and ready is what you are after, find somewhere else as I have yet to see them have any hot n ready..... ready...

Never pick up the phone for special orders - I have walked in and made a special order - the first pizza was not made right and they sent back a reorder and it was never made - wasted 1.5 hrs trying to get a pizza. The owner should be ashamed of the service!

Honestly, I know everyone has had issues here in the past. And the wait times are crazy during lunch and dinner rushes. But Ive worked the food industry before so I know how crazy it gets. But for my review, I ordered online a few days ago, and picked up from the pizza portal. Got home to find my order was not correct, ordered a 3 meat deep dish for my mom and opened the box to find a deep dish pepperoni, that was cold. And the regular pepperoni was a little undercooked in the center. Tried calling multiple times to find out if it could be fixed with no answer. An employee answered once and then hung up. Called 12th Street and got in contact with a manager there and explained the situation. He gave my information and order number to the gm Christine and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a coupon to replace the whole meal free and even threw in a couple crazy breads. She was super helpful and very nice. I think everyone should take a step back and try to remember to be friendly to others no matter what happens. Wasnt the best experience to begin with, but the end result was very good. Lucky I came to order a specific pizza. I watched three different customers first be told no pepperoni hot and ready and then none at all. Two sets of customers came and went when they saw no pizzas ready at all.I normally like what you do and this location is one of the best ones. Just that day there was some business loss.

This used to a good place that was efficiently managed. Not the case anymore. Too many people joking around, flirting with customers, or just not doing anything.

Haven’t had anything available the last few times and they don’t seem to be very proactive in the slightest. Workers seem complacent and this place has gone downhill.

The biggest thing they have going for them is relatively fast service. The pizza is average, but doesnt break the wallet.

I visited this location to find a disorganized line serpentining the inside of this location. Huge egress issue. I stood in said line for 10 minutes, then decided to download the app. Made my order. The app said my order would be ready in 30 minutes. It was about on time. When I went in there where Uber people that where there before I ordered, along with 3 other people. They had to have been there 45-60 minutes. One spinning cashier who has no idea how to track these orders , and 10 back shop cooks doing who know what. This is almost always the case at this location. Oh thanks for the toco pizza.. next time don’t fold it in half before putting it in the box. Thanks

Ordered online. Pickup time was 5:40 I got there with the everyone in the restaurant being all over the place. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and an order of stuffed crazy bread. Upon arrival my stuffed crazy bread wasn’t ready so I had to wait 20minutes for it to be done. Once it was ready my pizza was cold because it wasn’t put in the pizza portal it was just left on a shelf. They forgot my marinara sauce and my stuffed crazy bread was raw. I work at slackwater also a pizza place but we make sure if we mess up the quality of the food is good. Worst experience

Today I had a horrible experience at the North Ogden Little Caesars. I ordered 2 pizzas Online and waited for an hour, and then when I got my order, I had only one pizza (Wrong order), and they did not have the other pizza. I called the manager to get my money back, and she said that she couldnt do a refund and that I had to cancel the order in the app. First, there is no cancel button on the app. When I call customer service, I wait for 40 minutes, and the phone hangs up. When I called back, the customer service closed for the day. I hope you can avoid the headache.

Their website says this location closes at 10pm. I tried ordering from them at 9:00 pm not even close for their closing time.. they will pick up the call and hang up all the time .. since this has happened multiple times one day I decided to call them just infront of them and saw with my own eyes how they will hang up and laugh about it and so on.. I have video of it as well.

I placed my order a whole hour before pick up time when I get there this is the pizza I received. The edges were thick and undercook while the center was thin and soggy. The manager’s response was there was nothing he could do and that he didn’t see anything wrong with it.

They need to figure their stuff out. There are never any hot n ready pizzas available!! It’s a joke. We’re thinking ordering elsewhere is just as cheap and faster than little Caesar’s here in north Ogden!

I mean it is five dollar pizza so you get what you pay for. A little too greasy to be my preference but its probably the most affordable pizza youll find in this area.

Terrible. No consistency, triple the estimated wait time, they say your order isn’t ready yet you sit in the lobby and watch triple the amount of pizzas you’ve ordered go out the door to others that just walk in.

Ordered one pizza and two crazy breads, they told me it will take 30 minutes, an hour later and it was still not ready, the guy that ordered 20 minutes after me got his order and im still waiting on mine, the manager lady said its not her fault that she thought that the other crazy bread would be done sooner. Got my order an hour later.

Don’t bother coming here or even calling. We were traveling and needed to order ahead of time but there wasn’t an option to order thin crust on the website. It didn’t say anything about being out of stock. Tried calling three times in a row for 20 minutes with no answer to try to order. Walked into the store only for them to tell us they were out of thin crust. That could have been a 30 second phone call and no bad review LOL. My manager at work would fire me if I didn’t answer phone calls. That’s money. Customer service in a pizza place to answer a phone call should not be that hard.

We always have a good experience at the North Ogden location of Little Caesars. Its the best quality value pizza around. The store is tidy and the employees are helpful and kind.

I love Little Caesars. But this location is terrible. I get that a lot of places are short staffed right now. Im ok if I have to wait a while if I didnt order ahead.But even when I showed up at off hours, I had to wait a minute for the 4 employees hanging out and laughing on their phones to finally come help me. Then the one comes over and tries to help me while taking a personal call. Then they give me my order without any sauce because they were "out" (really out, or couldnt be bothered to fill more cups? who knows...)Another time, before what I would have thought would have been peak dinner hours, they were completely out of hot and readys. So I ordered off the sign they had up for a deal on Crazy Bread. They didnt give me the deal. The employee said hed asked his manager about it, but that he didnt know why the deal didnt work. Yet they keep the advertisement up...Not worth it. Take a minute to plan ahead, and get it from Dominos down the street

They never answer the phone, even when Ive been in there they have the phone turned down so you can barely hear it ring over all the noise. So they dont have to answer the phone. Its not that hard to answer a phone and say please hold and put the customer on hold. Maybe they need a headset for the phone. They dont greet you when you come in they leave you standing there waiting for someone to take your order until you say something to them. And it take well over and hour for your food to be ready.

Phone rang for 37 minutes Friday at lunch on a call ahead order. I ended up hanging up. When I got to the store the manager looked at me confused. I left it ringing as I walked in the store and didnt even hear their phone r ringing. I cant wait for the Pleasant View location to be finished.

Waited 45 min for one pizza that wasnt even cooked all the way. I would like to say they were just having an off night but this is the second time this has happened. Avoid this place if you can. I always leave frustrated...

Avoid this little Caesar’s… took 12 high school students 45 minutes to make one pizza and it wasn’t even right. Their hot and ready had one pizza in it in the hour we were there. Trust me, don’t go.

Ordered on the app, 40 minutes in advance. The app said it would be ready by a certain time so I timed my route home to be there 10 minutes after said time. When I arrived the cashier had AirPods in his ears, no pizza was ready. I watched the guy in the back feed himself a slice of pizza without gloves and afterwards touch customer pizzas without washing his hands. I waited for another 20 minutes in the store with nowhere to sit inside and wait (the store was empty but chairs put away). Very dissatisfied with my last experience.

Never answers the phone. We like lights sauce which you can’t do on their app. We eat here often and for the last two months the food has been not so good every time. Would much rather go to 12th street at this point. Very displeased

They need to fix their new hours on the doordash app. We love this place and my husband orders here weekly. So no complaints about the service or the food. They just need to adjust the hours to match the delivery app. They said they were open, so we ordered from them. Our dasher got there and they were closed. I felt bad for the poor dasher!

Extremely displeased with this location and the staff. I placed an order for my 3yo’s birthday party 2 weeks in advance for 8 pizzas and crazy bread (including paid in advance so I could walk in and out). Yet when I arrived to pick it up it wasn’t ready. The kid,Jordan, cutting pizzas was saying “I don’t care” and that the Hawaiian pizzas that already came out of the oven were for other orders. As a former manager of a pizza restaurant, it was very frustrating to hear that if 8 pizzas went into the oven for my order, how did those 8 pizzas get divided up for Jack and Jill’s orders that were placed AFTER mine with only 1 or 2 pizzas? Why did I have to wait, and overhear his unprofessional comments about how my order not being ready wasn’t his fault or responsibility to ensure it was completed timely? They even printed the ticket so that their times wouldn’t go over expected time frame. It was no longer on the screen so the other members had to keep asking “where’s this___”. Every time Grant went to check on my order he was talked down to by Jordan, also very unprofessional. Customers who ordered after I walked in, received their orders before me. Grant was very professional, and courteous. He ensured I had fresh bread and brought my order to my car once it was eventually finished.

We never know what were going to get at this location. Consistency is terrible. Occasionally its good but more often than not, we get a cold, day old pizza. This time the first pizza was disgusting. The crust was cold and hard like it is when youre having leftovers out of the fridge. The second pizza was slopped in the box. We had to put it in the oven to get it warm enough to eat and when taking it out of the box there was sauce and even pepperoni stuck to the box under the pizza. Were pretty sure the pizza slipped upside down into the box when it was hot and the worker just flipped it back around and sent it on its way. Anywhere else!

They only delivered 4 of the 5 pizzas to my house and charged me $67 to deliver and another $6 for tip to driver! The door dash person said they only gave her 4 and told her that was all in the order. The store said it was door dashs fault and they would NOT make it right. Even though they knew it was an incomplete order.

Good cheap food but ordering online creates problems because they allow too many orders and the staff falls behind schedule. Nobody knew what was going on and our 6:30 pizza wasnt ready until 6:45

Love this place. The people there have always been on the ball for me. They always have been great and kind. Never had any issues with the pizzas I order and I generally order some weird ones lol. Overall, one of my favorites. The only thing I dont like about this location is the parking lot can be a disaster to deal with at times, but thats the only negative that I have.

This LC is the absolute best one Ive ever been to. We come a couple times a month and they are constantly giving us quality food and great service. The two gentlemen in there took the time despite being in the middle of a rush to attend to each customers needs and I personally had a lot of juggling of stuff and they offered me a bag. My kids wanted to play with the pinball machine while we waited for our thin crust but I didnt have a quarter, they noticed and offered them each a quarter. So awesome! The management is really doing a great job! Thank you!

In and out FAST. Hot and Ready. Great Staff. Easy to see from street with good parking. Can me pretty full during lunch with all the construction.

ordered on June 6th. was going to call and tell manager but know they dont care, so decided to tell story here. ordered three pizzas one was cheese, they gave me a pepperoni. angry about that. i ordered a special pizza and they charged me 15$ for it and i can say the quality of it was not worth that amount. very dissatisfied with their products and service, will not go back there. they need to learn to get orderes right, lost customer here, very angry still, give my business elsewhere, after paying $33 for my order i expected better food, south Ogden has better pizzas

Umm extra for the bestest? For 2 bucks more I could go to dominos and get 2 medium pepperoni pizzas, the least you guys can do is idk actually give extra pepperoni and maybe not have it look like it was dropped on the floor

They are very rude. The young manager they have working there is always rude, even when his employees mess up the order or charge to much he never sides with the customer. What happened to customers are always right. They give old pizza instead of rotating them properly. The main manager Tony is nice but hes rarely there. Today we went in for two $5 pizzas they gave us thin crust which was very hard and over charged us and tried to say that is the price when i just got the same pizza made the same way 2 weeks ago. If you want good customer service I would highly suggest you dont go there.

The new $5 deep dish lunch box is pretty great. Comes with a 20 oz soda. Good deal for a decently sized deep dish pizza. If you havent tried the deep dish pizza here, you should. Its pretty tasty!

I think the food is great and the wait time is minimal. I often get a custom pizza and as soon as they know what I want they get RIGHT on it. The building is clean every time I walk in there which makes me feel better about the stuff I’ll be stuffing in my face. The staff is friendly- I get a warm greeting when entering, and a warm pizza when leaving. Updated their look too which turned out great!
