Little Caesars Pizza in Lake County

I can manage this place better than a bunch of jokers. Village of Palatine should keep an eye of this people. Manager should pay how he keeps this place and how his employees don’t wash their hands. Stay away from these place. Is going to have someone poisoned. Or even killed.

They close at 7 pm daily due to no workers. Asked owner Orly to update since many have to order via the app. He said we can just ask for a refund from Corp. That doesnt help when my kids are hungry the app gave me an order number and time to pick up only to be told at by the owner to go away hes closed. I showed him my order number n pickup time he said not his problem. Were spending our hard earned dollars here but we will no longer support rudeness like this.

Moves to online ordering is terrible. Gave me a random persons pizza and had pineapple on it🤮never ordering here again.

I have no idea how this pizza place stays open how it stays in business when the workers there don’t use gloves they pick up the phone and the hang up on you I understand their short staff I totally get it so is everyone else so is every other place that does not give them the right to speak to you or treat people the way they do over the phone and whoever this owner is of this little Caesars needs to shut down so we can start over is the worst little Caesars I’ve ever been to scene and I’ve been in Palatine my my entire life

This place takes only online orders, very sad

Moved to online ordering only, wont take walk in orders. So much for hot n ready. This place will go out of business at this pace, better off grabbing a frozen pizza.

I don’t think this place has the right people running it, I had long nasty hair all over the pizza very unprofessional , I should of known when I seen how long the guys hair was making them 🤢

They stepped up the pizza game. Honestly it shocked me how good it was went pretty late it was hot good and ready in less than 20 minutes for 3 pizzas and crazy bread. This pizza is pretty darn lit brah.

Went inside to see about ordering take out. Took about 15 min of the people inside ignoring me for someone to tell me that they’re only accepting orders through their app right now.No one even manning the register. It would be fine if they at least had a visible sign, but it wasn’t until I moved to sit on the window ceil and wait for my order that I saw their sign- taped to the back of a hand sanitizer and facing a wall. :(Food is good as always but this wasn’t executed well.

Staff was super helpful and very apologetic about the wait. Which with how short staffed these guys are is understandable. Pizza and bread sticks were yummy.

No customer service, literally, all orders are online and they dont even look at customers inside. Only person in there, my food is ready but they are still boxing up other orders before they put my food in a hot box to to take it out of.

Understaffed. Online orders only but even that doesnt help maintain organized tempo. Store is always crowded. Workers are rude due to stress build up which is understandable. Dont waste your time or money here. Especially if you are hungry and picking up expect to experience an overall Hangry environment.

This location has been taking online orders only for who knows how long and it has caused customers to wait a very long time for their food. I don’t know what type of food business runs strictly online orders but they are very ineffective at it. Fix your machines or whatever it takes.

Employees need better customer service manners. No manners what so ever. I tried asking a simple question over the phone when they were only accepting online order. They just stated they were only accepting online orders and hung up. Wouldnt take any questions.had to argue with them not to hang up. Also I may have entered the wrong building address but it is still the same location and the deliver got bent out of shape. And i told them the name of the building and where I was. Not my fault for people not reading.

Long grey haired guy doesn’t need to work there. Been going here for 5 years and I’ll never walk in that place again.

I walked in there tonight and there was a sign in the lobby......Only online orders no walk-ins....... Thats ridiculous

It’s been several years since I’ve had little cesars, and wow did they improve the quality! The taste is actually good! It’s smaller than before but still a ton for $5!!

Ordered a sticks and slices and a crazy bread. Got half of the cheese missing on my pizza only one sauce and cold garlic covered crazy bread didnt even know that was an option that I never wanted. The gm then called the next day and didnt understand that what I was talking about so I figured I would circle it on a picture. I got 1 sauce instead of two and the crazy bread was cold and covered in garlic sauce which I did not ask for. Hopefully he can wrap his head around my complaint now.

I can say that the customer service is amazing here. I went right when the store opened ordered 6 pizzas, and walked out 10 minutes later. Keep it up guys

Ordered a pizza at 5:00, arrived at 5:30 to pick it up, there was a line out the door and one person at the counter. Pizza hadnt even been started and the service was terrible so I left and went to another location.

Place an order online for the pizza portal order to not get filled into an hour later was tired of waiting. Got other food to eat and was informed could not get a refund anyways very dissatisfied with the store very rude people will never return to the store I would not order anything from here

I order pizza and it always burnt I ask the employees there and they say the store manager makes them give it to us like that I asked to talk to him he came to the front I told him I didn’t want my pizza burnt he was so rude bad service from him You guys should change managers he is a really rude person I asked for his name he didn’t wanted to give it to me so I ask this one guy he was so nices the manager name is Edward the baddest service ever.

The pizza is excellent; I always make it fresh, and, surprisingly, they managed to keep the price of the pizza at 5 dollars even though the cost of living went up.

Its little caesars, not looking for quality pizza. Only thing keeping this from being 5 stars actually. But you certainly cant beat the price and convenience.

Sorry but the last couple times Ive gotten pizza from here, theyve been very soggy and greasy towards the center, actually half the pizza from center. Definitely not reheat worthy. Their Italian Cheese Bread is still the best cheese bread around though.

Cheese Pizzas are my favorite granola there. Quick service as they have most of them ready to go. Tasty pizzas for quick bites and easy on bucks.

For the 3rd consecutive time I received cold rubbery pizza. At first I figured they probably just had an off day, the 2nd time I figured that since I didnt order ahead of time I received a pizza that was probably sitting there for a while (although it shouldnt since it should be in a heated cell, right?So ai decided to order ahead of time (thinking Id get a hot fresh pizza made for "my" order. Nope... I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, I came to pick it up 15 minutes with 5 minutes to spare. Turned out the pizza was already waiting. Took it home & it was just a little above room temperature... Clearly the employees at this location dont give a damn.

90% of the time, this place is excellent. The food is made well and people are nice. Theyre good at using the pizza portal (in case you dont like human interaction like myself). A few times I got food here I was sick afterwards, not horrible food poisoning, just a little sick. And other times Ive ordered an Extra Most Bestest and it was light on the cheese and pepperoni (its supposed to have more). Overall, I keep going back. Theyre fine. Called a few times and they never picked up, so thats kind of annoying, but they dont staff enough people.Its fine, you know? Its a little caesars, its clean. How much can you expect?

No working phone....I ordered a deep dish, took it home and it was only half cooked. Im exhausted as Ive been running around all day and just wanted to enjoy my pizza, but instead , I have half cooked dough and they have no current working phone number. Just really absurd and unprofessional. Their management doesnt seem to care.

I always pick up whatevers ready. They usually always have pep and sausage ready. Just watch out for the lady that cuts in line. Shell steal your pizza. Dudes are cool that work there.

placed an order for 3 pizzas the woman who answered the phone couldn’t get my order right even after I repeated back 3 times. she then transferred me to another girl who took my order and told me to pick it up in 20 mins. When arriving at the store to pick up my order, was told that they did not have an order under my name. apparently no one entered my Order on the computer and my order was never made. The person at the register did not even have the courtesy to offer to make the order. This has been an aweful experience and I do not recommend this location.

As bad an experience as I could imagine. Waited at least 45 min for my pizza and bread sticks. They initially gave away my bread sticks, and only made new ones after I asked about my order 30 min in.

THE WORST service i ever had!!! They messed up my pizza twice, trying to give me the pizza w/o topping i ordered! OPS, but After 40 min waiting, they offered my money back!Make sure you open your box before you leave. I will never go there again!! THE WORST CUST SERVICE EVER!

My girlfriend laughed in my face when I told her to place an online order since we were still 40 min away from home but wanted to grab pizza for the family on the way in. "You just walk in, its hot n ready" were her words...We got our receipt at 4:22, got to the store at 5, and I didnt leave the place w/ my order until after 5:30. Not a sorry for waiting or anything, just dropped the pizza on the counter and said "there you go".I dont know if their online systems or employees were to blame, but its some of the worst customer service my girlfriend and I have had in a long time, and I work in retail and NEVER leave reviews like this.Not a good look when actual Restaurants around the area can deliver Pizza quicker than walking into a Little Ceasers. RIP.

The pizza is good for the price. My favorite is the Ultimate Supreme. The wings arent bad either. I do love using the Pizza Portal and HIGHLY recommend using it. I dont know why more people dont use it because I run in the store, grab my order and run out. It certainly would cut down on all the whining about the service Im reading about on here.

The person I dealt with was beyond pleasant ..... but the pizza was not cooked . How is it that all the pizzas have the same cooking time? The more ingredients you add would require more time for cooking . Oh well, that’s why the pizzas are 7$ right?

Werent prepared for dinner rush. Been waiting for almost 30 minutes for a cheese pizza.... Was told ten minutes.Apparently, down to one oven.... That needs to be made known to the customers. I would have gone somewhere else.

The food is fine, but I would go to another location. The pizza has NEVER been "hot and ready" when I have gone here. Its always a 20 min. wait. I would suggest just going to Dominos down the street (if you want "fast" pizza), same wait anyways, better pizza.

Guessing she was terminated.Now theres an older gentleman who actually knows what hes doing.Theres food ready now, and if not, its usually just a minute or two wait.NOW its a good place to get some quick lunch.***********************************************Like other reviews have said.Never have anything ready.And I know this since I go there for lunch.So i decided to call ahead for a simple order of crazy bread.Girl who took my call said 10 mins. Hung up. Didnt ask for name or anything.I wait the 10 mins and start heading over (2 min drive from my workand lo and behold..they didnt have the most simplest of orders ready.Told me it be 5 minutes...Walked out.The female manager ALWAYS seems annoyed/frustrated.Today she was mad about pizza boxes not being built. She slammed a large amount of unbuilt puzza boxes on the counter and yelled asking "WHY WERENT PUZZA BOXES BUILT YESTERDAY?!?!"The older gentleman that works there however is amazing and I have no gripes or issues with him. Probably the only good employee this place has.In short, seriously, stay the hell away. Not even the marinara sauce that cones with the breadsticks tastes good.

I stayed away from this particular Litte Caesars because they never had anything ready and it would take so long to have them make your pizzas but they are on my way home from work so I thought after months maybe they may have improved after so many poor reviews. Unfortunately I was wrong. When I went in tonight at 5:30, the employee behind the register was having to explain to the customer in the front of line why they didn’t have his order ready after he had called ahead, the next lady in line said she had called ahead too, and then he looked at me and rudely blurted out to me they would no longer be taking orders for the night. I ended up driving to The Lake Zurich Little Ceasors. Out of my way yes, but a completely different experience from this poorly managed one in Palatine!!!!

I go there for family pizza night most weeks. The deep dish is above average, and only costs $8. A great deal.

I called ahead with my order and they had it ready in the 15 minutes they had quoted. I do agree with the other reviews about not having extra pizzas ready just to pick up without a heads up. I wanted to order cinnamon rolls , but it would take 7 minutes , so I did not wait. The person infront of me pretty much had to get what they had available. They only had about one or 2 things of each item, if that. Normally, the other little Caesars I go to, have about 6 or 8 of each item.

More like Slow & Not Ready!! Worst little caesars ever!!! Every time I go in you need to wait and it’s not 5 minutes it’s more like a 15 minute wait.. I thought it’s hot n ready?! Even when you order over the phone you are still going to wait to get your pizza and even then they will mess up the order some how.. I’ve gotten pizzas that weren’t cut, old burnt pizza, etc..

Managers NEED to TRAIN teenage employees about common courtesy & correct communication, even though IT WAS PARENTS LACK OF DOING SO.Basic friendly gestures like SMILING & welcoming are simple starters. They can break off into more advanced interacting like being more present in the moment & answering questions During the order...

They are quick even though they are so very obviously understaffed. I feel bad for the employees, they do their best and I can guarantee if this place had better staffing, it would have better ratings. The employees there now are amazing, especially considering what I personally have seen them go through. If you are not going to hire more people, these workers AT THE VERY LEAST deserve a raise

Waited 26 minutes for a cheese pizza, two garlic butter sauces, and a crazy combo.Staff had no sense of urgency and did not strive for quality and efficiency of product.I typically have a lot of patience, because I am a food service employee myself, but I was getting quite frustrated.Little Caesars is my favorite pizza and Im disappointed in this location.Two stars only because point of service was polite.

So we went to the mall we called them and we ordered pizza. We came back and they said the pizza expired we were there for 20 min and we came here and we had to wait. They said that it expires in 30min it only took us 20!

Walked in to get a Hot-&-Ready deal...1st she range me up for the wrong food, then they tell me id have to wait 10-15 min for the meal... no exactly hot & ready. On top of all that I could barely understand the mumbling the teenage employee when she spoke

I love little Caesars but I have never had such terrible service in my life. I needed 3 separate orders and they looked at me like I was crazy. It took 15 minutes just for me to be able to pay...terrible.
