Little River Trail in Huntington County

A short trail ideal for kids and people who aren’t used to a lot of hiking. It follows the huntington river with a small stream of water. Good to walk across the pathway and you can find a school and a house of the 18th century features the historic forks of wabash where huntington began back in the late 1700s. This stretch of the trail offers beautiful scenery encompassed with a bit of history.

Nice paved walk..Lots of eye candy along the way. Lots of sitting areas and off shoots to the river.

Very nice walk and the path was plowed, was a bit icy in places but not terrible. Lots of geese on the river today!
