As a new patient, I was able to get scheduled for an appointment quickly. I ended up needing a follow up visit and was able to schedule the same week as my initial visit. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. Cathie was an excellent hygienist and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Dr. Casson was very thorough when explaining things and answering my questions. Brittany was very helpful when answering questions I had about my insurance. I highly recommend Littleton Family Dental!

The best Dentists in all the land. I have had many Dentists and a lot out of Colorado also. I am so happy to have found Dr Carson she knows her stuff and her and her staff make it the most comfortable environment for you. My whole family enjoys having there teeth cared for here. They are so good that I am now straighting my teeth a idea I would never thought of with other dental offices.

Came here today for the first time, and was so pleasantly surprised!To understand this review, you should know I take horrible care of my teeth. I’m just not proactive and I feel like I’m still in high school and need someone to make me go. The dentist and hygienist here had zero judgement though, and were so nice when checking me out and letting me know what I need to do. They were knowledgeable and efficient, and the services are fairly priced. I also didn’t feel nickel and dimed at all.Aside from doing a good job and feeling fairly priced, the attitudes of everyone that work here is what set them apart. The receptionist was SO welcoming and sweet, the woman who took my x-rays made great conversation, the hygienist was thorough, gentle, and friendly, and the dentist was really upbeat. Everyone here was amazing!I can’t say I’m necessarily looking forward to coming back, but I can say if you have to go to the dentist, this is the place to go!

Was able to set appointments for a family of 3 which makes everything easier. We were greeted and cared for by the most welcoming staff who also answered every tiny question we had. 10/10 recommend for any member of the family.

I didnt realize how bad my old dentist was until I came here! I will probably never enjoy going to the dentist, but Cathie made my dental cleaning very pleasant. She had a solution for every concern (did you know you can have topical numbing applied before your cleaning if you are worried about pain?!and she was extremely gentle and thorough. Dr. Carson was very professional and kind as well. I had to come back to have some dental work done, which is never fun. Helga did a fantastic job. I am still not excited to go back to the dentist, but Im not dreading it so hooray!

I’m a new patient and had a great first experience. The ultrasonic cleaning was great! I did not realize my prior dentist was still so in the dark ages. The future is here!

Yesterday a Clinical Educator (Cathycame into the office from out of town. She had a loose tooth that was causing her pain. So I called Dr Cassons office for an appointment. Dr Casson was able to see her and took care of her tooth, that day. When Cathy came back to the office she said she was very pleased with the care received and stated the office staff was very friendly and helpful. She thanked me so much for sending her to see Dr Casson! Thank you all for the good care you gave to our Clinical Educator.

I’ve been coming here for the last year and have been very happy with the service. They are helping me get my gum disease under control without needing to have any gun surgery. I appreciate their focus on preventative care. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I highly recommend Littleton Family Dental! All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. They were able to quickly accommodate my busy schedule. Staff did a great job explaining and answering all of my questions.

Be warned- not one of my EOBs match what this dental office billed me. Their response is " I just cant go over each EOB with you, I just cant." So apparently they are unwilling to help you work it out. I received such a rude e-mail from the front desk person and of course she didnt respond when I questioned which dates the balances were for... This place is all about the added fees. Even when I said no to Fluoride due to the cost (30+they told me my insurance covered it!!!! Thank goodness I knew better! Especially if your family is like ours and has been hit hard with covid and needing to pinch every penny you can. This could also have been the dental hygienist not being trained, which is interesting in its self. I dont think I have ever seen the same dental hygienist more than once. I go every 6 months and WAS a patient since 2016. Not only do they have issues with keeping customers but also employees. Its very unfortunate I do love the Doctor but the team she has surrounded her self with is... not nice, not respectful, not honest... more bad than good. I always wondered about some of the comments I heard about the front desk personnel and now I have a full understanding- she will hang up on you, transfer you mid sentence, she is just rude. It just seems like the second I stated I have never dealt with these kind of charges with my previous dentist the interaction became rude and negative. I was simply being honest and communicating that to them, they choose to take that personal.Again- its a shame!

I’ve always had wonderful service. I’ve had several dental procedures and Dr. Casson has performed them with minimum pain and much success! I recently had 4 crowns in the front and it was completed with great care by her and her assistant. I highly recommend Littleton Family Dentist for any dental needs!

I had a crown pop off last night and even tho the schedule was very full, they fit me in to get the crown replaced.The staff is so very welcoming and Dr Casson is very personable and compassionate. If you want a Dentist you like to visit, see this one.

My experience at Littleton Family dental was excellent from the moment I walked in the door. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would Highly recommend Dr. Casson and her team to my friends and family.

Dr Cason was always very nice and professional. However, be aware of your account and how much you get billed. If you have insurance, make sure the claims are processed in a timely manner and submitted properly. Her front desk receptionist and bookkeeper need some training on the process of how to properly bill insurance. Don’t let them get away with charging you out of pocket for a procedure when insurance should pay for it or a portion of it.

To say that I am terrified of dentists would be to short-sell the word ‘terrified’. I have finally found a dentist I am willing to go with regularity.It started with simple cleanings, which themselves caused me anxiety. It went FANTASTIC! (Thank you, Joelle!). Then, a small cavity was discovered, my very first in almost 58 years. More anxiety popped up. Dr. Casson and the hygienist Helga were again, FANTASTIC!Then, the kicker… I cracked a tooth laterally in half. It had to be removed and an implant screw put in place. Anxiety turned to straight up fear. After a month of dealing with pain, I finally acquiesced to have it fixed. My imagination went wild feeding me all sorts of fear-based nonsense. I finally made the appointment for an extraction and post implant.I feel silly saying how scared I was as the actual 90 minute procedure was WAY Less painful than what I dealt with for 60 minutes after EVERY meal for the previous month.This is by far the most organized, professional, and compassionate group of medical professionals I’ve ever dealt with.If you don’t have the same level of fear and anxiety as I used to have, just image how much easier this will be for you.Go see Dr. Casson and staff. They are what every dental practice should strive to be.

I have tried many dentists and this office is the best by a landslide. The front desk staff are super friendly. The dental staff explain everything in detail and are very kind. I am relieved to finally find a great dentist.

I have been go to Littleton Family Dental and Dr. Casson since I was a kid. So I have been through stages of life with her as my dentist. As a kid I was never nervous going to the dentist because it felt warm, welcoming, and kind. I always felt safe in the chair with any of the staff. As I teenager needing advice to get braces they guided me and my family through the process. As a College student, living away from home and not having a consistent schedule, they worked with me to make sure that my dental care was still there while I started to live in the world. Now as a adult I understand even more so then ever the level of care you receive is unmatched. Yearly check ups, root canals, crowns, basic brushing advice, all aspects of dental care is thoroughly discussed to the individual. I will also say that the staff at Littleton Family Dental match the care and hard work that Dr. Casson has the whole time I have been a patient. From navigating insurance, payment, schedule flexibility, follow up care is done so well. The team is full of superstars.I would highly recommend any one to Dr. Casson and her staff for any dental advice and needs. Dr Johnson did a great job on my root canal, very easy procedure and assistant was great too. However, the rude receptionist is another thing. Changed my views of the business and the office based on her attitude and lack of patience. If you can get past her, then you’ll have a nice experience. However, being that you’ll have to interact/go through her to make appts and answer questions, make sure it worth your time and frustration, because she will frustrate you and she has a very entitled personality and attitude. Will be getting my crown done elsewhere due to this reason.Good luck!
