Wort place to buy parts in USA!!! I bought a trans and they sold me one the was bad and I had to eat all the money I paid to a mechanic. Lost 1000 dollars to use this company. I do not recommend them at all

As others have said, very poor customer service. 15 min hold time on the phone with nothing more than a "gimme a sec" or "can you hold" and click as youre put on hold. Then transferred, and put on hold again.Then when someone finally answers, theyre growling and moaning because i was asking if they can transfer a part from another LKQ.Their answers are short and rude. Their transfer freight is 3x more expensive than other salvage yards. I think it was because he wanted me to buy the high mileage part at his yard.You should consider LAWCO Landress auto wrecking for your salvage part needs.

LKQ continually fails to provide customer service. 30 min wait time on the phone, disgruntled and unfriendly employees, plus “no idea if the part is still on the truck” conversations.Please provide better online access with images. Please hire and train capable company representatives or offer your employees compensation that might encourage a smile. Until one or more of these changes are made, DO NOT BUY from LKQ.

I broke down,out of town. I ordered the parts necessary on tuesday. I was told parts would be in my hands on Thursday, (parts were being shipped about an 8 hour drive).I paid and waited. On Thursday I called to confirm delivery and was told they hadnt even shipped the parts yet, they also couldnt tell me when they would be shipped. Oh and to top it off I was the bad guy for being upset. I dealt with tori who was the rudest customer service agent ever. She couldve cared less.I said overnight me the parts and well be ok, she replied Ill just refund your money. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor, in fact she denied having a supervisor. I finally got ahold oh Michael and he was even worse. This company is terrible....BEWARE!!!!!
