I would like to recommend Lochmandy Ford in Knox, In for your new/ or used vehicle purchase and maintenance needs!!First, I would recommend the salesman, Kyle at this konx, in, dealership location was a really laid back, no nonsense type of salesman. He took the extra time and initiative to help me find a newer truck and get me all the discounts and set up a payment plan that worked within my budget. No pressure to buy gimmicks. I also appreciated that he also made sure if he was off to inform other salesman that I may have questions or help and they also helped look and research my vehicles. Next, while negotiating he and the owner were open listening to different trades or other options. If you dont ask you wont know. Lastly, Kyle was a straight shooter with me. If he did not know an answer, he went and found the answer. He didnt try to make up stuff. He did not make promises he couldnt keep and we put everything on paper and so far everything has been good. So kudos to the whole sales staff.Next, appreciate the owner Cole and how he gave me a really good trade in discount on my old vehicle that was needing work. He also helped me take care of the payoff left on my old vehicle with my trade in value with a little left to put towards a newer vehicle.And finally, I would like to send a shout out to their maintenance and parts team. Tonya, Nick, Craig, Tommy and the other mechanics. I have used them many times to fix my vehicles in the past and currently. They have always been honest with prices, no hidden costs or surprise stuff. They do there best to get u on a busy schedule and give discounts if possible on the work too if they cant get you in within a reasonable time. They always have performed quality work, and for me. I really appreciate that I can count on their service keep my vehicles running.They treat you like family and take care of their customer base. I will keep buying vehicles here. My husband paid for the protection shield and we didnt know our new car was being sent out for this service, whoever did this service scratched the plastic terrible around the windows on both sides.. we brought this to service manager attention few months ago and still no resolution after spend hundreds for this service.For sales recommend for service department or the protection shield NO.Looking to find corporate office next.Our salesperson was Kyle and he was training a newer salesman Frank and both were kind, knowledgeable offering great customer service.We have been looking four months now for a new car for my husband and between lack of inventory and high price gouging in larger cities we had such terrible experiences locating the right place to do business with.I seen a vehicle that was a intrest of something we wanted to test drive, set up an appointment, applied for financing and they gave us a fair trade in allowance for our trade in.Unfortunately we had a unforeseen circumstance come up with our trade but they were understanding and made a fair agreement that allowed us to move forward in the purchase.We will definitely give this dealership more business in any future needs and highly recommend Lochmandy Ford of Knox for great pricing and customer satisfaction.Only thing I can recommend Lochmandy Ford needs marketing pens and Keychains for their new customers ;)We are blessed to give local business as knox residents, and my husband is loving his new Bronco sport.Thank you,The Maddox family.

If I could give them negative stars I would. VERY VERY disappointed in how they handle warranty claims and especially when the purchaser of the car is 19, they think they push the customer around. They made the owner of the car which IS under warranty pay $180 to have the card towed to their Knox dealership because that is the only facility with the certified technician to work on her car and the Elkhart dealerships trailer lights were out so they could not tow it for her. Well Elkhart customer service is very wrong; they should have arranged the tow because hello the car is under warranty. Then three weeks after the towing of the car they still have not given the owner a loaner car. Now who all purchases a new car but would not need a loaner if its broke down due to transmission issues? A 19-year-old is not purchasing a new car just to have it sit in a drive way it’s to get them from point A to point B and not just 19 year old just about anyone purchasing a car. But good old Elkhart customer service cannot figure that out. They want to say a 19-year-old cannot sign for a loaner due to their age but they sold a new car to this 19 year old with no problem. Do you think they could put their customer service hat on and say you can have someone over 19 sign for you or hey you already have a car rental so keep it and we will reimburse you. No Elkhart customer service is not that clever. Again, to say the least, I am very very very disappointed in Lochmandy Motors of Elkhart IN.

I just had to take this opportunity to rate this dealership and their salesman Kyle Sanders. I highly recommend asking for him personally when you arrive. I am one of those shoppers who research every major buy before I purchase. Ive bought well over 15 autos in my lifetime and have seen different salesman from the worst to the more trustworthy. Let me tell you from the very first moment I spoke to the salesman over the phone… I had a good feeling about working with him. I am somewhat difficult to work with due to the fact that I research before buying and Im always looking for the best deal. I want the best for my hard earned dollar. My visit consisted of me coming in knowing what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Kyle was awesomely-professional and after we ran the numbers I was pleased. He didnt play the car salesman game of leaving me in the office. I wasnt in there alone for over 5 minutes as he spoke with the finance guy. (That says a lot about their finance guy as he was great to work with also. He had all of my paperwork ready when I returned for my pickup visit. He was so thorough and professional!)Once Kyle came back to me with numbers, we discussed the numbers, then I left. When the auto came in (Beautiful Black 2021 Mustang Mach-eKyle called to inform me it arrived. The first thought I had was, "Perfect, now I hope the numbers dont change when I get there." (Remember Ive dealt with some of the worst dealers and was still a tiny bit skeptical). I went in to purchase and to my surprise the the numbers didnt change. The friendliness, professionalism and being greeted by three other members of their team (all very friendlymade for an awesome purchase and a great customer experience. I drove 1.5 hours to Knox, Indiana (...and it was well worth it!and now Kyle has a customer "FOR LIFE!"-Morris from Crete, Illinois

I want to thank the whole team at Lochmandy ford , Starting with Tonya service Parts manager, for getting me the best, top of the line aftermarket name brand , heavt duty 4x4 off road parts for my 2nd genny 1998 Dodge Ram2500 , and Craig the Service manager for calling me everyday with updates, and most of all Tom their Certified mechanic who went above and beyond repairing my truck with all new suspension , starting with ball joints tie-rod s, track bar , steering box, gearbox, steering shaft , bearings, front brakes, rear brake lines, alternator, starter, HVAC system including the AC unit with all new lines , front tires , calipers, brake pads, vacumn lines, Including all the diagnostics, And recommendations for all the repairs I had done, Not only were they polite, The General Manager Cole, also gave me a loaner truck when I brought it back for adjustments, and had to have additional repairs done, So Im very grateful and thankful so far, so good , the truck is riding Great, and they stood by their word and their parts warranty and services, You cant Compete with LochMandy Ford, Ill never take my vehicles anywhere else , ever again , because theyre services cant be beat , They were the most professional, polite , and understanding team I ever dealt with , and as a buisness owner Im very impressed, and satisfied with the great service they given me thus far.

Had to get my oil changed on my car and Jared was very respectful and helpful during my stay! He answered all of my questions and even showed me some of the cars on the lot. I will definitely be coming back to purchase my future vehicle through him!

Dave and I dealt with Ed Sienkowski recently when we purchased our 2019 Ford Escape. Both of our elderly mothers live close by and one of the requirements of our new vehicle was that they would be able to get in and out easily. Ed went above and beyond the call of duty by letting us take the vehicle overnight so we could let both of our moms try it out. It was perfect for them! We were very happy with the way we were treated and with Eds honest way of doing business.

Purchased a 2011 Ford explorer. Absolutely love this vehicle. Buying process was smooth and quick. Had a minor issue after purchase but my dealer and the service department fixed the issue quick and with spectacular customer service. They really care about what they sell you and it shows. If you are looking to buy, I would 100% recommend stopping here first.

We recently contacted Ed at Best Ford knowing that our trade-in may not be possible but we wanted to see what our options were. EDIT: Didn’t have a great experience with my sales person. He was nice during the sale, but when it came to following through with doing the things to the car that was agreed upon for me to purchase..he really fell through as far as communication and making sure things were done the way they were supposed to be. However, after hearing that I was upset with my bad experience, Dale in service stepped up and was really great about taking care of the issues I had. He made me feel much better about my experience and worked hard to repair my relationship with the business. I really appreciate what he and his guys in service did for me, and I will be back because of them for any service needs.
