I loved this place from day one the young man that works at the front desk was very friendly and when I called with any questions he was very helpful at all times this place is super clean and I would definitely rent a storage here again if I need to in the future they have great customer service I have told my family and friends this is the place if you need a storage

I have been in a very different situation. I rented a unit because I was relocating and it was very close to my new residence. Literally 2 minutes away. I needed help and was in a panic because the person I moved down to Utah to be with and I didn’t work out. I had a flight booked with 4 hours to get to the airport. The amazing staff helped me be able to also rent a spot for my car to be stored immediately and I don’t know if they are aware I would have had to leave my vehicle in an unsafe unsecured area with people I could not trust and didn’t know so that I could return to my home and family in Washington. At that moment they were kind caring understanding and a godsend to my situation and I was on the verge of tears and in tears during the whole thing. I have no words to express how much stress and panic they took away by being so wonderful. I am so very grateful for the support and understanding and help I have received renting a outside spot and a unit for my belongings. 4 states away from anyone I knew.And they saved me from having to miss my flight and being able to get home with my family and friends and my children. And it is a very safe secure facility with amazing people there to go above and beyond to help. I would recommend only using this company for the safe keeping and storage of basically my life and all my belongings.I would never go anywhere but here for storageThank you so muchJanean Lawrence

Ive been renting for about 6 months now. The place is so clean and I feel safe when I need to go grab something from my unit. Jackson and Rhonda are the best employees!!! They are always so friendly and willing to help!!! Couldnt ask for a better place to rent space. Plus their box truck has been so handy.

I was over at my unit the other day. The facility in Ogden, well anyway I could not get the door open on my unit. I asked the maintenance man to help me out with this. He was very nice and courteous to me and he got the door open. He said his name was Robert. Thank you very much.

Lock it up storage has been so convenient as we transition from moving to building a new house. The storage units have been a life saver keeping all our stuff safe and secure! Units are always clean and easy to access.

I have been super happy with this place. I think it is well managed and well kept. I’ve always felt safe here. They have the best access hours around. I also loved the free truck use when we moved in. Definitely helped me in a bind. The staff is always super friendly and as never hesitated to help me with anything I need. If you get the chance to deal with Rhonda, you’re lucky.

I just moved to Utah and had some very unexpected issues with my movers. I had one storage unit for some items at another facility, but was not impressed with the staff or the safety of facility. I found Lock- It- Up and they rented to me on a moments notice. Rhonda could tell I was at my ends and she was so nice and talked to me like a friend. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Great customer service and they aren not fake. I moved already stored items to Lock-It-UP and felt things would be safe. The units and grounds are clean, good gates and fencing with plenty of cameras. I rented a temperature controlled unit and in the building itself, they have 4 wheel carts to assist your loading and moving. I cant say enough and would suggest this storage facility to anyone. They also have a on-site moving truck for you to rent, no more trips to U-Haul!! Thank you Lock-It-Up, great job!!

We rented two 10 x 20 climate controlled storage units here and had a very good experience. We were in between homes and needed to store quite a bit. The units were clean, lighted, and very secure. We were there for nine months and didnt have any problems. The temperature was always pleasant inside, during the winter the snow was always plowed so we could get to our unit and everyone we dealt with at the front office was very professional. Id highly recommend this location!

I left an old dresser in my unit that I could not go back and remove myself, so they did it for me free of charge. Excellent staff and very good rates.

I have stored a boat, or some other such thing here for years. I have built a solid relationship with these people, and appreciate there solid attitude towards business. Very secure and great people. They are in my back yard (literallyand I could not imagine going anyplace else.

Great, safe and secure place. Its nice to know they have a person on site at all times. Its a little bit of a hassle to call or go in to pay the monthly bill. I wish they had an online payment system!

Thank you Lock it up Storage for taking care of my things!I had my things in a climate controlled unit for just shy of a year while I completed my move to the East coast. I was in and out dozens of times over the first 6 months as I sold off items I didnt want to take across the country. It was always secure and clean with no bugs and the air is well circulated. There was a leak in the roof in the hall area and I let them know. The next week when I came the leak had been repaired.Couldnt be happier! Thanks again!
