I purchased a holy communion dress for Rs.2500 last week. Due to some personal reasons we had to postpone the function. Requested the shop for exchange. The dress had the price tag and everything intact. We had called the very next day and asked for dress exchange. They refused exchange and was very rude. For the past ten years for all religious functions our family purchased from this shop. Now they have lost a valuable customer. Very poor customer service. Totally disappointed.

Ive been shopping at London stores for almost 25 years for my kids and now my grand children and Im always happy with the quality and designs at the store.

The clothes are very good. The prices are little bit higher compare to other stores. But the designs here are pretty.

I guess this is one of the trusted stores to buy cloths and all kind of garments appropriate to the respective occasions.. I have been here to buy outfits for my baby boys baptism and I have got everything inside the shop that I didnt have to go anywhere else.. I came to Purasaivakkam to buy from Boston but nothing was good compared to what I got in London Stores.. I recommend everyone to go try here before going to any other shops. Dont ever go on Friday between 11:30am to 12:00pmWe dont know about this I went to buy veil for my wedding.But they didnt showed after my friend beg them then they allowedMy friend left her mobile in shop while watching my veil.We both came out and had juice then only she remind her mobile kept in that shop we went there but they simply saying come after 2:00pm.What a peoples they..We never ever go to that shopFirst try to respect the customers

Nice store for and holy communion dresses, I purchased a baptism dress for my 8 month old baby boy it was really lovely. In Chennai there are very less stores selling this kind of dresses and Im sure this shop is really really best.

This store has good collection of Ethnic wear for girls and boys and also bridal gowns and stuff like tiara, gloves, veils at reasonable prices. They also have baby products like diapers, toothpaste, brush, shoes, toys etc. And inners for kids and moms. The staffs are friendly and very patient.
