Great campground, cant wait to return
Clean and amazing!
So peaceful and pretty.
Nice Campground. Great boat ramp. Great area of the lake
The views are beautiful and the sites are nice and accommodating for most people. They dont have huge options for tent campers but they had a few spots that were usable. The showers are extremely far away from camp so if you intend to camp in tents and utilize them its a car drive away or an insanely long walk. The showers are not only far but very much in need of an update. The only good thing is the water pressure. The womens side wall is opening and falling apart, there is no light on that side so showering at night makes it really hard to see when exiting unless you bring a light with you and both the men and womens doors dont shut so anyone can walk up to you while you are naked. The curtains also dont fit the stalls so you arent covered there either. The visit was nice but the beach had huge boulders to walk around and through and no sand like most camping places do. All in all wasnt the worst place to camp but had some issues.
Great location to launch the boat!
It was really a beautiful place, peaceful , and very restful. Come and see for yourself!
We love COE parks and this did not disappoint. We stayed on a waterfront pull through site and although we had some pretty strong winds, our direction on the site had them hitting straight on the front so we barely felt them. The nicest bathrooms are at the top of the hill. There is a second loop way up on the top of the hill. If you dont care about summer water views, this entire loop is freshly redone with all new roads and sites. Just be aware that the sites while nice are very narrow. They all have lots of patio space but your stairs may land you off the site pad and that may create a bit of a step down. All in all we loved this park. We camped in a 24 class c with a Jeep toad in April.
Some turns are a little tight for a long rig.
Beautiful campground but the facilities could use some updating.
Beautiful area, great swimming! It was so peaceful here yesterday!
Beautiful place to camp on beaver lake.
Beautiful and serene place to camp.
Very peaceful! Just what I needed.
Pest problems...my son and my dog got swarmed by yellow jackets the first day. Second day we were swarmed by bees. Couldnt sit at the table because of the bees flying around.
All tent sites unlevel unless you put your tent on the driveway concrete. Tent area is a declining slope. No privacy or secluded sites. Rv sites much nicer but crowded. Bathroom has no flush portapotty type commode no sink, water pump outside no soap though. No hooks to hang purse in stall hot and full of spiders. Id rather go in the woods but there is no privacy for that. When we arrived to check in at 4 the booth was closed no employees to be found. Glad we only reserved one night here would of wanted a refund if we were staying our whole trip here. Small beach area and rocky no sand.
Great place to visit! Clean facilities and beautiful scenery.
The guy at the gate was very unprofessional I pulled up to the gate he was outside his building and then just ignored me and walked into his building so I figured it must just be for campers or boaters so I kept driving and then he yelled at me so I backed up and proceeded to tell me that I was ignoring him so obviously I argued with him and then he just told me to leave wouldn’t even take the $5. If he would have just said $5 when I first pulled up there wouldn’t be a problem. Also it was questionable if he was even a federal employee his button up shirt and hair from the 80’s gave me no hints
The hiking trail was so over grown it was not enjoyable. When you have to pay to get into the park you would expect better maintenance. We won’t be back.
Very nice park. Swim beach, showers, very clean. Nice trail
Nice campsites but bathrooms are not clean and no sewer hookups
The hiking trail is interesting and scenic! Good little swimming area.
The bathrooms were disgusting. Never saw the park attended clean the bathrooms. I dont understand why someone would not clean in this time of a world pandemicWill never go back to that park.
Big spaces and the camp hosts were extremely helpful.
Its frustrating driving almost an hour to the park just to get turned away because of capacity. I understand this is an issue right now, but you should post on social media or answer the phone so people dont waste their time.
Pretty place to camp. Geared more for RV camping. Bathrooms need alot of attention.
Beaver lake trail loop was difficult but fun. Should have picked a better day though. Hiking in the humid air is not as fun as you might think. Well marked and some beautiful views of the lake.
Nice views. Shaded camping. Nice Beach access. Horrible bathrooms and showers.
Love this park! Family friendly, quiet, and beautiful!
Beautiful area. Lots of camping and picnic sites and easy access to Beaver Lake
Back of trail could be marked a bit better. Navigating the park is a bit crazy, maps should be offered. Marina needs to have more supplies. Beautiful place though. Surrounded by trees and a stunning blue lake. Enjoyed our time
Great campsites and very clean with easy boat access!
The people there were very nice boats are in good shape and had a marvelous time
While its nice to be out camping, if you own a travel trailer or 5th wheel you really want at least water and electricity. Here all your getting is very old power boxes and breakers and nothing more. You can at least stretch about 100 feet of hose to your trailer with shared water to fill your hold.
It was so crowded, they almost didnt let us come in and park. They need to make more parking. Its inadequate for the size of lake and how few parks there are.
We loved camping here! Friendly park staff, clean restrooms and so much to do in nature... We will definitely be back 🤗
Good spot since the place was filled and the other area under water
Beautiful campground, great views of the lake, clean and level sites.
Just arrived on a Monday evening.Virtually have the place to ourselves. No attendant on duty. Photo is from trailer door campsite #7.
Cool place to jump in the water
Nice campground with pretty views. Showers need serious renovations though.
Our first time at Lost Bridge North. Wonderful camping experience. Shirley the park attendant was over the top helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and answered all of our questions with a smile on her face. Sites were level clean and well maintained. We will definitely make a return trip.
Clean, friendly, water is clean, big camping spaces with many right up to th
Its a long hike to the showers for one thing. Its very crowded in that campsite are close together.
This is a beautiful lake park! The Army Corps of Engineers maintains this campground and it has the best LAKESIDE camping spots.
A corner of Beaver Lake that has good opportunities to hike, swim, boat, fish, and more.
The area was nice, beautiful views. I was a little disappointed in the staff, I tried to flag them down and they just waived and kept driving...
Great secluded camping site. Perfect for a large group. The very top of the hill.
Beautiful place to camp, great swimming area for the kids and close to boat docks!
Bought a pass for the day use area for our family (including our dogonly to find out there is a no pets policy in place. Since when did we start to restrict pets from the outdoors? The policy allows pets at a camp site but not the day use area? Spent the day sitting at the car with the dog because thats as close to the day area that we could get. We wont be returning to Lost Bridge at all.
