It was a very difficult day in Oct 2020, being out of state and finding out my Uncle Paul had passed away. This funeral home went above & beyond to help me long distance. Cremation was done within a few days and the remains were sent off to a family member, along with my Uncles personal belongings. I was very thankful to Louis for his kindness and professionalism during this trying time. We were able to lay my Uncle to rest this past month in Shenandoah. The kindness of others makes these trying times a little easier! Thank you!

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge that this was the loveliest transition of life service. My grandmother looked beautiful. Their availability on the day she passed (considering the distance and the time of daywas just amazing. they took so much of the burden of worry and the unknown off of our shoulders by professionally handling and explaining the steps along the way...Thank you for that.The doves were a perfect symbolic representation of crossing over from this life to the sweet hereafter. A perfect ending to a long, blessed life.Bravo!

Extremely expensive. Went to the cemetery to bury my aunt and the first thing that was said to my uncle was "Do you have the check?" Afterwards we had to check our bill from him to make sure that was paid and it was. Were they trying to swindle my uncle out of the very little insurance money left?I wouldnt take my dog to this business
