Called twice. Once to Tom the electrician and then Teal in the office. Emailed equipment faceplates for emergency a/c service and extensive sophisticated Weil-McLain high-eff WM-97 Boiler and on-demand Companion Water Heater. Boiler I could wait. 2nd heatwave and havent heard from them in almost a month. What if this is winter? Called factory and they are not authorized as they claim they are on Weil-McLain website. Not even a call to say we can never come, were sorry. Avoid entirely.

Recommend that you call in advance as they are very busy. Their work was very good.

I needed extensive electrical work done, wires that were damaged from plumbing issues, that had to be replaced and one by one I was losing power from most of my outlets! Also needed additional circuits and a new outlet as I work from home! They did a great job! The price was what I expected as the work was extensive but always worth it when you have honest people doing an honest job! I won’t hesitate to call them again for any future work! You need honest professionals that know what they are doing! I highly recommend Lou’s Electric!! Price was fair and worth what had to be done!

Excellent service! They know their business. Ive lost thousands of dollars trying to repair my boiler. Eventually we contacted Lous Electric and they resolved the issues and we have heat!!! The boiler is functioning so good that we are burning up!!! Tha ms Lous!!!

Several items were added to my bill that should not have been. The owner claimed that something was stolen from my property after he gave me a quote, which it was not, I was charged for a damaged part before he discussed it with me, and some of the work I hired them for was never completed. The work was fine, and the electricians who came by to work were great, but my experience with the company was poor. After waiting for the incomplete work to be finished for over a month, they tacked on finance charges! They were completely inflexible about resolving any problem. The whole experience was uncomfortable and difficult. Their unwillingness to address my concerns and the sheer number of issues that came up are not reflective of a company I would feel comfortable recommending. I had so many problems, Id like to write a longer review like I have on other sites, but Im limited to just this space. Overall, my experience with Lous Electric of Amsterdam was extremely poor.
