They understand the importance of "curbside pick up" to those of us that cant get around inside the store. And they are well stocked and fast to bring items out to your vehicle. My go to store !

Seaford Lowe’s delivery service is utterly incompetent. Been waiting a week. I took day off for first promised day, they didn’t show, they didn’t call. Waited four days for next promised date, they showed, damaged. Now we’re told we have to wait another day.

This store needs to step up big time. I own a bussiness and spend alot of money here. The last couple times I have came, including today I cant get any help. I have the most problems in the wire cutting area. I wander around and look for help and get associates to call for assistance in wire cutting and no one shows up. I waited over an hour this morning having people page wire cutting over and over and nothing. So now I had to drive all the way to Easton just to get wire. Freaking ridiculous!! I understand that it might not be staffed at the time, but someone should cover the area. They have employees standing around all over, but not one would help. Not to mention you have been out of stock of alot of items in electrical. Please try to staff better, and maybe talk to the associates in other areas about helping out. They are very dismissive if I ask for assistance. Not all. I remember a time when I would come to lowes and everyone would ask if I needed help.

As always hard to find someone to help on the section,however I was able to find someone to help. Found what I needed, but equipment was out of commission so I was referred to a nearby Lowes

Its a decent location. Lots of staff, and decent selection... itsclike every other Lowes...

Clean, helpful staff,checkout waa easy and cashier was knowledgeable.

When you can ACTUALLY find someone, they’re a very helpful and nice staff.

great place, vet discount, and it ISNT HD!! People are nice, some will mark stuff down while you are talking to them! Always a joy to spend money which will show the results.Plumbing guy is helpful but if you do not ask he doesnt engage further. And of you do not know what you are doing how would you know what to ask. Watch some YouTube videos before you go to at least have a clue.One cashier and myself were the only ones wearing masks. All that shows is most will do what theyre told. Wear a mask dont wear a mask. Those who know wear one and dont have to be told to or not to.

I normally dont have a problem with Lowes. But, when using their website to order something I called them on the way explaining I had no Credit card to reserve the Riding lawnmower that I really wanted. I was travelling from Seafood, DE to Camden, De about 40 minute drive and explained my situation. He advised me they couldnt hold. I understand there are rules, but the young man sounded like he was in a hurry to to help. At first he didnt want to you could tell in his voice. He, then, says hold on let me sign in another computer. I guess I just felt like venting over on how much that nobody goes beyond theCall of Duty anymore. I turned around and went home without the lawnmower.

Well needed a few things for a project at the house and they had them in stock sometimes they dont but I definitely like lowes

Absolutely no one available to assist or ask questions. Another woman had waited 20 minutes in the flooring area and was still waiting at least 10 more minutes after going to another area to find someone. We just gave up and will get flooring elsewhere. We did but something else, but there was only one checker. An elderly woman came behind us saying she had carried 3 large plants halfway through the store because there was no one in that area. Im not a fan of Lowes. We came to this store because the one in in Pocomoke City has such terrible customer service. Uuugh!!

Wow. Was able to get a value size soap here for my dishes. Well worth the trip. Short lines, easy check out process. Store clean and organized well.

Lowes has what you need. Sometimes hard to find a helpful associate though in my local store.

Very few items from online or actually in stock at the store, and if you order online to pick up in the store, it takes forever, literally 30 minutes to pick up a plunger.

I cannot get anyone to answer the phone in the Seaford Lowes. It rang at least 30 times without an answer. I purchased a new washing machine on 2/18/22, and 5 months later it needs a new motor. I have been without a washer for almost a month with no resolution in sight. The part is backordered, and I still dont have a washer. I will never buy any appliances from Lowes again. Theyll sell them to you but then youre on your own. The most frustrating part is no one at Lowes cares.

So... This is a typical Lowes store... That being said Im writing this review on the lady that works there named Brenda who helped me out when my Lowes card couldnt be read because obviously I need to get a new one. She went above and beyond to make my transaction go through. Thanks Brenda!

I never realized certain items are cheaper here at Lowes instead of other stores

This Lowes certainly has everything that my husband and I were looking for. We remodeled our entire landscaping with a really good deal. The staff is also pretty helpful and always kind when we go.

Purchased some discounted flower plants. They needed a little TLC but they are doing great.

Was very busy and they only have self check open for 20 customer sad Im not waiting in that line left my cart in aile and left

Lowes - Seaford is a great place to visit. Dont know if its the pandemic or not but there are shortages on a few stock items. Simply ask when replacements are expected! (Disclosure: Former employee, retired.3/1

Terrible, went in to get a single 9/16 6pt deep socket, and the stock drawers were so messed up there was no way to tell if there was any there, nothing was in the proper places in the spots in the drawers, sae,metric, impact, they were all messed up and after I stood there looking there still wasnt any there, at least after I searched for 25 mins just searched through more mess. Really sad, seems like no associate has touched or maybe even stocking it by just throwing them in there anywhere !!! I buy it from somewhere else !

The Lowes in Seaford has an employee that worked in appliances today. The service was very poor. Waited for someone to come back to desk. Then waited for him to get it. Then after he said go to pickup he would be right out. Waited and waited. Had to get another employee to call him. I always go to Camden Lowes but the item I wanted was in Seaford. Next time I will wait for Camden to get it. The trip to Seaford was unbelievable. I will never go there again. Camden Lowes is a 10 star in my eyes.

We are frequent Lowes shoppers.We have spent thousands in the store.We built a brand new 1500 Sq ft deck when we moved in our home in 2014 and the deck is completely rotted through.We have to remove and replace the whole entire deck.The staff doesnt care.When asked who do we contact they blew us off.Why would you treat customers like that

Tried to find out product avalibility. I was hung up on 7 times. I did get through to customer service once only to be transfered to outdoor power equipment and you guessed it hung up on again. SEAFORD LOWES get you act together!!!

Ive been in this store about eight times over the past two months, and Im pretty disappointed by how much lack of products are available. People seem to have a lack of customer service in general as well, get so tired of having to chase down an employee that refuses to even look you in the eye, let alone offer to try to help you.

Employees are easy to find & helpful. The customer service line can sometimes be a very long wait, as well as needing anything from a top shelf, but I don’t think this is the fault of the employees on the floor. Definitely prefer this Lowe’s over others

Well between the delivery coordinator and customer service running me around in circles, this was a crazy bad experience. Took me an hour from when one said they could add something to when the other said they couldn’t. Then when they would transfer me back no one would answer or I would just be immediately hung up on. 👎👎👎

We came in contact with the best staff today!!!! The cashier was great, helpful and friendly and the 2 guys that helped us get the insulation off the top shelf were so friendly and helpful! So great to have a good experience there!

If only I could submit ZERO STARS.Yet again we gave you an opportunity to redeem yourselves from last summers fiasco. AND you screwed us. Never again! Not the delivery drivers fault. Its yours. If anyone reading this needs appliances, DO NOT order/purchase them from Lowes in Seaford. They CAN NOT deliver an ENTIRE order as promised. Big Money for a homeowner. But to their store staff, they could care less when you look for a workable solution rather than getting a refund. Straight up garbage TWO YEARS in a row. Cant blame Covid for this one. Simply put: Your Service is TRASH!

Placed an online order. Received notification that it was received and being processes. Since the website said several were available at the Seaford location, my wife and I decided to drive 30 minutes to Seaford, get some lunch and do other shopping. While in Seaford, I received an email that my order had been canceled, as the item was out of stock. That is annoying. They need to work on their inventory system. The website should be connected to the stores computer, to avoid incidents of this nature.

Poor plant care everywhere. Poor cleanliness in outside garden area. No employees helping customers. Flagrant safety breeches in lumber/construction area. No excuse.

The 2 young men in the garden center was very helpful & courteous...They loaded a pallet of mulch for me. Thank you 😀

Their electrical, plumbing, and tool inventory has been severely depleted for over 6 months. Even certain sizes of wire are depleted.

Truthfully, I really dislike this store. The department associates are either M.I.A or know less about the products than the customers do. Most often, their prices are higher than other stores.However, I do like their outdoor garden section where the plants are. Big selection to choose from and most of their plants look well cared for. Thats the only reason Im generously giving 4 Stars. The rest of Lowes, ZERO Stars.

My rating would be zero stars. Ordered riding mower on May 15th to be delivered on May 17th. No response all day. Tried to called for over an hour. 2 people answered went to get manager, hung up on me and couldn’t get back through. Ashley stated she saw the order was cancelled because guy forgot to load on truck. Shared that their delivery service is terrible and they complain themselves every day. I checked my order status and it showed another deliver date but I still had no luck getting through to Seaford Lowes. Totally Ridiculous!! Working with credit card to cancel funds. This service is the pits!!

Ordered a lawnmower on Friday, March 25 for delivery Monday, March 28 between 8am and 12pm. Assembly and delivery were free. Lawnmower hadnt shown up by 2pm so I called. After being transferred several times to an extension that would just ring and ring, finally got ASM William. William advised that the man who does the assembly only does it on Wednesdays and says he cant have it assembled until Wednesday. At minimum, I wouldnt receive the lawnmower until Thursday. All I got was a sorry and an offer to cancel the order if I wished. I asked if there was anything Lowes was willing to do for my inconvenience. He said sorry. If I can get Home Depot to get me one before Wednesday, Ill definitely cancel. Time will tell.Update! Lawnmower had a broken grille and was rusty. Delivery guy took a picture from the side, not the front! Alllll day on the phone with no help at all from the store! Im guessing that was done on purpose since I had some complaints for the Seafood Store as to how my order and delivery were handled.We were contacted by Matt, Store Manager. He was very apologetic, listened to what we had to say and personally came to ensure we were happy.Thanks Matt.

Once again - terrible customer service. Ive paid Lowes over $4300 for a bathroom remodel. They have no record of this. Tracy on customer service was very rude. She walked away because she said she had too many other customers to deal with and didnt have time to deal with me. Clueless, rude and useless

I went there for some pellets for my stove, they had them and some man I cant recall his name was off the charts amazing with his attitude and his help getting my product loaded, it was a great place for me to go for sure. Not kidding.

My husband loves it there, he’s always quick so service is good!!Update!! This store is always clean and neat, never crazy busy, everyone is always super helpful even if they have no idea what ur talking about, but you have to find them first, finding workers is scarce, we go there a lot, never had to wait to pay!

Most unorganized store ever when it comes to delivering a product that I bought. I got 4 different delivery dates for an item that was already at the store.. but at one point my washing machine was misplaced INSIDE the store.lack of communication! I will never buy from Seaford lowes again

Lowes needs to get a better handle of their available inventory !!!! Went to the store which indicated it had eight of the item I was going to purchase. After driving 30 minutes to get there ...........they had ONE !!! and it was damaged. Though the staff was trying to be helpful there equipment kept indicating eight items where available Lowes , update your inventory so consumers do not waste time driving to a location for an item(sthat will not be available !!!!

They were very good about returning a product that I found in a different pattern elsewhere. Im trying to get a paint to match a very old color oh, and they have sample paints for less than $4 that you can make sure it matches before you invest more money. FYI, the new finishes of paint- high gloss is more like a semi-gloss used-to-be, and semi-gloss is more like Satin used to be. In my opinion...

As a disclaimer, I retired from Lowes 7 months ago, but have no "love" for the company. That said, I did have a pleasurable experience on this visit. This is not the store I worked for, so, no one knows me there. When going through some boards a lumber associate asked if I needed help. I didnt. But thanked him. A few minutes later, I couldnt find something and asked a pricing clerk for help and he did and was nice about it. The Pro Services cashier was really nice and even honored a mis-priced item. It seems this store has it all together for the customer experience.

A good place to get what you need to fix your home. They can even have it installed for you.
