No customer service at all for products after 90 days? Ridiculous for a big box warehouse. Assistant store manager James lost a customer for life over $100.Edit: as of today there is still no response from Lowes

Lowes is good and items that are not at homedepot can be found here. Both stores are similar but sometimes prices are different. I check both stores before going to one or the other.

Lowes and Home Depot, along with my local Ace Hardware, are some of my favorite places to go shop. Lowes had almost all of the things I was looking for to give as Christmas presents. And some super pre-Black Friday prices as well. Great stock and excellent variety.

The employee that we talked to about out door lighting was outstanding he filled us on everything we asked, and the store had everything that we needed

The people I spoke to were helpful in finding a regular obscure item covering for carpet. My one criticism would be and it is true no matter which Lowes I have been to there is never any help in the flooring Department it is very hard to find somebody and in this case my help came from the paint department.

Very nice place to get garden supplies & plants. Nice staff & many kinds of beautiful plants,flowers,trees etc. Even when I just go to look,I find cool thnigs to buy.My husband likes the regular store & says that it is better " stocked" then a lot of other Lowes stores. He shops inside & I shop outside. Win/win!!😁

In the Garden Department theres are a nice man there that will help you fine whatever you need this guy wear a hat he is very helpful employee

Purchased expensive John Deere Zero turn lawnmower. Has 8 hours on it. Barely starts. Poor customer service in Orange Park Fl. Excuse is we bought it online from Lowe’s. Zero response. Very disappointed in Lowe’s and the Orange Park team. Talked to customer service and never received the response promised. Making payments on a lemon lawnmower. 👎 still waiting for a response….. walked in and inquired again…..still no answer on a resolution

This was the only place that had what I needed in store. The salespeople were fantastic.

A home improvement store with nice, helpful employees. They discount the shabby plants instead of tossing them. Yay! They take plastic pots for recycling.

Customer service does not exits. You are customer and employee. No one to check you out. ITs all self serve.

No checkout with a cashier - not one! But they are paying someone to sit and watch the self checkout. No GoJo hand cleaner in stock either. Wont be back.

I was in your store Saturday with my mom. We were looking for a few things and your employee Mike D saw us struggling to find what we were looking for and actually stopped to help us. He was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a rare thing to get great customer service but Mike D gave us that and I appreciate giving my money to a business that actually appreciates the customer.

I used to shop at Lowes due to they gave military discounts, even though others had better prices. I am not a veteran; however since they have stopped supporting our veterans I will shop elsewhere now. Supporting our military and veterans should not be stopped.

My go-to store for over 25 years. As a Vet I get a 10% discount on EVERYTHING. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Bought a $360 Craftsman lawn mower. The mower worked once. Second outing ever it runs so ROUGH that it shuts itself off. 14 days out of a ridiculously short return period - so Lowes told me to eat it. It’s not like I opened it beat it with a bat lit it on fire and tried to return it 6 months later. If you open and test out actually using your power tool Lowes doesn’t want it back. It’s the most psychotic policy ever to allow them to play with peoples money. Craftsman Offered some hole in the wall repair shops that “craftsman approves” no one is being held accountable except for my bank account. The Customer complaint line is a farce, the rep told me follow up does not occur anyway from them. Currently Getting quotes for a large bathroom renovation and just like my family always does we looked at Lowes, but now HOME DEPOT will get the business. Way more lax policy for outlying oddities and more of a commitment to their clients. Not stepping foot in a Lowes and definitely not continuing my home improvements projects with their options. Lowes showed me that patronage doesn’t matter at all to them. 👍🏽

The manager with heavy accent was very rude, she refused to do a price match from Lowes website. Very condescending.

Even though I told their staff at this the store that I wanted 2full vanities, They only provided me one vanity and one top. So much for Lowes. I won’t be going back.

Normally love Lowes. Today I needed a very specific screw. Asked service for help, they called some kid who didnt know squat but worked that dept. Tried to tell me, they dont make these small screws probably someone cut them off. I said well I have about 200 more just the same, he said, the manufacturer did alot of cutting off then....🤦‍♀️ talk about a DA. Then got help finding hooks for bikes, ladders, tools In garage. Completely wrong hooks, even though I showed the worker a photo. Gave up after these 2, went home and ordered the while list off of Amazon. 😞 3 stars for past experience. Waste of time today.

Ecelent service, and great sales tacktics because I always spend more than double what I went for originalaly.

Now I get to wait in line to self checkout while watching 3 employees stand around talking and walking over when someone has a problem scanning their items. I avoid the big box stores whenever possible now. Shop for what I need at the store and purchase it online. Its the only way to change this ridiculous business model.

I like that the isles are wide and you are not cramped up while shopping. I did think it strange at first that they have self check out but now it just seems to be the norm... no matter where you shop. Technology is taking over. I have accepted it. I also noticed that the prices have soared. All in all I found what I needed and was on my way home pretty quickly.

First, ask the community to see how it feels before I post anything? No thanks, just delete it.I almost never get help in Lowes. Its just the closest one to my house, so sometimes I chance it. I made a couple of trips and made a few employers upset, but I got what I needed.

I went to Lowe’s today to purchase appliances and other necessities needed for a recent home purchase. Joshua from the appliance department was not only knowledgeable about the appliances, he made my purchase smooth and enjoyable.Latonya the frontend manager at Lowe’s in Orange Park also deserves kudos for going above and beyond. I was even asked if I needed help while walking the aisles by another Lowes associate who knew the product I inquired about and helped me make an informed decision. I think the crew of workers at the Lowes Orange Park location deserves some recognition for their hard work. Thank you Lowes. 😊

Dave (Middle age guy with glasses, some form of managementis one of the rudest people you will ever meet. This dude has a serious chip on his shoulder…. I’ve been to Lowes all over the country and this guy is an exception, that’s for sure. Spent about 10k here in a month until I met Dave and moved my business elsewhere.

The Orange Park store isnt ghetto like the Lenox Store. Also they have a better garden center in OP. The best garden center is at the Lowes up by the airport.

Shawn helped me from the MOMENT I stopped in the store with questions to loading my truck.....dripping perspiration and STILL gave me OUTSTANDING customer service! Complete incompetence and outrageous customer care that we experienced at Lowes at 2285 Kingsley Ave in Orange Park, FL, 32073, caused me to write the review. I do hope it will either improve the shop practice or warn other customers to avoid it as plague.In April 2022, we bought a dishwasher and arranged for the delivery of it. The money was taken, but it turned out the purchase was not registered correctly and no delivery was booked. We asked for the refund. It was not done until two weeks later, many long, frustrating and fruitless telephone calls in between and a visit to the shop again. The team several times did not return the calls. Neither did the managers bother to fix it.On the day of the refund the shop assistant, who created the mess, saw us in the shop and hid herself not to deal with the problem. The manager brushed off the responsibility saying she is new to the shop.We had to go to a competitor chain shop, after 10 minutes everything was done, the purchase, the booking of the delivery, no problem what so ever. So, it is doable, if you have the competence.What are you, guys at Lowes, doing in the business if you fail all three main straightforward steps: sales, delivery and refund? Why do your customers need to hunt it multiple times to see at least their money back?

The plant department was horrendous 😫. The plants were so dry and wilted it was shocking and sad. I wanted daisys and they were so wilted and so close to dead I didnt buy them. This is not the first time I have seen this. Last time I was there, picked up a water hose and started watering myself. Ill go to Home Depot from now on. Their plants were in MUCH better shape.

Went to buy a $750 pump for well. The pump not in plumbing it’s in appliances. Walk other end store no one in appliances knows anything about pumps. Went back to plumbing they said they can’t help me not in their section. I tried to speak w store Gen Mgr Angela, They couldn’t find her for 45 min. When they finally did she was unapologetic, crass and rude to me. After being a Lowes customer for 15 yrs, I am switching to Home Depot never coming back here.

My husband and I would like to say Walt Sanders is the best!! He went above and beyond to help us. Auto Nation Ford bought our truck and Walt ordered us a custom F250 and also sold us a car all in one stop. He was very honest and sincere and knowledgeable. Cant wait for our new truck to arrive. Such smooth and easy transitions. Thank you Walt

No register open except self check out which is the only reason I give them 4 stars. Otherwise, I go there for their planter selection and flowers. Great selection and much better than the home depot on Wells Rd.

This is most poorly managed stores I have ever been in. We purchased a set 2 out door chairs. After the purchase all was good until we asked for the chairs to be brought out. We were told they did not have any more in stock and would not get anymore for 2 months. We the. Asked can we have the floor models. The answer was no. When we asked to see the manager, the employee said I’ll have to find her and walked off, straight to their break room area and never came back. So using her as an example I nor any of my family will be back to this lowes.

Saturday stop in at the big box always makes me happy.

Employees used to be good and had knowledge about products where they located. Now it’s different story. Specifically The people who work at plumbing department has no idea what are they doing. They are rude and don’t want take care of costumers. Company need to hire pros either train them good.

Returned a few items for store credit. Always nice folks here, never a problem and they appreciate Veterans. Whereas the "other place" gives discounts on only a few things.

This Lowes is really into the holiday spirit. :-)

Pro sales Sean is super knowledgeable and friendly. He has a great attitude, is very friendly and helpful. I go to this location for people like him.

Always pleasure shopping home goods here from screws to plants to sheds. Friendly staffs especially Rene and another employee that was with him during our shopping there friendly employees at the sheds department. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen a good job and helpfulness. Keep up the good work.

This location is filled with friendly staff and convient from both Blanding Blvd and Kingsley Ave. Lowes is a favorite as they always offer a military discount and have designated parking for Veterans.

When I walked into this place, I was hit with such a clean smell and clean look. It was not a time of day when the store was crowded, so it was really easy to navigate around. See pictures.

Unprofessional at all .I purchased tiles the day before & the deal was that will be ready for pick up by tomorrow. So I came with the rental truck & they CANT FIND MY ORDERS . After they find it a hour later it was looking like this, SHORT AMOUNT & NOT READY !

The lowes on Kingsley ave , Orange Park Florida has the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with . After spending almost $700 on a shed that was suppose to be delivered , I was given the run around for 4 days after I purchased it, missed a half a days work cause the delivery was promised between 7 am & 12pm Thursday & had to be signed for then never showed up! Called at 12:30 no one seemed to know anything about my delivery so I was told they would research it again for the 4th time to see where it was. Was called at 2 pm told me they would be there in a hour showed up prior to then which no one was home never got a signature which they said was a must in the first place , thats why a half days work was missed , to top it off some of it was wrong( had they got a signature I would have refused what was wrong so I had to load up in my car return & get the right materials ! Probably never show at Lowes again !
