Overall, very good experience. Unfortunately, they didnt carry the product that I was looking for. Ive had other experiences with Lowes that were worse so I suppose this is an improvement
Could not find any help. Will go and order on Amazon
Courtney is great helped a lot of hotel owners get their projects underway!
Waited 47 minute just to look on line with a rep instead of looking through my product type physically.
Friendly service.Handled my problem with fast and respectfully.
Horrible service, many workers around, if you need help with something that you cannot rich, they say gonna call someone, but this person never appear, I been waiting 40 min, I drive to home depot
Found just what I needed great price and customer service
Had a late-season item I needed in stock and very reasonably priced.
Overall I like Lowes have been doing business with them for over 25 years. At this time their prices arent the best especially on building materials. Hoping things improve. I wish they had a loyalty program that show your purchases where you can build reward points to put towards future purchases. Ive spent well over $25,000 within the past 2 years at Lowes. Never once have received a discount coupon or anything thanking me for my business.
Great store however the workers are NOT helpful at all.
Great a very good place to shop for household need of everything
Great selection of flowers and plants. Staff very helpful!
Their staff helped me out tremendously with a furniture project I’m working on for my kids! We’re very grateful for that!
Theres a certain black kid that works in appliances that is horrible with social skills and customer needs. We bought a large amount of appliances in there a year ago, like 4 grand worth, and I asked to see if a certain appliance worked, by plugging it up. He refused and said they had no where to plug it up. I guess Ill have to start going to a different store 😕
Awful when I say awful Im canceling my card and not returning I called un the am trying to get appliances waited an hour with no help drove 45 min to the store and the guy who was in the dept just looked at me when I asked for help amd said its all on isle 39 went to home dept and got 3 people to help with in 5 min
Tried to sell me a dishwasher that was damaged in shipping after I prepaid for it. Not the first time I bought an appliance from them and it was damaged before I took possession of it.
I think Lowe’s has the best lighting choices than any other large store. Many choices of indoor grow lighting systems there anybody else.
I fine a lot of good things to buy here.
One of the worst experiences I have had in all my 43 years on earth! I bought a refrigerator online June 1st and had delivery set up for June 4th from 12-4. So I sit home all day Saturday and I wasted the entire day waiting on refrigerator to come but it never did, I checked the website and the date had been pushed back to the following Saturday without even an email letting me know, so I was forced to buy 2 coolers $90 to live out of for till the following Saturday. So Saturday comes time frame goes by and I call Lowes and they tell me that the refrigerator wont be delivered today again without any notice! They gave me a number to call (delivery company SPIRIT LOGISTICSI call and the lady was rude and told me "what do you expect me to do about it" so I call back to Lowes and speak with a manager in which I was given multiple excuses why it wasnt delivered! Finally the manager tells me she has spoken with the logistics company and it will be delivered Sunday morning between 8-10. So I get up and wait for the company to show up but they never do so I call Lowes and now Im told it wasnt loaded for whatever reason and if I want the refrigerator I will need to come pick it up! So I spend more money to hire a guy $60 to pick up and deliver my fridge to my home Sunday..... if you need an appliance dont waste your time at Lowes and cause yourself unwanted stress just buy from Home Depot they dont contract out a companies to deliver and pick up appliances!P.S. I arrived at my home today to find that the company that they sent to pick up my refrigerator had dropped the fridge in my driveway and left all the glass and plastic pieces in my driveway for me to pick up!
Bought a stainless steel refrigerator did not notice a Dent in until I was taking the wrapping off. Went by Lowes to see what we could do about it and I could replace it but they would have to pick my refrigerator up and it would be 2 to 3 weeks before I got my new onie.. I just moved to a new house. Theres no way I could have gone 2 or 3 weeks without a refrigerator that was ridiculous and poor customer service!! Home Depot just gained a new customer
The store was clean, seemed well stocked. Came in for some DIY project items. I had the unfortunate encounter with cashier "Cam", he did not greet me in any way, never looked at me, told me my total, handed me my receipt and turned away. I had to bag my own items.
The Lowes in Tuscaloosa,AL never has anyone to help. When you order something it usually never gets completely shipped. Asked for pricing on cooling and heating in 2019, have followed up multiple times with no results
4 people behind customer service desk goofing off. There has been no other customers here for over 30 minutes and they still have not brought out a simple online order of two items. All they could say is they have to get a machine to move it off the shelf. Update they just told me they cant find our order even though we received verification emails that the order is ready for pickup. Now they say just check back tomorrow. Update: two days later and we keep getting messages our order is available for pickup, yet they cant find it. We have now been in the store for over an hour and a half. Now they tell us they gave the order to another customer and even though they charged us more than $393.80 for it we have to cancel and re-order again. Customer service told us to just come back tomorrow to talk to the store manager. This would now make it three trips to this horrible location.
The garden section is huge and there is way more variety for a nice plant pot and plant support rods. The people were very nice and the atmosphere was pleasant.
Not good. You carry up to 70 amp breakers then skip 80 and 90 amp then you carry 100 amp breakera and old fuses. The common breakers 2 pole that meets building codes you do not carry.
I didnt think customer service could get any worse at this Lowes location but I WAS WRONG!!! I spent several hundred dollars on plants and landscaping material only to get to the garden center to check out & it was CLOSED!!! At 1:00PM!!! So I trudged up front to check out (the cashier was a very nice gentleman& paid for everything. Thank God I had taken pictures of the bulk items along with the UPC code#s or it wouldve taken another 30-45 minutes to get what I came for. So I load what I can load myself into the truck & pull over to the load out only to find the GATES CLOSED!!! So I call customer service & she informs me that its CLOSED TODAY!!!!ON A FRICKING MONDAY!!! She then tells me (After I explain that Ive already paid for everything and that I am HANDICAPPED, I cant load 10 bags of mulch and 2 GINORMOUS bags of potting soil & morethat she WILL TRY to get someone to come help me!!! WHAT THE HECK?? Im trying to not use profanity but Im am DEFINATELY THINKING it. Guess Ill have to start going to HOME DEPOT even though Ive always preferred Lowes. But after today I wonder how I could have. -5 ☆s
I went in to get a couple of cabinet hinges I needed. Said they had some individual ones. Got there found the section. The hinge section was in total disarray. The slot for the hinge I needed was full of every hinge but the one I needed. 3 employees walked by never asked if I needed help or anything. The had a bag of ten that was priced wrong in the location. Didn’t need ten but got some for later if I need to replace more. I was satisfied with the overall price I paid and the overall appearance of the store. Yet just disappointed I had to dig for the longest to find what I needed.
I had a very hard time tracking down an employee to help me in the scratch and dent appliance section. When I finally did get someone, he refused to help me. He said, "maam I wouldnt buy any of those." When pressed he begrudgingly gave a little more information without coming over to look at any of the items I was interested in. Clearly he was too busy to stop what he was doing to help me. So then I walked over to the normal display of dish washers. He was nowhere to be found. I ended up having to make my purchase from my phone.Very disappointing. I came to the store because I had already purchased a dishwasher online and the order was cancelled without a reason, so I really wanted to be sure that the one I selected wouldnt be cancelled again.
No help on the floor. I had the service desk to call for assistance in appliance and waited 45 min. No one ever showed. 10 other people waited in the appliance area with me then finally left. Several were there for the on the spot interview, but NO ONE was there to even interview them. Went to Home Depot and got service right away. Something needs to be done with the management at this Lowes.
Its not the best lowes Ive ever been in, but they have new management and its getting better. Its convenient, and usually has what I need. I would not call the staff overly friendly though, but then a lot of Frontline workers have been severely mistreated so maybe thats partially due to customers.
I want to give a extra huge shout-out to a young man that works there his name is Terrell aka TJ. This young man goes above and beyond to help you, thank you Lowes for having such an awesome employee
My husband and I had to order a washer and dryer because ours had broken. We chose Lowes because it was cost efficient and would have the appliances to us quickly. We received the washer and dryer, but the driver who delivered it was lazy and at times downright rude to myself and my husband. We have a limited number of tools at our home and a pair of pliers that would be big enough to unscrew the hot and cold water lines from the washer was something we did not have. My husband and I both struggled to get the hot water line disconnected from the wall and when we asked for help, the driver, Isaac, responded with "youll have to call a plumber then." With a little more maneuvering, my husband was finally able to disconnect the line. He had to take the washer outside by himself. Neither Isaac nor the man he had helping him offered my husband any assistance. The dryer vent tube that I ordered with the dryer was too rigid and would not connect correctly. I went outside to grab the old vent tube (which was in good conditionand brought it back inside. I moved to hand it to Isaac and he told me that since it was the old tubing, he could not touch it. I am 7 months pregnant and since my husband was still outside struggling with the old washer, I was crouched on the floor installing the vent tube. I had only just begun when they brought the washer in.Isaacs helper (whose name I did not getput on the vent tubing for me, which I was thankful for. When they brought the dryer inside, Isaac proclaimed that the dryer was too big to fit through the door of our laundry room. At this point my husband was annoyed and just overall fed up with this driver and told him that he would find a way to get it in the laundry room. Isaac then said "okay" and left. About two minutes after they left, my husband was able to get the dryer into the laundry room. It took a bit of force and careful maneuvering, but it was not that difficult. Our overall experience was terrible. I work in customer service, in fact that has been 98% of my job experience, and if I had acted the way this driver did at any of my jobs I would have been fired on the spot. I normally do not leave such long bad reviews, but again, Im seven months pregnant and at this point, bending/crouching on the floor is difficult and somewhat painful. Have some common courtesy.
Pretty easy. Family has had issues with ordering online where they were being charged twice, but so far it has been good. Maranna made the experience worth it. Correct masking, tone was great, and she was quick lol. Id definitely come back if there were more like her.
Absolutely no one will help. Manager wanted me to pay $50 more for a grill than the price shown. She told one of her employees that it didnt matter because I could afford it. She didnt know I was standing right there.
I had difficulty locating what I needed. The aisles were junkie with stacks of supplies. I had to leave my buggy and zip zag through the mess. I searched for things and they were just so disorganized. I have never seen the store in such disarray. I asked for assistance several times and was directed successfully. This would be my only complement. Self check out is now installed and I will not be doing this. I am retired and have health problems. It is simply appalling to see a employee trying to walk with there jeans falling down, where you literally can see there underwear and Crack. If a person wants to dress this way, it should not be, while on the clock. The person that wears that Lowes Jacket Represents Lowes!! So, is this what Lowes Represents??
Needed help finding the things I needed but had a hard time getting any attention from some of the workers. One woman was on her phone and actually ignored me for 5 minuets. Then it took a while to find another person.
A terrible experience. Purchased new washer/dryer and earliest delivery was 9 days later. They called the morning of scheduled delivery and said washer was damaged and would deliver 5 days later. Delivery truck came 5 days later but only had dryer, no washer. We rescheduled 5 more days later. They did not show up and when I called I was told it had been rescheduled for the following week but no one had let us know. Went to the store where purchase was made on a Sunday and waited over 30 minutes for a manager with no luck. Left and came back next day. It took over an hour to get a refund. The worst customer service we have ever experienced.
I intended to buy drop lights from this store for my room. All of the drop lights on aisle 4 were misplaced on the shelves, so the prices were portrayed different from what they actually were. I originally bought a drop light that was in a spot labeled $49, but I ended up spending $149!!! That is insane. Not everyone has a magical jar of infinite money gushing out.I returned it for unrelated reasons and then went back to aisle 4 for a different set of drop lights. I got one that was listed under $39.98. Okay, cool. I go and purchase it. It was ACTUALLY $109.99 (plus tax and everything, or course). I complained to customer service about it, and they pretty much couldnt do anything about it. The boxes didnt have a price tag on them either, so I could only really trust that it was in the right place.I am literally just a kid. I dont have a lot of money. These mistakes, although seemingly very minor, are actually really harmful to people. I would have given this 1/5 stars if the return process with customer service wasnt smooth as it is (Thats a good thing). But seriously, please fix this issue. And if you are a customer debating on coming here, just be aware and mindful that there is a really good chance some items are misplaced and prices will differ a lot from the actual product.
Horrible customer service. Whenever I come, there is never anyone at their designated department. You have to wait for EVER. When you do go to the customer service front desk, they page overhead and to no avail, still no customer service help. Lowes in Northport is SUPER FAST, SUPER.FRIENDLY, AND FANTASTIC WITH HELPING their laying customers.
The worst experience ever!!! I placed an order for curbside pickup at the location on Oscar Baxter drive. I followed the directions for picking up the order. I called the stores when I arrived and was transferred to curbside pickup the phone rang for 15 minutes before I hung up. I dialed again and it rang for another 15 minutes before I hung up. Another customer parked next to me was doing the same calling them. Two associates came out to collect baskets and I asked were they still doing curbside they said yesterday asked them to have someone answer the phone called a third time. After eight minutes on hold I finally got someone on the phone and was told to please hold they’ll get my help. Well they hung up/disconnected my call. I will NEVER EVER shop with Lowes again and will discourage all my friend family and business associates from doing so as well. I’d rather take my chances with Home Depot or Walmart. I still haven’t received my order.
Horrible customer service!!!!! I purchased items for curbside pickup. After I arrived and parked in the curbside parking spot, I called numerous times. But no one would answer, which resulted in me canceling my items. This will be my second experience like this. And not only was my curbside experience terrible, but the in store service is also terrible. They need to hire better employees that actually do their jobs! But this will definitely be my last time attempting to ”shop” here. Lowe’s do better!
Never enough staff to assist customers but the ones that are there are trying their best. Its not their fault but store management should look into their staffing model. Went to Home Depot and had 5x the staff available to assist customers.
I ordered curbside pickup no One bought me my order went inside and stood in line for a hour. Just to be told they dont have my order. Ten cashiers standing in one spot helping only one customer. While 20 customers wait. One guy named Jeffery help three customers the best he could. I dont want to shop anymore unless its online.
I just love Lowes Im like a kid in a candy store when Im here.. Well I stopped in for cabinets to install in my wash room. Nice selection 👌 found everything we needed
I truly hate this place and would rather be at home depot. I come here because its closer to my home but its just not worth it. The amount of money I have I spent here and should never have spent a penny because it always feels like no one cares at all. I had to call for help to get plywood three different times. No one came or said anything. Not a soul seems to know what department something is in and there is never enough staff. I walked around for over an hour without a single staff member saying anything to me. I hate this placeI just wanted to update my review and let everybody know nothing has gotten better I still havent received any customer service. I walked in today and walked around for over an hour and asked for help and got nothing. I asked one gentleman if he worked in that department he said no and rolled his eyes.
Always enjoy going to Lowes, especially compared to Home Depot. The Associates are friendlier and are willing to help (at least the ones that I have come in contact withand they actually WILL SEEK YOU OUT to ask you if you need any help, which I dont seem to find at the other place. They always have a really good selection of seasonal items and we found everything we needed for Christmas and Im very thankful to be able to get everything we needed to decorate with because of course were all the more thankful this year. Thanks Lowes and everyone have a Very Merry Christmas and please stay safe! ❤️🕯️🌲🕊️🕯️
Wonderful customer service! We made it RIGHT at close and they were so helpful! We would have had to wait til tomorrow to fix our water line to our house if they hadnt been so helpful and let us in. Thank you so much! I always receive wonderful service at Lowes!
I was absolutely able to move around uncluttered in Lowes. I enjoy a spacious uncluttered shopping place. Unfortunately, the store was completely out of 3 different forms of what I was looking for. As usual, there were many empty registers with no one to use them to check out customers. There was only one person checking out and she definitely didnt try to challenge herself and attempt to beat her speed check out record of two people per hour! Is money so tight at these department stores that they only want one person at a time working? Where are these stores profits going? Or are they ALL just faking prosperity? Maybe the money they take in dissentergrates...
Used to be a good place to go but now it takes forever to check out when employees were quick but people they got working now take their sweet time. Also used to get ask if we needed help but employees dont ask if you need help at all. People in customer service now are rude and act like youre bothering them wanting help.Prefer to go to Home Depot because checkout lines arent long and employees are a lot nicer.
it’s okay. I think where they really fall off quality is in sales and clearances. They’ll have tons on items on the “clearance” table but only about 20% are actually labeled and 30% weren’t even supposed to be there. They’re also filthy most of the time. Any mark-off at the register takes forever since the manager has to be involved.Overall I think Lowe’s has slightly better selection and when you can spare the patience the clearances are good. Home Depot has better consistency and associates.
