We are here multiple every day getting material for a big job we are doing. We were so stressed out trying to get flooring for 2 days as the customer requested. We were here yesterday and the pro desk helped as much as possible and had to make numerous phone calls and still no luck...Got a phone call from Cal in flooring and idk what she did but figured it out. She is absolutely amazing! Dealing with us getting frustrated and still remain calm and had patience with us while looking up model numbers and Placing orders, running the floor, cutting blinds, multitasking like crazy then she jumped on the high low and load up all of our flooring. .This young woman goes above and beyond to make sure customers get the things they actually came there to get in a timely fashion and doesnt make you wait around for hours and hours. She has a great personality friendly and efficient with her time. Basically, we need more women like her working in Lowes. April in flooring is AMAZING! I purchased a counter top in Jan 2022. It was installed in March 2022. I love the counter top!! I worked with April with the order. The installers hit a cabinet door and put a dent in it. And when using a sander to get the glue off the bottom of the counter, they hit my dishwasher. Since March 2022, Ive been going around and waiting for these things to get done. Whenever ice needed to check on things the installers have only had the answering machines on. So I call April, and things get moving!! She has helped me greatly! APRIL YOUR AWESOME!!!

It was like a ghost town when we were there. We didnt see one employee. We were in the window treatment section & couldnt decide what to get,.....we were there for a good while. No one offered us help, so we left.We drove to Home Depot & someone helped us right away & answered all our questions.Dont feel bad Lowes, we went to Menards 1st. and no one offered any help there either.

I like Lowes as well as the other big chains but Ive been able to pick up what I wanted Appliance wise that day at Lowes, the store is clean and well stocked.

Lowe’s has definitely gone down hill fast. I would at least avoid this store. I spent 40 minutes at the register trying to add money to my commercial account. Finally I was told there was a problem and they didn’t know if my $3,000.00 check was deposited into my account and that I would receive a call and no receipt was provided. I never received a call and still don’t know if the money was deposited into my account. I finally called and talked with Larice Taylor the Operations Manager, she was not only rude, she was unable to help and didn’t care that I needed to know if the money was in my account. I have a crew that needs to buy materials in the morning, I can’t give them the money to buy the materials because I wrote lowe’s a check. I think it’s time to find a different material supplier.

Ordered online, curbside pickup. Curbside pickup was quick! Able to just keep it moving.

Lowe’s has good prices and lots of selection. Having shopped there for years I’m glad this store is my go to place for many home improvement needs.

I gave it on star for one reason only on my visit 6/25/2022. Other visits have been okay. On the 25th I was returning items I had purchased. The employee was talking to 2 other employees, turn around and saw I was at the counter, then turned back around to finish a conversation with her fellow employee friends and I needed to wait. Call me old fashioned, but if I was the employee I would have politely explained to my friends I need to take care of the customer and then returned to my fellow employee conversation.

I had an online pick up and it was ready to pick up within a half hour. When we got there I got in and out the store in 10 mins. Very satisfied with my purchase and service. I purchased a portable air conditioner.

I think as far as box stores go they have a better selection of outdoor furniture over the other big box store similar to them.We have been using Lowes for our kitchen remodel and havent been disappointed. Only complaint is, they had a sign that said countertops in 10 days. It has taken 6 weeks for formica, this particular countertop has a bunch in stock, so, this is much longer than 10 days that they were advertising.

They had what I wanted, cheaper than Menards and I dont have to wait over 4 months for my rebate.

Prices are half of what it cost us at the gardens place. Huge huge selection of health flowers and shrubs. Seriously $30 cheaper for the same shrub I bought somewhere else. Too bad I didnt know before hand since I spent $400. I could of spent $200 at lowes. 😱

I have been going here for a little over a year. Totally satisfied with their service. I don’t know what kind of instructions or training the management provide to their employees. But I’m very impressed how Most employees are so welcoming and helpful. Dave up front is knowledgeable of most things I struggle with.You don’t see this kind if service else where.Great job!!Keep it up!!!Thank you!!!

Im sorry but this store seems very dark and confined in its layout (aside from the garden center). Needed a new good hose but selection limited.

Which employees had more knowledge about their department they work in. Would make it easier to help find things people are looking for. Store was clean. Dont know if I would go back to this one.

Friendly staff, its always hard to find what youre looking for due to how much is in each aisle, but Id rather go to a place that has absolutely everything I need than make two stops.

Nice to look at, neat and clean but they have no clue what customer service is at all. Been waiting for almost an hour. I guess they don’t care about their customers whatsoever. Either hire more people and learn Customer services or close the store.

My fiancé and I went in to get doors for bedrooms we’re building and Fred, I believe from mill works department, helped us out and he was amazing! Outstanding customer service; so so helpful!

Had a great shopping experience at Lowes today. They had everything I was looking for in stock today. Also the specialist Jerrette Smith went above and beyond by pointing me in the right direction for supplies he then assisted me at checkout. While checking out he asked if I owned a business I said yes from there he told me all about opening a business account with them. He walked me step by step and everything went through and I now have a line of credit with Lowes for all my business needs. I really appreciate Jarrett for taking the time this morning because I really needed to take care of that. So I would definitely recommend the Sterling Heights location and ask for Jarrett.

Had a lady behind the counter that did not want to be there. Made me feel like I was a burden on her. Heck I tried to greet her and she didnt respond. I will take my business else thank you very much. It probably doesnt mean much to a large store like that but thats Okay.

Decent store. Lumber is not the best but on par with other lowes/home depot stores.They have an option to order online and pick up items in a locker out front. Larger items can be picked up at curbside

employees at this location have always been very helpful. if your looking for good deals on appliances go here and look in the "clearance/scratch and dent" area. weve gotten great deals on a fridge, and dryer. Holiday/seasonal area never disappoints.

I know its short staffed everywhere but I had a house fire few years back and I purchased almost everything through Lowes. I was looking for a filter for my wet vac I was sent to four different Isles by four different people never even offered to help me even when I told them three other people had already sent me to the wrong aisle. Finally a nice young lady came walking down the aisle and she helped me I wish I could remember her name she was a sweetheart. Ill be shopping at Home Depot

My wife and I went to the lowes on van dyke and 13 mile and we had a great shopping experience there. They had employees almost in all areas if you needed assistance they were there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. From finding a garage door opener to a Christmas tree. I prefer lowes over home depot. Yesterday just proved it even more. I have always had a good experience at this location.

When you pull up into Lowes parking lot, is clean neat and theres plenty of parking for everyone. Once inside this location I received a friendly greeted by several Lowes associates who were nearby. Upon entering the paint area the associate was assisting another customer but took a moment to acknowledge me and to direct me where the Rust-Oleum paint was located. I had several concerns and the associate was eager to assist me after helping the other customer had left. He was polite, a pleasure to speak with, and shared with me some solutions he had use with a project similar to mine. He saved me money by showing me items on sale and comparative to those on my list. He also took time to actually show me how to use a paint pouring lid that I was not familiar with. I did not get a chance to get his name before other customers needed assistance, but he was an absolute joy to interact with. I left the paint department feeling positive and prepared about painting the wrought iron fence around me home. The paint associate definitely made this a five star visit*****.

Went there last week during lunch and got some great service! Not a lot of staff, but a gentleman approached me a few times down separate aisles and helped me find all that I needed,. The service desk paged him for an override or something and he said he would come back to finish helping me and did. Other employees approached us as well so he must have been a supervisor. In any case, I felt appreciated, thanks!

I have been shopping at this Lowes for years. I am not the kind of person to complain but after this happened a few weeks ago and then again recently, I had to react. I went in the store to the service desk to speak to a manager. When I waited 15 minutes and inquired again, they said she went outside and may be on break. I waited an additional 30 minutes and asked for her name, Brinn?. They said they saw her out in her car and must be on lunch. I left and passed the car they said she owned and saw her in there. I came back and hour later to talk with her and they again paged her. When she did not come after 20 minutes, I left and again passed her car seeing that she was taking a smoking break. This same scenario happened the other day. I needed a manager and Brinn was on duty again. She was paged and never came. I went out frustrated and there she was outside smoking in her car. It might have been a coincidence but the order I wanted to place will probably go to the competition. This is a good store with good employees. I guess I had some bad luck.

Fantastic with the help and patience that I received there yesterday. I purchased a refrigerator and was immediately helped by Paul who showed me everything I needed to know in terms of installing my water line, etc. He was very patient with me from the start and was able to answer my questions without being pushy (unlike my previous experience at ABC warehouse the day before). I then was helped by David in the tooling dept. with the same amount of patience and knowledge. Very good experience there.

They help me very quickly. I didnt have to wait for services. Workers are kind and courtesy. They sell everything you made need from bug spray to BBQ grill lots more items for home, garden, office and other things.

The customer service representative I dealt with was extremely nice. I didnt wait very long and she helped me very quickly. I had a great experience and will shop here more often because of it.

(For my motherRichard and Ruby and the delivery guy are the reason for the 2 star score. This was the first time coming to shop here. Thinking that she could order everything she needed and have it delivered all would be well. But NOPE that was not the case. When she was placing the order in the store with Cal everything was great. It wasnt until they delivered it all went down hill. He was rushing to sign off on the delivery and it hadnt been checked. She called and spoke to Richard, his attitude was snarky. Then when we went back into the store Rubys attitude just added the salt to the tea! Just rude for no good reason. But Cindy came in to assist and saved the day. But after all of that with being a first time shopper in that store my mother has decided to stay at her store in Clinton Township.

The online pickup was at the front of the store and labeled online order pickup. The items were not what I thought it was therefore the cashier canceled my online order for me. The cashier in paint knew little to no helpful tips on how to remove old paint from hardwood floors. She did suggest I sand it out.

Came to this Lowe’s this now my 3rd time in a Lowe’s the 1st time I just walked out the 2nd time I was met by a rude gentleman in Allen park the manager Kathy helped me and made me very happy soooo I’m at the Van Dyke store I was helped by Georgious even though he seemed to be having a rocky day he STILL managed to muster up the best possible attitude to help me out thank you George for putting a smile on my face😘😘

Specifically drove to this store from 12 miles away for a particular heavy duty wheelbarrow that online showed they had 8 in stock. After combing through the the garden center I couldnt find it so I grabbed an associate. He quickly double checked with me in the garden center and then went to the back of the store warehouse to search for the one I needed and came out a couple minutes later pushing the wheelbarrow. It was nice to find an associate that not only knew what I was looking for but where stock was actually kept in the store! This hardly ever happens at any big box store.

Best prices on clearance items, fun Holiday decorations, knowledgeable, friendly staff. A lot of opportunity to impulse buy though. I bought rocks pictured for 4 dollars.
