Wonderful and relaxing stay. The house was clean, super cute and comfy. It had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Thank you for making dog friendly as that is a limited feature when researching places to stay. Only thing we wished we had was beach access from the house. Instructions were clear and host was great to answer all my queries. Thank you.

They have a new unit in University Place. There are no window treatments so zero privacy even in the bathrooms. We reserved the place for the evening for 10 women for a womens retreat. The neighbors kept staring in the windows and pretending to have lost packages at our residence to spy and parked their cars in front of the home all night. The next day they reported that we had a party so Lux tried charging us a $1500 fine for a party although we already stated we were having at least 10 women sleepover. To make matters worse, when we arrived there was a protein drink and a metal water bottle in the fridge as well as a cardboard piece on the master bed so what cleaning actually took place before we got there? Finally, Lux found a solitary balloon left behind, took a photo of it and are trying to charge additional cleaning fees for a balloon...we are a praceful group of black women celebrating sisterhood in a white neighborhood and I guess they didnt like that.

We booked this place for a girls night staycation. The number of guest and the nature of our stay was disclosed upon booking. After checking out we received notification that because of our “party” that we would be charged afee for extra cleaning and violating the policy. These fees were only determined after it was noted and reported by the neighbors that we were African American. Don’t book this house in university place unless you want to be harassed by the neighbors which is easy to do since there aren’t any window treatments on any of the windows including the bathroom and bedrooms. There isn’t any privacy at all.

I would say Management is handling the properties very well, well stocked kitchen and house. Perfect to location and services. Recommended !!

This house is spacious that has literally everything you need! From a pool to the gym and a theater set up. It is perfect for a big group of retreat and we strongly recommend this house!

Beautiful home with perfect access to everything around Seattle! Even though it’s close to the highway, it’s on a quiet little alley tucked away in the trees with fully fenced-in private yard. Seamless communication with the host. Would absolutely stay in this home again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Saratoga House! Everything, down to the coffee maker and pots and pans are brand new. The house was fully stocked with essentials like laundry pods/sheets, dishwashing soap, shampoo/conditioner/soap/coffee filters. Salt and pepper and vegetable oil are available, but bring everything else. The decks and views are beautiful and the pictures don’t do justice to the size of the rooms and the furnishings. Communication with Lux was extremely thoughtful and quick, and checking in and out was a breeze. This rental is perfect for couples or friends vacationing together. Enjoyed our time!

Fantastic place for a Pacific Northwest experience. Great view of the water that hosts lots of sea life and boating. There is a small boat launch between the house and water so you are not on the water but very close. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the boat launch. The kitchen is fully equipped including coffee! There is a gas grill ready to use on a wonderful patio. The beds are super comfortable. It is a wonderful place to stay. I stayed at there Maple Grove property I highly recommend it.

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with a group of 10 people (and pets). There was more than enough space for everyone — the bedrooms were all sizable. The outside patio was also much bigger than expected, and the fire pit made for a great hangout spot at night. The stunning view of the water/sunset and Mt Baker on the other side of the house were hard to beat. Kitchen and grill both came with helpful cooking supplies too. We’d stay here again!

A wonderful place for our family getaway! Very comfortable for our group of 6, great amenities, everything newly remodeled and wonderfully appointed.… We spent a lot of time around the large communal tables inside and out…. Perfect for group meals and games and socializing!

Really great spot. Just across the street from the boat launch so getting to the beach is easy. Bedrooms are small, but living room is really big and nice and great for hanging out with the whole family. Easy to get to from Seattle. Would definitely go again!

Stellar location and an absolutely wonderful home to spend a vaction. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. A very spacious game room to enjoy a game of ping pong, badminton. Perfect location to enjoy the outdoors, gorgeous sunrises or read a book whilst enjoying the mountains and port susan.

The property is in good location and provides most of the basic needs for a stay. It’s close to the bus stop and within quick rides to most of downtown landmarks. The host is very accommodating and responsive to our questions & requests.

Had a great time with our family here, house was clean and had all the basics we needed plus some. The location was right on the beach and views were amazing. The only drawback is getting to the beach can be challenging for some. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely come back. Awesome stay so far. Recommended !!

The house was clean, great space for a family to stay in and the backyard is fully fenced in if you want to bring a dog. Easy access to the beach.

My family and I loooooved staying in this house! The views were breathtaking and the surrounding area made it feel like we were alone despite houses on either side of us. It was a perfect getaway :)

I loved this place so much, its really beautiful, magical, lovely. if you walk down the road to wilkes gary into the windy(a bit)road and walk along the beach front at the bottom of the road, until you get to the red cottage, that is the bottom of this house and it was lovely to walk down and enjoy it all there. the little cottage is so cute to simply look at(since no one can go in)its very cute. so relaxing out there, especially with this house. it was truly unbelievable, so amazing. it was very neat and clean, spotless when we got there. towels put out nicely. such a nice tub. It was perfect for us. Thank you lux. We will come again! gladly to. you’re amazing!

This was the perfect place for a getaway. We loved the views of the water and had everything we needed. Very interesting layout :We loved the shuffleboard table and enjoyed sitting outside on the comfortable furniture watching the birds and ocean. Communication was wonderful. Very accommodating on a last minute booking. We would definitely come back!

One of the most beautiful locations Ive ever been able to stay at. So special to walk out the door onto the patio and take in this incredible lakeside setting with beautiful homes lining the shore. And there were mostly only quiet boats, kayaks or row boats passing by but even the boats with motors cruised at idle speed and there was not a single obnoxious jet ski! Loved It. Rented one of their house in Boise and the place was awesome. Newly remodeled and updated! Attention to detail with the style and all the personal touches in the space. Very convenient to downtown Boise. Would re book again 100%!!

Beautiful estate and home in Mount Vernon. GREAT toy room for the little to mid size kiddos and and basement was fantastic for older kids. Great for families overall and would be amazing for any holiday get together. Worth booking a vacation there. Thank you

Zenn Estate Main. I booked them from their website and this property was amazing!! everything was just as it looked in the pictures. EVERYTHING works with great ease. I had one of the best times of my life at this enormous property. it was so cool. The movie room was a hit!! if u are looking for a quiet, private, relaxed stay in the trees, this is definitely the place to go! Id definitely go again. I WILL be going again😊

Very well appointed home in Blaine and nicely clean inside and out when we arrived. The staff are very prompt with communication - so nice! The house is a perfect layout for watching the pool/decks over looking the pool from the kitchen. Very well designed for our family get together. Kids (elementary school agehad a great time - pool was a nice warm temperature and clean. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed at Northgate house ,my wife and son. This listing is in the perfect location. Super close to the light rail so I can get downtown fast. Across the street from a beautiful park. Near grocery stores and restaurants. It’s really awesome. Plus the unit itself was beautiful. Worth the choice.

USE THIS BUSINESS! I’ve worked with Luxsle for several months and they are the best. Team Luxsle prioritizes customer service and has more than enough resources to manage your air bnb. They know the market better than anyone else.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Beware of all the extra fees they will charge after booking. They are rude and provide the bare minimum amenities. They charge up to 1000 USD per night for being under 25 and have absolutely no cancellation policies. I would avoid booking here at all costs. They also remove negative reviews on Airbnb

Long review, but worth it.Where to even start with this place, I’ve never experienced such careless or rude hosts. I genuinely felt like I was being forced into staying here after booking. It’s unfortunate, because the property is nice and in a great location. After booking, we were charged an extra $400 dollars for one member of our party being under 25 years of age (she turns 25 in Mayand Lux wouldn’t entertain any negotiation or discussion about this despite it being quite unreasonable with their concrete no refund policy. The rules state “between $100 and $1000”, so $400 for someone who is ONE MONTH too young seems over the top. We actually wanted to cancel our booking but it would mean forfeiting our initial payment due to the policy, so we reluctantly stayed. Lux ended up leaving a bad review on my friends Airbnb as a result of us asking about this, which was seems very petty as we were concerned we were being scammed and simply wanted some clarity.As for the place, it claims to sleep 8 but 4 of the spaces are small futons that didn’t come with any comforters. I would say 6 would fit comfortably here. I shared a futon with a friend and it was a very tight squeeze. When we asked about getting comforters because one of our party woke up cold, we were told “there’s blankets in the bedrooms thanks”. Thanks for what? Seems very unreasonable to not help out if your guests are uncomfortable. Honestly it felt like the hosts had it out for us at this point. The blankets mentioned were on the actual beds and were so light she slept with clothes on to double up the layers, even with the heating on. Coffee machine was dirty when we moved in, and there’s no utensils to clean anything, other than that it has all the basics.All in all, an okay place to stay for a small group of people over 25. Don’t expect the host to lift a finger to help you, they take the same standard careless approach as any other capitalist property manager in denial that just wants you money and doesn’t care about your comfort.Edit: After a quick browse of the other reviews, theres a five star review under the same name as the host, multiple five star reviews from accounts with less than 3 reviews, five star reviews from people with the same name and countless stories of people feeling the same as my group and I. Interesting that they mention “defamatory and false reviews” to multiple unhappy reviewers and never question these questionable five star reviews. Make of it what you will but this place has more red flags than a golf course.

I just lost $2700 for booking with this company. They have a check in/confirmation process that just seemed sketchy to me and my wife. I tried to get a refund/cancel within 24 hours but they have this amazing no cancellation policy written that for some reason does not allow any type of refund even if the world ends. I tried to get my bank involved but they too said their refund policy although bogus does have legal ground. I’ve learned in life sometimes it’s better to take it on the chin and let karma handle the rest. Beware booking with this company. They may be legit but they need to revamp their confirmation process as it does seem “scammy”. Tried working with them to get a refund but you know how that goes. Read the existing reviews and be smarter than me when booking your families vacation. Have fun out there!!

I booked 1day before check-in. I got quick response from the host with a polite manner. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. Location was brilliant, great value for money, the property was absolutely clean and stylish. Had great time staying at this place. We loved our stay here and recommend it very highly to anyone. I booked a last minute stay with Luxsle. My kids and I were accommodated with everything we needed for our stay. The best communication I’ve ever received from a host and I’ve stayed at Airbnb’s across the country. They even brought over a portable crib at 8pm to help. I will be referring them and will be sure to use them moving forward any state I can. Thank you for your kindness and for an amazing stay.

Very unethical host. Their Washington listing showed up when searching for accommodations in Canada (which Airbnb needs to fix on their end). Within 10 mins of the accidental booking, we reached out to the host to request cancelation. They got back after a few hours and said they hold on to the “policy” and will not refund $1200 out of the $1600 we paid. It’s quite clear they were trying to exploit people’s unfortunate situation and make profit out of it. All they cared was they keep the free money that fell in their pot, even if it meant we technically cannot stay at their place, their place would have been back vacant for anyone else to book. A professional host would have done the right thing for a customer who got into such a situation. There is another customer who reviewed on Airbnb about cleanliness and dog hair that this host refused to accept responsibility for. We should have seen that review as a warning sign about how unprofessional and least customer centric this business is. We hope no one else become a victim of their trap.They are probably good if everything goes well with your stay. But they are the business you wish you didn’t ever come across if some unforeseen misfortune happens. Or get an attorney to read through fine details of their policy before booking, because that’s what they are good at quoting it and shrugging off any good customer gestures.

This company feels like a scam. Though the contract stated there may be a deposit, no amount was ever specified so I was shocked when $1000 was charged to my credit card the day of check in. We could not get ahold of anyone at Luxsle to figure out the charge, and after several days of no response post check-out Chase cancelled the charge. Not to mention the house wasnt fully stocked with standard supplies and the house was under construction in the middle of our stay with no heads up. I would think twice before renting from them.

Elmira is wonderful and was always available if I had any issues or concerns! The apartment is cute and cozy. I loved the decor! It’s located in a prime area, within walking distance to many attractions. An added bonus, the patio has a nice view, especially during sunset!
