Mahindra Hotel & Restaurant Nagaur in Nāgaur

A very good holiday distinction in Udaipur city. Ambiance is very good, hospitality and services also good. Enjoyed the dinner with Ghazals, they kept all type of food, more on North Indian style. It is an old property and there are some problems in the rooms. Only studio apartments available for 2 people occupancy. For mobile recharging there is only one power point available. TV’s are still LCD. Considering other club mahindra properties I feel the total areas and amenities are less here.

Rooms are okay, resort is at highway with construction work lot if dust.Worst part is food and service. Food taste was the worst I had in Club Mahindra, service was slow.Only good thing was Alok Kumar and Kantilal support.

Beautiful resort. Entertainment programmes were too good. The staff is very talented and enthusiastic.... appreciate their efforts.

I went to there with my friends and enjoy a lot. At evening there was a beautiful puppet show and Rajasthani folk dance with quiz related to Rajasthan geography/Land.Swimming pool is very nice and garden are also beautiful.......

Courteous staff, excellent property but no maintenance at all! Pretty short staffed.

Service: The staff is the most disinterested group of staff I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Extremely unhelpful. Had to request them multiple times for any type of service.Location: We were 10 kms away from the city and so we had to hail a cab everyday to go in. Besides theres major roadwork going on currently so the road is always blocked. It was a painstaking task just to go into the city forget visiting any place. We had to pay 800 bucks per ride because no cab was willing to come out to this location. And cabs(Ola, Uber Servicesare only available at a certain period following which you have to use a traditional cab service who charge a BOMB!

the room given to us was stinking.Inspite of complaining about the smell in room they did not resolve it. In room service man firoz did good Job.

Ideal location for a total relaxation and sight seeing. Our stay was extremely pleasant and evenings had Rajasthani Folk Artists entertaining us.

I was told to not leave the property at night. We went there to celebrate my wifes birthday. Her closest friends pay her surprise visit after a very long time. I had booked a studio room for her two female friends. As a co applicant I was forced to stay at the resort or else I was asked to pay 4000 rupees. When I asked for another room they denied me too I had to talk to customer service for an hour until I was allotted another room. They could have simply done it. I believe they were humiliting me for my confrontation. Would never recommend anybody to this horrible place. There are lots of resorts out there go for them.

All the rooms are without balcony or windows which can be opened so no fresh air plus no garden for children & situated at worst location available of udaipur

Absolutely do not stay here. The staff are rude and not helpful at all. Plz stay at a better property.

Service was good. All the staff was attentive and friendly. Hardly any option for non veg and South Indian food doesnt taste good. Rooms could be improved. Location and accessibility - 1/5 : Its quite far away from any tourist spots

Room was excellent. We stayed in Studio room which had enough space for 2 Adults and 2 kids. Microwave, Cutlery etc. was provided.Swimming pool is there but water was not clear, though it wasnt bad. Kids play room is there and well maintained. They provide pool table, VR games also on chargeable basis.Food is too costly but you can always order from Swiggy and Zomato.Staff is nice, and experienced. Overall a nice stay.

Location is real nice and rooms were pretty spacious and clean. However the room service was pathetic. We need to ask 3-4 times for a simple thing as water bottle. Sometimes if we dont remind them they forget that we have asked for something.

Located on the Ahmedabad Highway which is always crowded with freight trucks. This is outside the city so no attractions nearby other than a spectacular view to the Aravalis. The property itself is not that great when you compare to cheaper options within the city which are well maintained and closer to tourist attractions.Plz skip.

It was a good experience with club Mahindra. We were on a leisure trip to udaipur in August, 2022. Ill give 4.5/5.

Rooms are non ventilated, we have A/c not working in this condition you must have ventilated rooms. location is on highway. pegion problem is too much, it makes one part of hotel very dirty can not take breath in this area or can not open doors of your room, now think your AC is not working and rooms are non ventilated. you feel like in a cave if got inside room.

Staff shortage. Smelly rooms. No timely services. Location is so much isolated. Cannot get cabs easily. Will end up paying too much extra plus excess waiting.

Amazing rooms. Cleanliness and maintenance of the resort is top notch, it provides you a luxurious stay. You can spend the weekend in the resort itself it offers various activities to keep the visitors indulged and away from boredom.

House keeping is worst. Have to call 10 times to get one single thing done.Electricity Power keeps on cutting all the time.We were here for 5 night and 6 days just toEnjoy the room with a good view, we were not allotted a room even for a single day, inspite of requesting frequently.They need lot of improvement in terms of management.Had a horrible experience with club Mahindra..!

There is still scope of improvement in respect of services, response time ,timely repair n maintenance of AC n other infrastructure. Management should look into it.

Very substandard facility. Poorly maintained rooms. Pests roaming freely in room and bath room. Poorly lighting in room.Food quality doesnt match the sky high price. Activities in resorts are not upto mark.

Very well maintained hotel, the staff is courteous, food is tasty and the ambience is great! Since it is a bit outside of the main city no ola or uber taxi available. But club Mahindra has a taxi service so you can avail that.

Club mahindra udaipur is 10 km away from udaipur city so it is difficult to reach at tourist spot if you have not your car alongwith you. But travel desk will surely help you there, its some what costly to book taxi from there, but its ok to get rid of the problem.Room service is very good.Taste of food served in breakfast, lunch and dinner is also very good. They have consider kids, young and old people for menu items so everyone will satisfied by food items. Staff in restaurant are very polite and helpful.Reception staff are also very good in nature.My concern point is only about charge of the food and I want to convey them is that they have to keep difference in amount for veg and non veg food charge.Otherwise its a good pleasant experience for my trip.

House keeping is worst. No one is responsible. There is not any responsible person for proper housekeeping management. Food quality is good but much over priced.I will never go for club Mahindra due to their horrible service mainly house keeping.

Our stay was a horrible experience my wife lost her 2 dresses and after complaining the management didnt show any interest in solving our problem. Phone lines are always busy. We have stayed in many resorts before but never experienced any thing like this. So please be careful with your belongings. Didnt expect this kind of service at club mahindra.Request the senior person to revert back asap

Studio rooms are not so well. Views from room is not so good. Overall resort is good. Service best (takes time to serve. Costly food. Average location.

Currently to visit Udaipur on July 19 2022 just checked in Club Mahindra Udaipur.Club Mahindra Udaipur is located at Green scenic beauty location.It gives the unique experience of just sitting in the lap of the nature.Let me take you all around BeautifulClub Mahindra Udaipur. It has got luxurious rooms, swimming pools for adults & kids seperately, in the evening their is puppets show for kids.Delicious food cuisines Restaurant.Enjoyed stay with the family in the lap of nature.Staff is also courteous.Its a worth & must visit place.

Check in date 17/07/2022, Check out 19/07/2022Had a pungent odour in our room and nobody came to check it till 24hrs after informing. We reached at 12:30 pm at resort. We called 3 times prior & requested as we will reach by 12:30pm, so if possible pls give by the time. We have 2 friends who are coming for Club Mahindra experience as they want to become member. 1room we got at about 1pm, 2nd at 2:30 and my room 3rd one at 4pm, in one of them there was a strong bad smell & suffocation in the room. We complained immediately but they came next day 3pm. In the night I have breathing problem at 5:30am, due to suffocation. Very rude behaviour and unprofessional conduct from Manager Narendra & Himanshu. Our room was not changed even after requesting multiple times.Food was amazing. Staff is excellent. Ms. Ritu Mauni give 100% satisfaction towards services. Food quality 100 out of 100.

Recently We had been to club mahindra resort at udaipur and had a terrible experience with the management guys . We had taken 6 non smoking room majority of which were having absolute foul smell . Still we didn’t object it. After that unknowingly we friends smoked in room and when the guy came we obeyed him and left the room Immediately.When we checked out they asked us for 2000 rs bribe in the name of cleaning charge for which we objected. When we denied to pay the charge all managers came and threatened us and asked us to pay or else they would lock us in resort and also take legal actions against us . It was a really horrible experience for us being a club mahindra member. After this a manager named Himanshu Arora came and arrogantly started shouting on us in reception area for mere 2000 rs and at the end when we gave them amount ( without recipet or anythingthey allowed us to go .Our entire group was shocked and upset due to this as we had never experienced such rudeness in hospitality industry in past .Well I would highly recommend not to go to this resort ever especially when you are with your family .*Very rude , unprofessional and disrespectful staff who can insult their guest anytime anywhere for any damn reason .*

Google should also start providing rating in minus. As if it would be available I would give club mahindra udaipur resort minus 5; worst kind of 5 star resort I have been to. Not even worth for 2 star. My room no was 317 & 318. In the point of hygiene it was not at all good, it was dust everywhere, hair was present in the bath area. Even the room area and bath area was not at all adequate. The hand faucet was leaking and was not having adequate pressure, the flush was also leaking and loads of water was wasted and their person was like you have to work on it after every flush to stop the flush. We have also pre informed that we require jain food and at the time of dinner the jain food was not prepared we have to wait for almost 45 mins and the food was not at all worth the wait. And the air conditioner was not working in the dinning area we ate our dinner and breakfast in heat and we ate while we perspired. We have to cancel our next dinner and breakfast and have to go out to eat.We asked for a crib for our 9 months old daughter and they denied that they do not have such things; also we requested after so much compromise that to extend our check out time by an hour due to our daughter and they denied for that also.Worst ever experience for any 5 star hotel. Never to visit club mahindra udaipur.I would request all those who read this should avoid going to club mahindra.

Hi, This propertys beauty is so nice........ Room service is also very good..... Resorts location area is also Preety....... But Location between Property & Udaipur is so long .......

Our stay here was okay! Maintaince is going on here.There is also the issue of light here!As a member of this club i feel like this resort has poor maintaince than other resorts of club Mahindra..and moreover there are no club activities like games and all stuff.... Akash and Himanshu really helped us during our stay!The food here is also delicious! Otherwise the resort is good but they should improve their issue of light and other stuff!

This is one of the worst managed properties of Club Mahindra probably. Wed booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and had to change two of them on each day as the ACs stopped working. Terribly managed with almost 100% occupancy. Even the restaurant didnt have proper systems and AC wasnt working in one of the sections. Food is expensive but good and probably the only saving grace. The evening activity is a boring puppet show usually. Its located next to NH 48 and you would hear trucks honking throughout the night. Even the housekeeping is poor with unclean bathrooms and swimming pool. Bad experience and this place needs a serious upgrade.

It’s wonderful stay at Club Mahindra Udaipur. We enjoyed a lot with our kids in Swimming pool. Swimming was well maintained. Food is very delicious. Overall it’s remarkable trip for us after a long gap due to last 2 years of pandemic. Ms. Deepika, Ms. Rossmarry, Mr. Sathessh (Cookand Ms. Ritumoni at Restaurant and Mr. Manas at reception helped a lot in resort.. Thanks to entire staff.

Food needs improvement.Best places to visit around are Temples, Lake, Ropeway, Boating, Srinathji, Ek Lingji, Mount AbuFront Office manager Himanshu Arora is good for any help.

Improve your check in service.Food quality not upto the mark.Electricity was going several times.When we were in bathroom we got stuck because water was not there for an hour. Housekeeping was very good the man Arvind and Kalyani were very kind.Food staff was not cooperating.

Our stay was pleasant at the hotel. All hotel services were prompt and satisfying. The stay was made special by Ritumoni and Vikas at the restaurant. They made sure the quality and choice of food was appropriate and all special demands of our 1 yr old kid were entertained. The hotel staff is very polite and always ready to help.

Club Mahindra property in Udaipur is decent for a three star rating. Staff is courteous and kind. But service can be improved to a considerable extent. Resort is in one corner of city , so if u want to escape their overly priced food you have to travel 12-13 kms into the city for it.

Nice place to stay with family!!! Rooms are spacious along with good scenic view!!! Swimming pool area is also good and spa facilities are nice!!! Looking forward to stay in the future too!! The evening events are also fantastic and engage the people!!! The mocktails serve during the evening events are must try!!! Had a great holiday!!!

The stay was absolutely amazing and full of memories. Evenings are fun-filled with cultural shows and activities. Meals were fingerlicking and appetizing. Above all, true to its image of family stay, they ensured that my 13 months old daughter was well looked after for her meals and milk requirements. It would be very ungenerous of me to say that one or two people did a great job because it was everyones team effort to meet all our demads with a smile. All in all, if you stay here, you dont feel the need to step out of your room but, enjoy the rewortsi location and ammenities. (Got back the best souvenier with me-the yummy khichdi recipe from the chefthank you all once again guys!
