Great place! I had never used a laundromat before, but I found this place nice, clean and the machines were easy to use.

Everything is so clean, good laundry, good place

I Gave them good feedback, 5 stars, posted pictures of me holding the bag I bought from the vending machine, but they never reached out to me for a free wash as they mentioned on the screen in the building. Now, Im giving them 1 star because of that. Anything else is good except sometimes some bad people coming there and stole others good, a lady stole my wifes wallet with all her cards in it and used the credit card for gas. Fortunately we found out and freeze the cards. The manager was helpful then.

This place is awful nobody working in there. If i could give them no stars i would. We washed our clothes. (There arent alot of dryers.So when we finished there was five dryers with clothes in them dried. No one was claiming them for a while. Mean while we werent the only ones waiting to dry our clothes. There was at least 5 people waiting. This place is awful. Who runs a business without having people in there working. We left to dry our clothes somewhere else. Really inconvenient and a pain. I was not happy.

Very clean and th prices are fair. Every piece of equipment, laundry carts, and folding table are always super clean and in perfect condition. Machines are card operated (card can be bought and filled from machinewhich great for people not wanting to carry around a mountain of quarters. Also a very clean and well stocked vending machine for cleaning supplies.

Very disappointed hardly any water in washing machines my did not come out good. Throughout alot t shirt. Not happy

Best. Laundromat. Ever. I dont do reviews often, but Ive been coming here for years, every week. Of course theres no bathroom - its self-service and the building wasnt intended to have a bathroom! Also, there is no attendant that works there, so maybe the other bad review on here is mixed up with a different laundromat. Ive gotten to know the owner, hes not "old and drunk" 😂 But he is always available and cares very much. If you ever need anything, you can just text or call and he responds immediately. He also comes by to help out if he can, and Im pretty sure he has cleaners come in once or twice a day. So its always super clean. If you want a clean, easy, convenient laundromat, this is totally the one to go to!

Poor service !! The older gentleman that works in the laundromat SCREAMED at me to "hold on Im trying to figure out my phone !" And proceeded to MAKE A phone call ! I waited patiently and said that the machine ate my quarters and he said okay and went to the vending machine and grabbed the wrong item when I told him that it was wrong he yelled at me to GET BACK ( EVEN THOUGH I WAS ATLEAST 5 FEET BEHIND HIM ! YELLED AND MADE A SCENE INFRONT OF ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS I really do not recommend this place : Truth be told I think hes an old grouchy alcoholic

They are very clean, it close to me and it is the only place I will go. I do wish there was restroom but I love there. If I have any problems I call the guys up and they take care of everything 💯 🙂

Nice clean washers but the washers are pretty pricey (the affordable dryers might make up for it.)

I really like this place, i just wish they had more space available to move around. Theres no one keeping track of how many people are in there and sometimes you cant even get through the other side cause is very narrow and theres a lot of people in the way

I usually hate laundromats but I actually enjoy coming here to do laundry. It’s very clean, peaceful and there is always someone available to help if I need it. The machines are updated as well so I never have any issues. My clothes always come out thoroughly washed. 5 stars!

Ive been using this place I believe 5/6 months now , its clean , fast and reliable ! Love it. I even had my mother and her husband come to this place and now this is there new go to and they live over 8 miles away !Theres always washers and dryers available. Owner is super nice and accommodating.

Ive been using Main Street Laundromat since they opened three years ago. Every machine I have used has been very clean inside and out. The laundromat is very neat and tidy, and you can tell it well kept up! I was hesitant to use a laundromat during COVID, but was very pleased to see that the place is constantly being cleaned and disinfected, which definitely put my mind at ease! I highly recommend Main Street Laundromat.

I’ve been going to this place for over a year now. The machines are clean and very well maintained. The prices are fair and the best part is that there is always someone to help when needed. I forgot a piece of clothing and they kept and stored for me.

i think it just open everything is new with good quality of washer and dryer. place is neat and clean so overall 10 out of 10. Just outstanding place.

I tried out a few laundromats before landing on this one:1. Prices are competitive with other nearby laundromats, machines are good quality, dryers are super fast (24 minutes dries out the heaviest jeans and towels)2. Its much cleaner than most of the other ones I went to. There always seems to be someone sweeping / wiping down the machines when Im there.3. I try to go at off-peak times but had to go there on the weekend this week, which I dreaded, but I didnt have to fight for a machine and it wasnt over crowded.** major reason to come here over other places, is that the management seems on top of their game and genuinely want to provide a good space and quality service. In the handful of times Ive been here:-My sweatshirt got caught in the dryer door and the guy on duty came right over to help me extract it-A guy came in late night to do a wash, and I guess the city was about to do some work and they had to shut off the gas -- so rather than the guy on duty turning this other man away, he was like -- its ok do your wash and well throw your clothes in multiple dryers and comp the machines to get you out of here faster (what! who does that! good guy washing machine man)-This weekend I was in a bit of a rush, threw my clothes in a machine, went to load the soap and noticed someone had poured fabric softener in the machine and hadnt used it - I didnt want to have mystery soap in my clothes so I started taking my clothes out to move. The guy on duty (manager?came over and told me that there were similar size machines on the other side -- I said cool thanks and moved my stuff over. By the time I loaded my clothes into the next machine - he had already comped the washer for my load. What! cool. I hadnt complained or anything - just a minor couple of minutes of inconvenience to move the clothes, so it was unnecessary - but a cool move that I really appreciated.Not that you should expect to get stuff comped from the stories above - not at all what Im getting at - but I read a lot of bad reviews of other laundromats where peoples money gets eaten / or they get a bad machine / have bad experiences and the management doesnt seem to care -- this place seems to gear better towards user experience.TLDR -- Would recommend.

Great spot not too crowded they just need to update their dryers and get ones that has many feature to dry like the ones they have on the washers.

Very clean. Owner is super nice and helpful. Able to get loads done quickly and easily. A little pricey: $7.50 for a giant load which took our comforter (but at least it fit that, which rocked!and $5-6 for another load. But maybe that’s normal? I don’t do laundromats often. Dryers were inexpensive as a result. Awesome spot, we’ll definitely go again!

Clean and has a pretty good system with cards. No change required here. Just put it on a card and go. Also if go there enough thereat a rewards program.i enjoy coming here

Matin Street Laundromat on Malden just opened up. Its spotless, the machines are brand new, efficient ,industrial grade--perfect for cleaning those heavy items like comforters. Plus, Main Street has a manager on-site who is friendly and very helpful. Good Experience All Around.
