Incredible food and very nice people. The waiter did drop some of the sauce on my pants and I was wearing some of my favorite clothes but mistakes happen. There was a lot of wobble on his hand-off with my sauce AND water. Other than that we had a great time.

Over priced for mediocre Tex-Mex food. Limited lunch menu. Way way overpriced margaritas served in a small beer styled mug

Love this place! This has been our favorite Tex-Mex for over a decade. They even have a great "chicken mole" enchilada plate.

Their food is always really good! Our waiter that we had was a little rude and could work on his customer service skills! If you dislike a job that deals with customers one on one find another one its not like its all there is out there! Make the best of your situation and you will actually get good tips, I tip well above the 15% if I see the server is positive and kind!

Been here few times. Today I was very disappointed with the waiter Sheree. Got our order wrong, took longer to bring food out and it was still wrong.Oh not to mention table in back that was behind us lady gave the customer a Beer which she places it under the table to customer can put it in their purse. To me thats steeling.We witness everything. Should ck the cameras

OMG! I had the Birria Tacos and they were the best thing I have ever eaten at a Mexican food restaurant. The entire staff were phenomenal!! Highly recommend

Well. Been going here for a while. Literally got off the phone with a manager. When they got the to go order wrong. My wife only gets the spinach enchiladas there. Picked it up. Got spinach quesadilla. Called to get it corrected. Their response was the worse ever. Thanks a lot. over some enchiladas.

Don’t waste your money here. Poor quality food. Quite frankly it’s just OVERPRICED FOR THE Food and service.

Oscar and his TEAM did a fabulous job on a pop-up meeting we had at my company. I called Oscar and he didnt hesitate taking care of us. This isnt the best part, however the individual container presentation was amazing, for our top-level clients, it was very, very impressive. The favor of the food and the condiments were spot on... the food was beyond great for takeout.Oscar and his TEAM, brought in and set up all the orders, and his attention to details, well that was off the charts. Plus, he actually spoke with us before he left ensuring we were happy with everything. THAT is 110% customer service. Do yourself a favor, order from Mamaritas Mexican Restaurant in Pasadena, TX, you will not be disappointed!! Excellent service, food and cordial and genuinely caring staff... Loved the experience, and our clients loved it too!!

Went Mothers Day weekend they were out of a lot of liquor but the food was delish….

Didnt care for it too much. Beans tasted rough and salty. Chesse was not hot mostly cold. Chips tasted stale . I feel as consumer prices were too high and to be fair enough for average person. Even during this economy ..... it was same day I posted, little after I left restaurant

Review updated!!Of course! My visit was on December 26. I arrived to the restaurant at 12:15 and left at 12:52. We arrived and the waiter who served us took a long time to bring us the drink and after he brought it he didnt come back with us and passed us by and didnt even look at us, I called him to attend us but he just looked at us and didnt go with us or told us nothing. I dont know what happened to him, I dont know, maybe my little one was coughing because he was eating chips? I really dont know... we left very confused. I had to ask a lady who I dont know what area she worked in the restaurant and with tears in my eyes from frustration I asked her if she could bring the check to my table, the waiter then came over and told me that I didnt have to pay and I told him no, I want to pay for the drinks and I did. I went to spend a pleasant time with my children and my husband. First time we were going to visit, we came from Mississippi and we love going to restaurants on Sundays to try the different foods. Thanks for taking the time to ask.

I had a lovely time at this wonderful restaurant. The food was amazing I highly recommend the beef fajita stuffed avocado. OMG! Its heavenly!

Got 3 puffy taco plates (w/fajitas)and a regular taco plate to go. All were very good. Just be ready for the bill. Was over 80.00 bucks. Pretty expensive IMHO but hey, now a days going out to eat somewhere nice aint cheap....unless you enjoy going to Mc Nasty.

I went there several years ago and was really disappointed and have never went back. But went recently for a family gathering and was VERY IMPRESSED!! It has GREATLY IMPROVED!! The food was beautifully presented, hot and fresh and our server was great. Will go back!

Service was best I ever had, food quality, poor, chili releleno, ummm not so good, margirta tasted like flavored water

This place is beautiful inside and out, can host a guy at the bar, a table for 2, or a party of 300 lolHuge place. Food is insane, most authentic youll find in the Houston Area. Jeremy was our server, he was extremely attentive, didnt pester but never missed a beat. We will definitely return and bring friends, they have a banquet hall as well and it is GORGEOUS!!!

Horrible horrible horrible cheese in enchiladas are like melt cheese atleast make your enchiladas edible. THEN SPEAKING TO STAFF lady wants to cut attitude fajitas were decent dont like your reviews change it!!!! 10.99 FOR BEANS AND RICE rice was not even cooked all the way.

Its always very good place to eat. Great food and staff! But,I ordered combo plate Saturday. My beef hard shell taco tasted like fish. It just killed my appetite. I didnt even try to take it home.

we ordered fajitas for two chicken and beef . once we received the food is not your typical parrillada like hot and steamy it was old and dry like if the meat was there from days ago , the chiles toreados were hella bad you guys like when you store them for daysss .. nothing was FRESH the rice was cold . i really never leave reviews BUT . an hour after that my Husband and i started vomiting , gassing , feeling bloated and very bad stomach pain . it was weird that we both were feeling the same . then we remembered the food :/ never again . i just have to be honest because my husband woke up with a bad diarrhea and i have a very bad stomach pain .just for heads up mamaritas please start giving your customers fresh food . not from past days . i’m mexican i know how chile toreados and fajita looks after being on stored for long. this could have worsted.good thing im a naturist, we are doing home remedies but i just HOP and pray we dont get worst.

I have eaten here three times. Each time it was mediocre. The food is not bad, nor is it good. With that being said I can’t justify the price per meal at this place. Again I have come here 3x because I don’t believe in leaving a bad review without trying multiple times. First time here my meal consisted of guac dip, basically just mashed guac, no real seasoning, barbacoa tacos with a red dipping sauce. The tacos also had no seasoning, the sauce was fair though. The second time I got the steak fajitas… again not really seasoned, over cooked, all round bad. The rice that came with it is something you would see at a very cheap restaurant. Today is the last time I’ll come. I got the ground beef enchiladas with brown gravy, sadly I was excited for this as I love it when places top enchiladas with it. Again… meat unseasoned, the gravy sauce was congealed, and not a great flavor, and the appetizer was queso, which could just be called melted cheese… no tomatoes, onion, nothing added. All in all I paid around 25-30 per meal not including tip. Each time left unsatisfied. Again it’s not bad, nor is it good. I go to Mexican restaurants mainly because I love flavors, the salsa, queso, bean dip, the meal with the rice and beans ect. This place lacked in flavor all round.

This is a classic place to eat. Margaritas are the best anywhere. They actually put alcohol in them. Food is not to bad either. We always enjoy ourselves and the beautiful waterfall is always enjoyable.

Didnt eat at front,but they have hall in back. Beautiful and clean place. Food was great.

Would recommend the Huevos Con Barbacoa amazing food and fast service would go again!

09/04/2021 I went with my family for lunch and ordered a queso parrilla which it was 9.95 then I added chicken for 12.95 and they still Charge me additional 1.75 and a 1.99 for jalapeños toreados that I never asked but it was because I asked a different salsa Can you imagine a lot of ppl don’t check is almost 4.00 dollar. How many are been extra charge at this place?

Food is meh.Watermelon margaritas are excellent. Unfortunately, didnt help make the chow any better.

Amazing food and great atmosphere. Went for my mothers birthday and we had so much fun getting our n pictures taken and had them sing for her.

Really enjoyed our time here. And the food was excellent. The charro beans were especially good. And my stuffed avocado came with extra fajita beef on the side with a tortilla!

Walk in told the host for 2 meeting a family member for lunch normally lunch is short and sweet! Waited for over 5 minutes till the nice older chip lady brought me chips "Norma" shes a sweet heart! I told her I havent even been acknowledge yet that it would be a few moments or just ask for drinks the cash register is right behind me where all the servers go seeing me many times severs and waitresses saw me waiting looking around with just a menu in front of me. Norma stood up to the plate took my order in Spanish! it was a small order for one with a glass of water 2 min order to take and tipped her well! Ask for Norma!

They had a live singer that night. There was no waiting time to sit down. Our server was fast and nice. The drinks and food were great! Will definitely go back again!
