I havent had my car broken into yet. I dont know if there are lights but they have a security guard walking sometimes so thats helpful. There are a lot of options for food? I dont know. its just a parking lot.

Great place to shop and eat

I only go to this shopping center to drop of packages and get Starbucks. The stores do not do anything about the many homeless people wandering around screaming and asking for money and trying to break into cars. I do not recommend you go after dark.

Great vape shop, owner has alot of knowledge and deals on all the new vapes and juices.

A good place to come out and walk 🚶‍♀️ around. The Center Point Mall.

I come here mainly to provision at the amazing Ralphs Market, but going between the two adjacent shopping centers, this Marketplace has everything. Theres a CVS and a Rite-Aid, an IHOP and a hardware store. If theres some kind of food you forgot to bring for your boat picnic, youd likely have no problem finding it or some great alternative in this half mile of stores.Plenty of restaurants, too.The biggest issue here is exit traffic when its crowded. You need to survey the congestion pattern at the moment and pick the side with the least resistance. It is very frustrating otherwise.

One of my favorite little get away places to visit and even have a wonderful view once it turns into sunset hour.

Great Sunday farmers market nearby.

Went to the UPS store. Super simple and easy to send packages through to deliver across the US. Staff is amazing in helping you throughout the process, weighing, wrapping and packaging. Definitely use this place to send your packages through the delivery system.

1Whenever I drive down to this area its only to shop at Ralphs, or Petco sometimes, but its generally also a good area to dine-in. There are a lot of good restaurants here. Not all of them are listed on google maps.2Id like it better if they did a better job clearing out the garbage that accumulates in the trash containers. Drive carefully around this area. Theres a lot of foot traffic and careless drivers.3Its a popular spot for panhandlers or homeless beggars if youre not aware of that phrase. For my experience, theyve been pretty harmless and I havent seen them harass anybody.

Parking lot is just an accident waiting to happen. Lots of stores and eateries though.

Port Hueneme has its golden egg here. The Starbucks, UPS Store, Ralphs, CVS and even a Ross Store are just some of the great shops in this shopping center.

While you may need to park aways away, consider that a fringe benefit of shopping here...you get a free little workout! Otherwise, this retail center is adjoined to two other similar retail centers. That means the three contiguous centers all add up to one giant shopping mecca where you can buy almost anything!

Stores in the area are clean, with friendly staff. But the parking lot can be difficult to navigate, and its a bit scary if youre a pedestrian trying to cross through the lot from store to store. Also been seeing more homeless walking around. But thats a city problem. Police do patrol the area frequently.

Got smokes no tax and fast super clean shop easy and fast for the area main look at the store cigars alot of other store as well pay 1000 flat for Newport reds every other store under 900 so not best deal good severes

Great location to find a variety of places to eat. Weve lived near the area our whole lives and still havent tried all of the food spots. Its a pretty decent size shopping center with a big parking lot. Pretty safe and have never had any issues.

HAVE TO BE CAREFUL DRIVING THROUGH THE PARKING LOT, VERY BUSY BUT EVERYTHING IS THERE TO MEET YOUR NEEDS OR WANTS

Almost everything you need is here, very convenient, clean, customers oriented.

The cost of portion and quantity is WAY better than Poke Ramen on Hueneme road. No comparison. My favorite is the 5 scoop with the works. This place is my go to.

Poke is a raw fish bowl with different type fish. Some of the fish salmon ahai crab yellow tail.Plus with rice and different toppings.

Our ham radio group enjoys the food and service at the Chinese Dumpling House. Its a comfortable and friendly place for lunch!

Usually go to either ups/Ralphs or ross/panda , idk if other side counts as same shopping center but sometimes dollar tree /big lots ..... Ralphs later at night had some questionable people

Ace hardware had everything I needed for a few projects. Wonderful selection, fair prices, & friendly, very helpful customer service too.

My daughter likes ordering food here so we tried it and I like it its fresh and we got our food on time so definitely would order there again if I was in the mood for that type of food

Good choices, fast service, regular prices. I enjoyed my bowl and there and a few base options that are good solid.

Sadly, the village is mostly empty. The boat rental place on the dock is busy with many and a nice variety of boats to rent. The seafood place is also open.The agencies responsible for revitalization in that area need to quit arguing and agree to do whats best for the center and the community. Abandoned buildings are a bad sign and run down the community.

Its close to Channel Islands, Oxnard, Ventura. It has everything you need from clothes to fresh food. Toys and electronics to plants and tools. Very convenient with friendly people. A place you know you want to call home!#DESTINYSPLACEADVERTISINGANDESIGN

Been coming here for 30 yrs I have apost office box at the ups store and I love my folks in there ,cvs Ralphs,ace hardware and petco smoke shop THESE ARE ALL MY FAVORITE GO TOOS

Checking out and pay at Ralphs is a little hectic. The pay lines are in the isles which is inconvenient since is also blocking access to the food food. Unliked Vons market which has only one line to access the available cashier which makes it quite fast, at Ralphs it takes a long time to pay. In addition, most of the time they have not enough cashiers.

Not many of these Poke places around, so having this one in my neighborhood is a HUGE plus. The staff are great and very accommodating. If your in the mood for sushi, but dont have the time to wait, Poke is a great alternative. Portions are great and fish/shrimp is as a good quality.

Stores and Food are fine if your looking for a quick bite to eat. Currently most restaurants here are take out, due to the pandemic. The only issue that mainly occurs here is poor driving or traffic. Parking is tight and backing out of spaces can cause traffic to occur.

Great open farmers market. Lots of fresh products from local growers. Some arts and craft items by independent artists. Very good juice, coffee and food to eat also by independent locals. A must vist. I highly recommend this location.

Its convient, but the parking lot is a zoo, and is best to go shopping there early, or late in the day. We like their Ralphs, Mandalay Cleaners, and CVS. Tampa Ace Hardware is too small, so they cant carry everything.

Always a new business up and coming, another leaving. Many different kinds of folks walking around, really my favorite circus to visit for odds and ends and take in the show of life.
