They confirmed my order with order id 37189088 later on denied for midnight delivery. Ive paid extra INR 250 for this. Even refund takes 10 working days from their side. No customer support. Worst experience

Such a bad bad service. First of all I want to write about the first experience I had with ferns and petals. I had ordered bouquet on my dads bday online from dubai. When my dad received bouquet, the flowers were not fresh. I was soooo embarrassed to see that he received spoiled bouquet with hanging rose petals. Now on raksha bhandhan I had ordered 2 set of rakhi and celebrations with box plus I had added additional 2 rakhi. Totally 4 rakhi. On the day of raksha bhandhan I tried to contact ferns and petals and informed them to contact my parents to know the exact location of my order. I had raised a ticket and mention the contact number as well. I had also received saying that it was taken care. My parents had received a delivery guy number and talked to him regarding the location. He said hell come in the eveng but I received a email in the night saying couldnt delivery. There is no proper communication between the help center and the delivery guy. If help center had updated him then he wouldnt have missed my order to deliver. Anyways I received my order next of raksha bhandhan but I received only 2 rakhi with celebrations box. Where the hell is my additional 2 rakhi which ferns and petals had charged 199 for additional rakhi. Ferns and petals had just ruined my special day. I never recommend such a bad platform. No proper communication between the help center and the delivery. Its such a waste of money as well such a waste of time waiting for the order. Can someone recommend me the best place to order flowers other than ferns and petals in mangalore.....

Hi Mangalorians, pls dont buy from this ferns and petals outlet, as they are thieves of the highest order.These people only know how to do billing and nothing else.The manager and the owner is also very arrogant and wont intract with you or speak to you nicely ..Once I had order a bouquet and it was so terribly done and I asked the manager that it was not done properly and was not looking good, but he was simply a ONLOOKER ...and did nothing and was only happy doing the billing...so I paid the bill and left the bouquet with them and told them it was gift from me.These people are simply FRAUD ..and nothing else ...Have been a loyal y of this outlet for a decade and this particular shop for 2 years but I guess its good BYE now...Will not ever purchase from ferns and petals again for sure ....Guys pls dont buy from here as there are better options in the market ...

Wrost experience ever, delivery charge was 500 rupees and not delivered on expected time.Ordered for Valentine’s Day one day before and not delivered on time though the place was just 1km away🤨Stay away from this service

Good services on time delivery and good variety of cakes and flowers.

Very irresponsible. We had called ahead and asked for four jade saplings, to which they confirmed the availability and pick up in two days. When we went to collect it, they said it was nt available and that they dont recall speaking to us. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible considering those plants were meant to be take back gifts for guests at a conference. Very disappointed.

The Most Horrible Experience at this place. I had given clear instruction of decorating a wedding car with one good bouquet on the car bonnet. They Put a boquet with hardly 10 flowers and charged me 1K for that. I had requested for just 2 ribbons on the car when I placed the order. The staff did not even do that. When I called and asked to add 2 ribbons they said I will have to come and pay additional 200 rupee for the same and they added ribbons on the entire car with gum tapes which costed me 500 rupee to clear it of.. I will never recommend this place if you guys are looking for some good service. I had asked the person who had taken the order to call me back as I wanted to the poor work that was done I have not received any call back.
