Upon entering the funeral home, I instantly requested Sal because I know that he is kind and fair. I was instantly devastated to hear that Sal wasn’t available. Nevertheless, we were greeted by Thomas and he did a phenomenal job. The service that the Mangano staff provided for my father was everything that we asked for and more. The person touch and spoken words were comforting and supportive.We could not have entrusted our loved one to a more compassionate place.On behalf of the family of Willie C. The staff at Mangano were very compassionate and everything was explained to our family. They really took care of everything. Everything went off without a hitch, with no worries on our part. Thanks for doing such a good job for my Moms funeral.

With the sudden passing of my loving Father-in-law, from the first phone call made to the Mangano Funeral Home we knew we made the right choice. All of their staff was caring and knowledgeable but Thomas James made us feel like his family. Everything was completely customized to accommodate our familys wishes. In the worst situation of our life, Mangano funeral home was there for us.

I would like to personally thank the staff at Mangano Funeral Home for all their help with my father’s funeral. From the first meeting with Sal, he walked us through the entire process. Dad passed away out of state and they arranged his transportation to Long Island. During the wake Sean and Kim were both very attentive and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this funeral home.

Unfortunately we lost our father during this whole coronavirus lockdown. I want to thank Joe, Sal, and Tim on the beautiful job they did in honoring my fathers life. Of course we couldn’t have a traditional wake and funeral but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes. Thank you guys!!!!

Unfortunately we had to go to this funeral home for a tragedy in the Longwood District. The funeral home was large enough to handle the tremendous amount of students, teachers and friends. The decor is bright and not morbid like some other funeral homes. I would highly recommend this funeral home

While most employees were pleasant throughout the process of handling my mothers remains, an inept secretary made numerous typos and omitted pertinent info on the death certificate which held up the delivery of the AMENDED death certificate to me by 2 weeks, which was a major inconvenience -AND- upon making arrangements I was told that the funeral home would notify the Social Security Administration of my mothers death; however, after receiving 2 more SS checks, I contacted SSA and was told that they were NEVER notified by Mangano funeral home of her death! Two strikes! I dont think that I would use them again . . .
