Tried to overcharge me for my waters when they were clearly marked on the rack. I realize the clerk probably has no clue, but its still wrong that this happens so often at retailers.

Always run out of something, currently out of the pop, I drink, coffee sweetener, coffee cups, smokes... blames it on everyone else but management ... every surrounding gas station seems to never run out of these items..

Poor service after the buy-out. Phils one-stop took over and fired all but a couple employees. The new employees and manager are rude and terrible at their jobs. This place went from a 10/10 to a 1/10 in a matter of days. Avoid!

This location was recently purchased by phils one stop out of fort wayne. That being said new employees and management. During a recent visit I over heard nate (which is the general manager for philstelling a new employee that he was being to nice to customers and that he didnt hire him to be so nice. Now that is the worst customer service Ive ever heard. Also the manager here is extremely rude and isint afraid to yell at customers and employees. Store is cluttered and food is below average

I love coming here for lunch. The staff are always very friendly, never rude. Theres enough room for about 3 trucks to park. The food is excellent and very cheap. However there is no overnight parking available.

The breakfast sandwiches are the best in NE Indiana. The sausage is amazing. I work for a local delivery company and get excited when I have deliveries in the industrial park across the highway. Very friendly people too!

The man working right now is the best clerk Ive ever had. The place was packed but it never felt like it. And he did it all with a smile. A++ employee for you dont find many like that anymore
